The new Head Brewer at Napoleone Brewers, Yarra Valley. Kai is the nicest chap you could hope to sit down and taste 6 craft beers made on the premises with. He’s also got a wealth of experience before taking on his latest role at Napoleone having come directly from Hargreaves Hill where he beered for 3 years. Prior to that he was at White Rabbit in Healesville, so he’s really got his Yarra Valley Beer creds, that’s for sure. PS.
