@some-sad-enby oh the genre itself has nothing pretentious abt it, im just personally a snob, like those annoying people who get on ur ass for saying u like metal and they make u list 5 bands and 20 songs u like to prove ur fr like u owe them. someone will say they just found out abt yaelokre and im like well *IVE* been listening to them since they dropoed their first album in march. you didnt even notice my discord status was their lyrics translated into romanian. fake fan.

ANYWAYS the artists i listen to are various branches of folk (mostly folk-rock, some celtic, some electro) u should DEFINITELY listen to The Crane Wives, then there's The Oh Hellos, The Amazing Devil, Erutan, Blackmore's Night, and as previously mentioned Yaelokre
