guys i finally finished my star crochet rug!!! (the end are not weaved in but shhh they're at the back) turns out when i ironed it it became so so so soft, like Too Soft for a simple rug, so my mum told me to give it to my baby niece instead lol so i may have lost a rug but she won a cool blanket

also size reference with my toa book under the cut

its so so so soft hjjlghjhlhlhhh so so so proud of how this came out!!! it was my biggest project yet i'm pretty sure

My phone camera continues to refuse to capture color well, but here is my last month-and-a-half long project and my first "wearable" piece that wasn't a hat/scarf/gloves type thing (barring a small toddler cardigan that I never saw my niece wear). I am crossing fingers HARD that it actually fits my mom. The drape isn't a nice as I wanted compared to the pics on the pattern, but that is likely because I always crochet too tight 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm really proud of it though! It's all gradients of green, but a lot of it comes out looking grey in the pics 🤷🏻‍♀️

I made!!!!!! DCA earrings!!!!!!!!!! :D

I made em out of thin cardboard and old earrings I had :] i painted the base white then colored them with markers and colored pencils. I sealed them with a few layers of modpodge on both sides and tada! These are more of a first draft cuz I could definitely improve later, but they're fun for now :3
