Have some screenshot redraws of a couple of my fav shots this season. These were actually really good practise and fun so I might do some more haha. The one of Kuron Shiro is probably my fav of the bunch :^)

Let's talk about voltron season 4!

( SPOILER WARNING YALL ) So one of the main plot twists of season 3 was that the lion swich was working out. Keith leading the black lion was a tought battle for him but he worked it out along with Lance and Allura. Shiro was back but he was leading from the outside since the black lion rejected him. I was really exited about the new concept because not only did it match the old voltron style but because it was entertaining to watch every character develop and get more mature

NOW. Season 4 decided to go back for some reason. It was like they forgot how the black lion rejected Shiro because suddendly he was flying the lion again which I thought was SUCH a missed oppurtunity for character development

They also decited to do Keith dirty. I first thought that joining the Blade of Marmora would be helpfull for him and his piloting strageties. But insteead they decited to leave ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MAIN CHARACTERS out of they way. He was in only two episodes and they almost fucking made him secrifise himself for some reason?? WHERE WAS HE? He was still a main characted so they whole season felt blank without him. We didn't even see how his training was going, we just focused on Coran getting drugs or something (what even was that episode)

Hunk and Lance BARELY got any development and they were just comic releaf. Especialy for Lance it could have been great cause coming from season 3's development to nothing is pointless. His relationship with Allura grew a lot stronger tho! I personaly think that Allurance is really close to being canon, I dont ship it all that much but I wouldnt really mind since it's developed well

Shiro and Keith's relationship this season was something really interesting for me. At first Shiro was so negative and mean to Keith which made me believe that he was in fact a clone so I was surprised that I was false (or was I) But after that I was really pleased with how their dinamic was! It was supportive and cute, Shiro really cares about him and Keith admires him so much so their scenes were a pleasure to watch!

NOW PROBABLY MY FAVOURITE PART WAS PIDGE'S AND MATT'S DEVELOPMENT! Episode 2 is definatelly my favourite voltron episode! CATCH ME CRYING OVER PIDGE CRYING! Everyone was having VERY high expectations about Matt's character and they did not dissapoint! I CRIED LIKE 4 TIMES IN THE EPISODE WOW. Especially when Pidge thought he was dead my heart broke (HER DAD IS DEAD BTW WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN) And their reunion was so heartwarming and sweet and uuUUUH SO GOOD

So general thoughts @voltron take notes from the fans cause that season was not well thought out and could be so much better! It felt rushed and it was boring wich is really bad. Im still really exited for season 5 but my expectations are low
