One like one crumb for this loser man, side note I hope I understood this request right? I'm not sure if that's what you meant with general headcanons.

WARNINGS: small mention of violence and blood

— Chances are you met him in the bar. Or perhaps through Sullivan himself... It really doesn't matter since in the end, it came to both of you drinking your hearts out.

— Getting with him in the first place can be difficult and quite easy at the same time. Difficult due to his current situation on how he's "running away from his wife at the moment", which could've been (somewhat) crushing if he didn't add the fact that they're no longer together.

— Though, being in a relationship with Yagi means you should really low expectations from him. In the nicest way possible, he's a loser, what more can you expect from him?

— Of course, that doesn't mean he doesn't necessarily try to not screw himself up completely since he does, in fact, want to be with you! He'd just rather more preferably hit you up with rounds of drinking at the bar and making sure you don't go overboard, what type of boyfriend would he be if he didn't? (Though that's the most basic thing a person could ever do)

— But, in a way, he's also rather careless. Not in way where he calls everything bullshit, leans back and starts smoking his cigar. Much rather in a teasing remark that it's none of his concerns while he does his things.

— Yagi is used to violence, what's a bit of blood to him? Would his concerns rise if something ever has happened to you? Somewhat, in a way, yes. Yagi is tactful! He knows what to say when the time comes, so the moment comes where you can't seem to handle pain, he'll definitely know what to do.

— Then again, his teasing remarks don't really cease. Maybe expect a small remark on "maybe you're just too weak to handle things like this" quite a few times.

— Now speaking of teasing remarks...

— Yagi does eventually (when he feels like it) introduce you to Jork! Albeit also rather teasingly. Spouting on how you'd fill up the void of "the missing parent" in the family to the rather anxious demon.

— Jork will, as time passes, warm up to you. If his father is really gonna get settled with you, he does have to get used to having you around. But, then again, this isn't about Jork.

— Yagi overall just attempts to not make his current relationship with you end up like how it did with his wife. Of course, he's rather pathetic on running away and not even attempting to actually get a divorce. But you have to give him a bit of credit!

— Besides, not like he is a terrible boyfriend to begin with, he is tactful as mentioned, he's just genuinely lacking in some parts when it comes to obviously being loving.

— Good thing coaxing you to drink with him fixes majority of the things in the lacking department, at least, to him it does.

So chances are, you meet him through Sullivan. While he’s out at the bar moping about how his daughter never respects him, you begrudgingly attempt to comfort him and that’s when you meet Yagi.

He’s... weird, it’s the first thing you think when you meet him. Just so, condescending towards Sullivan, just because he’s his employee. It makes you annoyed.

So naturally, you call him out on it. But, somehow it only seems to amuse him.

“Wow, Sullivan, someone actually bothers to stick up for you, if only your daughter would do the same, huh?”

He takes a strange interest in you the rest of the night, until finally you manage to drag Sullivan out of there, who now seems more inclined to leave.

When you get out, Sullivan turns to warn you to be wary of his superior, and despite the fact that he hasn’t seemed too bad you don’t argue. Most people involved with the pitch black world’s devil aren’t the type to hang around.

And yet, despite your best efforts, you keep on managing to run into him. It doesn’t even seem to be in your control, like no matter where you are he just seems to find you... almost to many times to be considered a coincidence.

And that kinda freaks you out, just a bit, so you go to Sullivan and tell him about your issue... he doesn’t seem all that alarmed tp your surprise though, instead he seems strangely... guilty? But you don’t want to pry, after all, Sullivan seems so stressed these days...

The last time you run into Yagi is at the bar you first met, and you’re determined to ignore him. And unbeknownst to you, it ends up being your undoing when you fail to notice the powdery substance he drops into your drink.

The next time you awake, you find yourself in a room that isn’t familiar with a demon who unfortunately is.

The rest of your life is controlled by him, and he is very possessive, so best of luck.

He isn’t too harsh on punishments and usually will drug you if he thinks you’re acting up to much to make you more “compliant” for him.

Will definitely introduce you to his boss and show you off., much to your discontent. 

Also, don’t try to run. He has connections, and he won’t be as forgiving when he catches you trying to run. Just be a good little pet for him won’t you? After all, he’s been so accommodating for you...
