A/N: No but actually, I think that would be a rather funny concept. I wrote this in a scenario/HC format so hopefully that's alright :>>

Warnings: None really (I think)

Extra: Fem! Reader but can probably be read as GN! anyways :)

As we may or may not know. Yanqing doesn't really have parents anymore. So to him, you're probably a parental figure. Let's say that you are an extremely good cook/baker. So one day when Yanqing texted you that he was hungry and forgot to bring his lunch. What better way to surprise him by cooking him a meal and bringing it to him when he's training?

When you arrived on the training grounds, you could already hear Yanqing complaining about being hungry to who you find out to be the General of the Loufu, Jing Yuan himself.

With a small laugh you call out to him and show him the lunch you made for him in which he was quick to drop his things and run over, grabbing it out of your hands and quickly munching on it. Whether or not it was time for a break, Jing Yuan didn't say and instead went to talk to you.

You found Jing Yuan to actually be rather nice to talk to. In fact, one conversation led to another, and another and another. Until Jing Yuan asked you out one day as Yanqing left to buy more swords for his collection.

You thought to tell your younger brother quickly about your new found relationship with the General, but Jing Yuan shushed you, he wanted to make him finding out "special" and gave you his usual grin.

And so cue the two of you attempting to hide your relationship from your brother. It was rather difficult in all honestly. The two of you needing to be careful when you would want to kiss each other in public or cuddle.

Yanqing however, did in fact catch on the longing gazes that Jing Yuan would give you when you visited during training hours or even when the two of them were just in The Seat of Divine Foresight and you visited there as well.

He also caught on, on how you stared a second too long at the General when he's trying to talk to you. How rude of you to ignore your younger brother >:(

Due to the fact he still didn't know about your relationship with the General, he once spoke up about the constant visits and stares. Yanqing: Y'know…I think the General and you would make a really good couple. [Name]: You do now… Yanqing: Yeah! I mean you two obviously like each other, why don't you two get together? *oblivious* *Meanwhile Jing Yuan at the back trying not to laugh*

The moment Jing Yuan decided to tell Yanqing however, was when he had finally proposed to you. Yanqing spotted the new ring on the Generals finger during their next training section and questioned it.

THEN YOU WALKED IN WITH A MATCHING FINGER AND HE'S JUST THERE LIKE "Wait what..?"

"Ah right, Yanqing before I forget, me and [Name] are engaged"

"YOU'RE WHAT?"

All in all though, he's happy for you and the General. He already sees Jing Yuan as a father figure and he kinda sees you as a parental figure as well.

Just...he's kinda annoyed at the General for convincing you to not tell him yet, but hey! He was an awesome ring holder (idk their actual name help)

Sorry if this is rather short (┳◡┳) The idea was really cute so I thought of random scenarios that could lead up to him finding out. I hope you liked this anyways anon!! :D

Yanqing: Hmph, because Xueling is obviously just a little kid still! As her big brother- I mean, as her senior trainee, I have to look out for her like the general does!

Yunli: Riiight, of course...

Yanqing: Xueling went ahead, we'll meet her at the stand..

Yunli: I wanted to know...how close are you and her, you really are like siblings..

Yunli: If you hadn't told me that you weren't siblings I'd have mistook you both for one...

Yanqing: Well, to be honest at first I disliked Xueling because she always turned training into 'kiddie time' in my eyes but it was just the general wanting her to build up confidence

Yanqing: We got close when I started giving her advice about how to control her flames and keep her emotions in check

Yunli: I see, well she's lucky to have you looking out for her, she seems to really look up to you and care for you

Yanqing: *Chuckles* Yeah...

Yanqing: Me and Xueling share a room, we sleep in the same bed because she has frequent nightmares about the experimentation

Yunli: Experimentation...poor Xueling..

Yanqing: *Perks up* Xue?

Xueling: *Runs over to Yanqing, wailing as tears fell down her cheeks* YANQING!!!

Yanqing: Xue, what happened?!

Xueling: The bullies! *Wails, rubbing her eyes*

Yunli: Ah, Xue! Your hair is sticky!

Xueling: They poured juice on me and knocked my candy out of my hands!!

Yanqing: Point them out to me! *Narrows his eyes, pulling her after him*

Xueling: *Points forward* Him!

Yanqing: HEY!!! *Runs after the guy, his eyes narrowed* DON'T RUN NOW!

Yunli: Let's wash your hair, Xue, Mr Moze will be able to get that stickiness out

🍋WHOLESOME/ COMFORT

just imagine putting hair clips in his hair. All you see is bunny, heart, and star hairclips. Since he loves you so much he would keep it in for the whole day, knowing that he's going to be judged about it but since you did it and you will be upset if he took them out he keeps it in his hair and ignores every mean comment about him. Unlike some people, there are others who are just confused, or concerned. All of the gossip and comment about it. It would probably make people less scared or think less of him than they already do and more concerned for his well being and wonder if he's lost a bet or something. But no, he just wants you to be happy, proud of what you did, and honored that he's even walking around like this, let alone put those clips in his hair. Once asked about it he would brush it off, ignore the question, come up with an excuse, or just flat out say it depending on his mood and his character. Closest friends making fun of how easy it is for you to have full on control over him, teasing him because its so easy for you to do things he would've never thought he would let anybody do. Then again, it is you so there's no saying no.
