yakumo reminding quincy that wanting and needing to be taken care of doesn’t make him a burden, and people worrying about him is actually a positive thing because it shows how much he’s loved. yakumo speaks in such a way that leaves little room for doubt, like he’s so certain that what he’s saying is true it would be pointless for quincy to argue.

and yakumo wholeheartedly believes what he tells quincy. after all, it took him a very long time to learn the exact same lesson.
