Ok imma be real Rohan from K3G deserved a murder.
First he is obviously not the favorite son and for unknown reasons his brother disappears from his life and nobody is telling him shit. His parents don't mention him and his grandmothers leave the house soon after cuz they probably couldn't bear Rahul's absence.
His mother is extremely depressed and always detached from her surroundings aka not the best person to look after a child and his other mother, the person who arguably loved him the most, DJ, is sent away with his brother.
His father is a dickhead who practices repression of emotions cuz uk it's a must toxic masculinity trait, he has literally not brought up his kids cuz if he had contributed anything apart from high expectations in parenting, his kids wouldn't be such good ppl. They wud be toxic males like him. Rahul always showed sensitivity towards his mother's plight and Rohan called him out on his shit and got slapped for it.
When the story starts Rohan is mostly growing up in a boarding school like Rahul but unlike Rahul he never gets to spend his holidays in a loving environment. Instead he gets an empty house too big for three people, absent parents cuz they are too wrapped up in their grief and grandmothers who can't stop seeing his brother in him hence a constant reminder of how Rahul's loss took everything from his childhood.
He grew up never being enough for anyone left in his life. Everyone looked at him and mourned his brother. Side note, the mommy senses of Nandini activating for Rahul but smh Rohan standing right behind her doesn't get the same AAaAaAA is lowkey funny... If you are a person like me who relates. DJ on the other hand, GOATed woman narrowed on the suspiciously red eyed dude with her old boss' name so fastttt, she didn't need anyone or anything to connect the dots. She thought I smell fkn Rohan flavored bullshit and she was right.
It is a wonder he doesn't grow up to hate Rahul. But it is very much believable that when he turns up at Rahul's house, he is viciously longing for his brother's love and puts up with his overprotective rudeness. That hug at the end of Bole Chudiya fucking breaks me, there was such longing on his face for his family, it was so fkn heartbreaking. I think that's what Rahul saw on his face and pulled him in for a hug. He probably thought that the random guy who Poo won't stop hitting on is missing his family not knowing that he is the family Rohan has been craving for years.
Also the weight loss????? I know some ppl who have had that transformation from child to adult but fight me, Rohan "laddoo" Raichand underwent that cuz of stress taking physical form.
And then of course is the failed attempts at reuniting his family. The first attempt ends with a slap when he points out that Yashvardhan Raichand is a dick. Second attempt only succeeds cuz Poo his bestie also begs Rahul to come back for just a few moments. As if it wasn't obvious that Rahul had given his place to Poo. If anything Poo had a place in his heart that Rohan could never have cuz he became her second father figure. Rahul has a favorite child and it's not his brother, FOR UNDERSTANDABLE REASONS, but man it has to suck for Rohan.
Rahul comes back, Yash finalls caves in and gives the worst ever form of apology to Rahul. Personally Rahul shud take his London fam, his mother and brother back to UK and leave Raichand with his dumbfuck Parampara. Man made everyone suffer for ten years. Specially his wife and children.
So now Rohan is back to the family he always wanted except now they have Rahul, the favorite son, the one that was most visibly wronged, the one who will be getting a special treatment by everyone cuz he was the most obvious victim, and Rohan is back to being the background. Honestly at this point Anjali and DJ are the only ones who are gonna give him attention. And one is his nanny who wud want to live with her daughter for some time and other is his sister in law who has many responsibilities.
So yeah I support Rohan rights and also Rohan wrongs. Go murder your father babe. Dickhead destroyed your life and left you with numerous insecurities and inferiority issues. You became the therapy child with nobody acknowledging your trauma cuz it wasn't visible enough. As if solving your parent's issues emotional and personal isn't a giant red flag of unhealthy upbringing
Tumblr media
P. S I really don't ship Poo and Rohan, like come on you set up a romance like Rahul and Anjali's, you give that standard for love. And then the next couple is reduced to childhood besties that are still act like KIDS cuz uk he just passed out from school. They gave amazingggg bestie partner in crime vibes but not romance dude

sonth ke laadoo | a one shot with amrita and kajal
TAGGING → @devrajyashvardhan & Amrita
LOCATION → The Yashvardhan Estate
It had come as a surprise to Kajal when she’d come into the bedroom she shared with her husband, her hand protectively over her six month pregnant belly—only to see him packing a small suitcase. But it was filled with her clothes and her things as another suitcase, presumably with his belongs was waiting by the door. He sat her down in her favourite armchair in their room and told her how something had come up and he had to travel.
Given how it was the first time since she’d gotten pregnant that he’d said those words—she was understandably worried. Why was he doing this now? Didn’t he know how terrified she was? Not only of being alone but of anything happening to him? She didn’t voice any of those fears though, instead just nodding along as he told her that she would be staying with his parents at the Estate for the week. That thought itself was daunting. She’d be with his parents for the first time alone and she didn’t know how that would go.
Sure his parents had been exceptionally warm to Kajal, especially post the news of her expecting their grandkids but it was still a big thing to think about. However to ensure her husband didn’t spend his time away worrying about her, she agreed and that’s how she found herself at her in-laws.
She’d just finished her lunch and had retired to her room with a book about expecting twins when she heard a soft knock and sat up before calling out to them, “come in!”
To her surprise, Amrita Yashvardhan walked in, alone—with some laddoos on a plate and instantly Kajal found her interest piqued. “I’m not disturbing you, am I?”
Kajal quickly shook her head, “Nahi toh…main toh bas, I was just trying to stay prepared.” She held up the book with the title for her mother-in-law to read over only to see the older woman smile as she stepped inside the room and placed the plate of sweets on the dresser before taking the seat across from Kajal on the sofa.
“The books won’t be enough to prepare you for twins beti,” she told her softly, her hand reaching out to clasp Kajal’s with a smile. “I still remember the first time I found out I was having twins…After Jhanvi and Devraj, I was sure we’d have one more and that would be it, but of course that wasn’t the case. But I was sure it would be okay, after all—I’d delivered two other children by that point,” Amrita paused with a fond look on her face before shaking her head, “but twins is something else. Only someone who has experienced it can really tell you what it feels like.”
Kajal nodded, eager to find out any useful information she could from the other woman. “I’m honestly…pata nahi aapko kehna bhi chaiye ya nahi, lekin mujhe darr laga rehta hai…roz. Meri body ke liye do bache…bahot hai, aur meri doctor bhi worried hai, lekin Devraj ko dekh ke…himmat aa jati hai ke main yeh kar sakthi hoon…were you, worried like that?”
Amrita nodded, this time scooting over to wrap an arm around her daughter-in-law, in the hope of comforting her. “It’s not something I can convince you of, but I will tell you one thing…you’re in much safer hands than I was back then. Ab toh sab safety measures hote hai, aur tum yahaan ho, Kingston mein. Sab kuch acha hi hoga,” she said softly before giving her another smile. “Aur pata hai beti, Devraj tumhe himmat deta hoga, lekin maine dekha hai usse—asliyat main tum uski himmat ho.”
Kajal couldn’t really believe the words she was hearing from the other woman and found a few tears already forming in her eyes as she quickly brushed them away, “main bas…sab ko khush rakhna chahti hoon ma,” she whispered before taking a deep breath, unsure of what else to say before she heard Amrita speak.
“Arre Kajal, tum already sab ko kitna khush kar chuki ho, tumhe pata bhi hai? Haan maana ke main shuruvaat mein itni khush nahi thi, lekin tum…itni pyaari ho beti, ke tumse pyaar ho hi jaata hai aur phir jab main Dev ki khushi dekhti hoon na, toh lagta hai ke tumhare siva aur koi nahi woh kar sakhta mere bete ke liye…mere parivaar ke liye.”
All of this was incredibly overwhelming for Kajal as she nodded, still wiping those tears away before her mother-in-law spoke up again. “Acha ab bas. No more crying, warna mera beta mujhe daantega ke maine uski biwi ko rula diya,” she teased before standing and bringing the plate closer.
“Pata nahi tumhe yeh check kiya hai ke nahi, lekin yeh sonth ke laddoo hain aur pata hai ke bahot tasty nahi hote…lekin tumhare liye aur baache ke liye bahot faida ke liye hota hai. I know it’s a bit hot, but I promise you’ll be okay. Aur haan…aaj ke baad roz laongi,” she smiled before giving a soft kiss to Kajal’s forehead.
Kajal couldn’t help the wide smile that appeared on her round face, the dimple shining through as she stared at the woman who at one time hadn’t been able to accept her as her daughter-in-law and now today was being the most welcoming, maternal figure in her life—enough to make her feel the warmth and comfort that she missed receiving from her own mother who was still back in Delhi. As her mother-in-law left the bedroom, she found herself eager to speak to her husband—wanting to tell him about all the things that had just occurred between her and her mother (in-law).

[ad_1] Yashvardhan Dalal in action (PC: Yashvardhan Dalal/Insta) “I felt very good, For a moment, I couldn’t believe it,” Yashvardhan Dalal told RevSportz about his record-breaking innings in the CK Nayudu Trophy. “The kind of support that I received from the teammates, coaches; there was a great atmosphere that the record was all set to be broken.” The unbeaten 428 against Mumbai included as many as 46 boundaries and 12 sixes. The 465-ball effort also ensured that Haryana would post a thumping innings and 400-run victory. As the youngster neared the landmark, the Shri Ram Narain Cricket Club (SRNCC) ground in Sultanpur was filled with claps and roars. Dalal delved deeper to look back at his splendid effort. “The wicket was slow, it was good for batting, they opted to bowl, we wanted to bat for two and we succeeded in our goal. The players in the dressing room were pushing me, when I reached milestones – 200, 250 and so on.” On expected lines, as soon as Dalal broke the previous record of 312 held by Sameer Rizvi of Uttar Pradesh, enough cameras zoomed in on the 19-year-old as he hogged the limelight. But with any athlete, there is invariably a backstory of navigating through times. Dalal’s fledgling career also has had its share of ebbs and flows. It wasn’t long ago that the same player was having self-doubts about his career path: “I have been playing for Haryana since my Under-14 days, in Under-19 cricket, it hadn’t gone well for me, I used to feel sad about it, I didn’t give up, kept working hard,” he noted. So, how did it all start for Dalal? Was he interested in other sports? Did he have any formal training? Dalal, who is originally from Jhajjar, has this to say: “I started playing cricket when I was six. When I became older, it turned into my main interest. People were telling me, you can do something in this field. I joined SRNCC Academy (in Rohtak), where I got support, especially from Anirudh sir – former BCCI treasurer. We were getting facilities, there used to be camps. I used to travel 30-35 km by bus, so I used to travel up-and-down. For the Latest Sports News: Click Here Yashvardhan Dalal (PC: Yashvardhan Dalal/Insta) “I don’t have any brother or sister, I am alone. My parents used to give me support right from my childhood days. My father (Shailendra Dalal) has a private job, he has never played cricket, when he got to know I was good at cricket, he made me take it up,” he noted. What about his future plans? Does he have a role model? Even before yours truly could complete the question, Dalal answered it in a flash, “Virat Kohli, it is Virat Kohli!” He further observed, “When it is going well, everyone admires him. But I like his attitude when it comes to how he reacts to bad times. I also like his consistency and temperament.” It is also true that he looks up to Kohli for his focus on red-ball cricket. His mindset goes against the modern-day trend of younger players choosing white-ball cricket as their preferred format. Hopefully, the marathon innings versus Mumbai is just a stepping stone for many more heroic efforts from his willow in the longest format of the game. Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Leonard Cohen, and a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer’s suicide, by Yashvardhan Jain:
It took Cohen over four years to write Hallelujah. It was a process filled with agony, writing over eighty verses, stuck in a cycle of writing and discarding. In one of the interviews Cohen gave later in his life, he talks about this torment.
And this which always encourages me in creating my own art:
And Hallelujah, the first song on the LP’s second side, went unnoticed. Nobody cared. It seemed Hallelujah was fated for a quick extinction and would disappear into the void like most music, like a ‘broken Hallelujah’.

My Dear Jhanvi,
We did it. We made it. After all the pain and doubt and the trials we were put through, we’re finally here on our wedding day. You have stood by me in my darkest hour and loved me when there was no certainty that things were ever going to go our way. I know you don’t ask for it, but you need to know that I am filled with gratitude for the selfless manner in which you love me.
I am going to live every day letting you know you just how much I love and cherish you. I am so excited to be Mr. Ben Yashvardhan, husband of Jhanvi Yashvardhan. (I know you were probably getting teary at that first part so I had to add a little something so you’d show off those ADORABLE dimples of yours.)
Your something borrowed, something old, and something new were all taken care, I know… But I let everyone know that I was going to be the one to give you your “something blue”. I can’t wait to see you wearing it when you walk down the aisle later today.
Yours Forever,
Ben
When Ishaani walked in with this gift—Jhanvi honestly didn’t know what to expect. Of course somewhere she’d had a feeling that Benjamin was going to bring tradition into their civil wedding and she wanted that as well, especially after sitting down with Grandma Carlisle and hearing her wish for Jhanvi to have her something old from her; diamond earrings that were currently in her ears. But before that, she didn’t know if she was going to go all out but then if she was going to be wearing a proper dress—why not add all the fun traditions to their day?
She pulled at the card first, needing a moment to read it to herself and even as she did—she felt those pesky tears forming in her eyes. However luckily the cameraman was there and he captured her expression and emotions on his memory card. She was tearing up at the words he’d said because only Ben and she knew what they’d both gone through to get to this point and for him to appreciate her love and to call it selfless, it was more than she’d anticipated. Loving him had so quickly become a part of her daily life—a necessity just like breathing that she hardly even realized it.
His words at becoming Mr. Ben Yashvardhan did have her giggle softly, rolling her eyes at him calling her dimples adorable but she could hardly be upset. It was quickly replaced with another emotion—one of awe as she read his words and smiled wide, loving that he was going to give her a part of her forever special wedding tradition.
Jhanvi pulled the box from the bag Ishaani brought with her and gently opened it, a gasp of delight falling from her lips as soon as she caught sight of the beautiful hair comb. It was stunning and it would go so well, not only with his grandma’s diamond earrings, but also the lovely singular diamond necklace she was wearing which was borrowed from her mother. She could not wait to have it in her hair, finishing off her look and showing him just how happy he made her. “Can someone…help me get this in my hair,” she said—her voice heavy with emotion now, “my fiancé and soon to be husband would like me to wear his special gift.”

Jhanvi may have come across as a very independent woman and she was to an extent but that didn't mean there wasn't a part of her that didn't give credit and value her family just as much. She was who she was because of the Yashvardhan name and the people it brought into her life. Even now as she stood there up at the altar, she could see the look of happiness on her parent's face and knew that was something she had been coveting for so long; approval for her relationship with this incredible man in front of her. She hadn't missed the way he'd looked back out at the crowd, a warning look in his eyes--absolutely fitting for the son-in-law of the Yashvardhan clan. It was enough to have her show off her dimpled smile before she looked back at the man she was marrying today. As he slipped the ring on her finger, she kept her gaze on his--loving just how perfect this entire moment was. She repeated the gesture, the words from the officiant being repeated as well before he grabbed her for their first kiss as man and wife and let out a little squeal as she leaned into him. "I love you," she whispered when they both finally broke apart, after loads of hooting and cheering from their crowd.

Ben knew that the both of them carried a lot of baggage and that not everyone was on board with their relationship initially. His eyes flickered past Jhanvi for a second if only to look upon Kiran and the way she beamed for joy. It wasn't that his bond with the younger Yashvardhan daughter had suddenly healed. No, it was more so that she was just so happy to see her sister finally getting the happiness she deserved. While Ben knew he had a lot of faults, he also knew he loved Jhanvi like no one else could. He wasn't going to let her go, that much was certain. The ceremony went as well as they could have hoped, but even Ben had his worries that someone would interrupt or object at their union when the time came for the officiant to ask. His eyes scanned the crowd in an uncharacteristic look of warning, wondering if any of those initial nay-sayers would have the gall to pipe up today. Thankfully none did and Ben slipped the wedding band onto his bride's finger. When their officiant finally announced jubilantly, "I now pronounce you husband and wife" Ben grinned so hard that his cheeks hurt. He couldn't even wait for them to give him permission to kiss his bride. Ben grabbed and went in for a deep kiss.
