Red alert has been issued in western Uttar Pradesh,Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Here, due to heavy rains in the country's capital Delhi, the water level of Yamuna has already crossed the danger mark. Due to rain, several areas of Delhi are waterlogged. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has also spoken to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda, All India Congress Committee President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi.
