Y'know, Gatherine may not be a yandere for MC, but she is for her gf. Now, she didn't isolate Bresklyn or kill any of her family members, but she did sort of steal her away for herself. The key difference is Bresklyn wanted Gatherine to keep her isolated. She kind of hates other mortals and considers them pitiable, so she was already isolated when Gatherine found her. Gatherine relentlessly dotes over her, and will readily injure anyone who gets too close to her. Bresklyn only leaves the house to lure creatures in to Gatherine, who struggles to get them to trust her due to her size. Basically, Gatherine is crazy for her, and the only time you'll see her break her facade is if you bother Bresklyn.
