I am SO happy people enjoy reading my unhinged headcanons as much as I enjoy writing them, I'm having so much fun 😭

Long post incoming, because y'all know by now I'm feral about this topic.

In the interest of keeping her comfortable (or at least less stressed, there’s not really any getting comfortable when you’re in labor), the nurses just set up shop in Peach and Mario’s room. Initially, Toadsworth stations himself outside of their door in an effort to shoo away meddlesome inquirers, because Toads are far too nosy for creatures without noses and their queen is having a baby so of course there's crowds forming. And he won't stand for that! There's a drawing room separating the bedroom from the hall, so you can't really hear anything going on inside, but just the thought of all those prying ears upsets him. Doesn't his little girl deserve some privacy?

And that goes on for a few hours, up to the point where he's wielding his cane like a baseball bat, until he swears he hears her scream. It's brief and muffled and he can't be entirely sure he didn't just imagine it, because no one else seems to have heard it, but that does him in. He promptly joins the dozens of other Toads pressing their faces against the door in a bid to make sense of what's happening.

("I feared she might be in a great deal of pain," he tries to justify to Daisy, who's immensely annoyed when she opens the drawing room door from the inside and Toadsworth is among the first to tumble to the floor. "She was," she tells him bluntly. Spoiler: that doesn't make him feel any better.)

You know how Toadsworth was the first person Peach told about her pregnancy? He's also the first one that wasn't in the room at the time who gets to meet the new baby. (Yes, even before Luigi! Only by a few minutes though, mind you.) He's almost immediately overwhelmed with conflicting emotions when he steps inside, because she looks so exhausted, and his heart hurts for her. But she still smiles the moment she sees him, and Mario is right at her side beaming brightly, and there's this little bundle of white blankets in her arms—

"This is your grandpa," she coos softly to her new daughter, carefully handing her off to Toadsworth.

He looks at this tiny little thing with dark hair and a button nose and he can't help but remember the day Peach was born. Though he was never intended to become her surrogate father, he knew from the moment he first saw her that he would die for her. And he realizes immediately that he'd do the exact same for this tiny human in his arms, because this is his little girl's little girl, and he loves them both more than any material possession in the world.

"Papa," Peach whispers not even ten minutes later. Mario's introducing his daughter to her uncles a few feet away, and she’s been watching them while Toadsworth has been fluffing her pillows and ensuring she has an adequate amount of blankets. Her eyes are puffy and heavy, and her voice is weak, but she looks blissfully content.

Toadsworth pats her hand. "You get some rest, my dear," he tells her. "I'll be right here should you need me." She nods and closes her eyes, gently squeezing his hand back, and Toadsworth pulls the blankets up to her chin as she dozes off. That was always how she preferred to be tucked in when she was a child.

The tapping sound of your feet against the wooden floor was all that you could hear. One of your best friends was talking but you heard his voice far away as your gaze was fixed on the coffee table in front of you. Heeseung rolled his eyes as he called your name one last time before snapping his fingers in front of your face to get you out of your trance. Your eyes traveled from the table to the boy sitting next to you.

“I don't know why you're nervous,” he said nonchalantly. “He's gonna be a good dad.”

“I know he'd be a great dad but…” you let out a sigh, “what if he leaves me? We talked about a family but we never thought about starting it now.” You bit down on your lip before talking again. “What if he doesn't want it?”

“Hey, that won't happen!” Heeseung wrapped his arms around you, hugging you tight. “Please, he already loves you and he's gonna love you even more if he knows that you're pregnant.” Your friend kept comforting you until you heard someone getting in the apartment, walking towards you.

“Oh, thank god it's you two, I thought I was third wheeling again,” Jake said, his curious eyes moving to the paper on the coffee table. “Oh? What's this? Is it a new contract?” He quickly reached it, taking it closer to his face so he could read it, ignoring Heeseung's warnings.

You pulled away from Heeseung, watching Jake's face getting pale as his jaw dropped due to the surprise.

“You're pregnant,” he whispered, staring at the paper. “Yn, YOU'RE FUCKING PREGNANT,” he screamed, making you get up to place your hand on his mouth to shut him up.

“Jake shut up, what if Sunghoon hears you?” You quietly shouted, making him frown. You let your hand fall to the side of your body, letting him talk.

“He doesn't know yet?” he asked, you could see the confusion in his eyes.

“No, I found out a week ago but I still don't-” you made a pause, feeling nauseous. You took a deep breath, earning a curious look from both boys. “I don't-” you stopped, running to the bathroom.

“She was trying to say that she doesn't know how to tell him,” Heeseung finished your sentence as he knew that you'd take your time in the bathroom.

“Oh…” The Australian boy nodded, “dude we're gonna be uncles!” He smiled as his eyes got brighter. “Do you think it'll be a boy or a girl? Oh my god, I can't wait to meet the baby!” The oldest laughed, shaking his head as he agreed.

You turned on the tap, letting the water run as you washed your face. You brushed your teeth before going back to the living room.

“I'm sorry about that,” you said, earning a nod from your friend before he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you into a big hug.

“I'm so happy for you! I really can't wait to meet them, I'll be the best uncle, I swear!” He mumbled as his smile got bigger. You smiled at him, your intrusive thoughts were telling you that if Sunghoon didn't want the baby, your baby would have a good father figure thanks to your friends.

“Thank you so much,” you hugged him back before pulling away. “I think I'll tell him today…”

The boys gave you a worried look.

“You can wait a bit more if you want to though,” Heeseung said, getting up. He placed his hand on your shoulder, caressing it with his thumb to comfort you. “It'll be okay but I'm definitely kicking his ass if he does something dumb.”

“No, it's okay, he needs to know.” You said, wrapping your arms around your friend's shoulders. “I'm so lucky to have you both! And Jay, of course.” Your friends hugged you tight.

“We won't tell Jay that we found out before him, don't worry,” Jake said. “We don't want him to feel left out or anything.”

As soon as you thanked them, you heard another key opening the main door. Your boyfriend was home.

“Oh, a group hug? Can I join?” He asked with a smile, the dark circles under his eyes and his tired expression made your heart beat faster as your brain was filled with bad thoughts again. If he's already tired, getting 8 hours of sleep, what would happen if he had to wake up in the middle of the night for the baby?

“Of course, come here,” the boys opened their arms, letting him join the hug for a bit before they all pulled away. “So... ” Jake continued, “we should go now! Jay is waiting for us!” He grabbed Heeseung's arm, dragging him to the main door as they both left.

“What's wrong with those two?” Sunghoon laughed, wrapping his arms around your waist. “At least they left us alone~” He cooed, leaning towards your face and placing a soft kiss on your cheek. “Wanna cuddle, baby?”

“Sure!” you grabbed his hand, holding it a bit tight as he pulled away from the hug. “But we need to talk first.” You said, earning a curious look from your boyfriend. “Let's sit on the couch.” You guided him towards the couch, you both sat down next to each other, his knees touching yours.

“Is everything okay, baby?” he asked, holding your hand gently as he caressed your skin with his thumb.

“I think so,” you mumbled, avoiding his gaze. Sunghoon knew that you were nervous about something, so he just squeezed your hand gently, encouraging you to speak. “I mean, it is okay now but I don't know if everything will be okay after I tell you.” The tears gathered in your eyes as you felt your heart skipping a beat.

Your boyfriend felt his heart getting crushed when he saw the tears in your eyes. He took his free hand up, his delicate fingers went to your face as his index and thumb touched your skin to make you look at him.

“Baby, please don't cry, you know I'm here for you,” he whispered before leaning closer to your face. “Please tell me.” He pressed a soft kiss on your lips.

“Alright, first of all, I love our relationship and the past two years have been so amazing, I love you with all my heart and I don't want to lose you.” You started, feeling your voice cracking from how bad you wanted to cry out of nervousness. The model stared at you, a little confused at your words. He had no clue about what was happening. “I don't know what I'd do without you but I also understand that you can leave if you want to and I'll respect it.”

Sunghoon frowned, shaking his head. “What are you talking about, angel? I'll never leave you, you're my whole world and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.” The worst thought crossed his mind but he had to ask before accusing you of cheating. “Yn, why would I leave?”

You captured your lip between your teeth before grabbing the paper on the table with your free hand. Sunghoon's gaze shifted to the piece of paper as he let go of your face and hand, grabbing it with both hands as he started to read it.

“What?” He whispered, his face turned pale as his lower lip trembled.

“Hoonie-” you whispered, watching him shake his head as the tears fell from his eyes.

“What? This is-” he looked up at you as the tears ran down his face before he smiled brightly. “This is so amazing!” He dropped the results on the floor, not wanting to waste a second as he cupped your cheeks and pulled you into a quick but loving kiss. “We need a new place, we can't stay with Hee if we're having a baby, we need to start designing their bedroom and buy clothes and get everything ready for them.”

“I love you so much, my love,” you whispered against his lips, wrapping your arms around his neck before crashing your lips against his into a passionate kiss. Sunghoon smiled against your lips, kissing you back as eagerly and passionate as you did.

After a few minutes, you pulled away, taking a deep breath as you pressed your forehead against his. Sunghoon moved his hand down, reaching the hem of your shirt and sliding his hand under the fabric. He placed his hand on your bare stomach, caressing it gently as he smiled at you.

“I can't believe you're pregnant, fuck, we're gonna be parents.” His voice was warm and soft, you could tell how excited he was and now you felt relieved. “For how long?”

“Three weeks now…” you whispered, placing your hand on top of his. He gave you a surprised look.

“Why didn't you tell me though? I already knew your period was late, Yn, I'm not dumb.” He said, drawing small circles on your skin with his fingers.

“I was scared…” you mumbled, placing your head on your boyfriend's shoulder. “I didn't know if you were ready or if you actually wanted to start a family.”

“Angel, if I wasn't ready to start a family, I wouldn't fuck you raw nor cum inside you all the time.” He giggled, turning his head slightly to kiss your hair. “And I have to admit that I've been thinking about this moment, if you'd keep it or not and how I'd support you on every decision that you make.”

“So you wanted to get me pregnant?” You asked shyly, looking up at your boyfriend as he blushed.

“Yeah, not just because I'd be happy cause everyone would know that you belong to me but also because we created something together and it's ours.” He said with a soft smile. “Our little baby~ And I'd be more than happy to be a good dad and a good husband.”

“Husband?” You asked dumbfounded.

“Well, we were going to get married sooner or later, right? Only if you want to, of course!” His face got redder as he spoke, making your smile grow.

“You're so cute, I love you,” you mumbled, kissing his lips once again until his face came back to his normal colour.

“I love you too, my angel.” He pressed a soft kiss on your lips before looking down at your belly. “And I already love this kid, as much as I love you.”

“Aw, I'm pretty sure they'll love you too, you're so dad material.” you teased, making him laugh as he blushed again.

“Now I'll have two people calling me daddy.” He joked, earning a playful punch on his arm as you both laughed. “But seriously speaking, you really have no idea how happy I am right now.” Sunghoon hugged you tighter.

“I'm happy too~” You cooed, pulling away from his grasp as you laid down on your side on the couch. “Now come here, I want to cuddle.” Sunghoon smiled, laying down behind you and pressing his chest against your back as he wrapped his arms around your waist, both hands falling right on your belly so he could keep rubbing your skin gently.

“My babies~ I'll take good care of you both and I'll love you until my last day.” He whispered in your ear before kissing your shoulder.

“I'll do the same for you, my love,” you mumbled, closing your eyes as your hands reached Sunghoon's, grabbing one of them as the other remained on your belly. “Can we take a nap now? You look really tired and I'm sleepy.”

“Of course, my love, and thank you.” He whispered before you both fell asleep, full of happiness and excitement as you couldn't wait to meet your baby.

- Kinda feel like this man would be fairly indifferent. Don't get me wrong, hes proud ( a wee bit confused) such a person would choose to be with him gods he'd nearly drop over dead but other than that its business as usual - Perhaps it would allow him to feel comfy with being more rough when it comes to your sex life if you know what I mean - Now we all know that this poor man has a drinking problem annnnnd after every battle victorious or not you both will go drinking mead . . . . eventually you of course would have to cut him off - While drinking though you guys would be sloppily tending to each others wounds - Cuddlying will ensue no questions asked (he prefers being little spoon but does not mind having you laying on top of him attached like a little Koala)

Sigurd

- Now lets get this all sorted Sigurd doesn't love physical confrontation unlike some of his brothers *couch* Ivar *cough* BUT he would find it so hot when you have that after battle look (as long as you're not injured of course) when you are covered in sweat and blood - Don't ask if he does though because he will fiercely deny it - Once everything is said and done you can bet he will tackle you with the most passionate hug and kisses no matter who is watching - When that is finally out of his system he'll take you to get a bath where he'll scrub you down while humming a song he can't quite remember then he will "graciously" let you clean him up too

Ivar the Boneless

- I am going to politely say this once and I will not be repeating myself Ivar will have you on his side if you are a good fighter we all witnessed what with Bishop Heahmund - But seriously if you are true to him and loyal (though if we are being honest with each other he is just suspicious everyones loyalty no matter who they are) he really could not give a damn - Well that is what he'd tell you but every once in a while he might just bring you to where he is standing away from the battle purely for strategical reasons of course - Off the field this man will give you tips and even train with you. Teaching you how to fight like him, to be sly, to be quick, and to think on your feet - Now as amazing as this all sounds there is the downside of having to calm him down when hes angry and even fighting some of his personal battles like when someone gives him a tough time. I believe its fair to say that you can get protective over him even if he doesn't need your protection

Ragnar the Younger

- Kinda like Bjorn I'm not gonna say its a requirement that you are fighter however you know it won't hurt you know - Now as I am sure we are all aware family is so important to Ragnar so if you are fighting for his family's cause be it Uthreds, his own, or his fathers he would already admire you - Gods if you are ever put in a positions where you saved his life hed be like well damn guess I have found the one and he would be eternally grateful - He's the type of person who would allow you to have your own life and he will have his and you both will meet in the middle and if suddenly in life you decide hey I want to be a badass warrior he would more than willing to help you train and then let you be on your merry way (he is proud of you do not worry) - After every battle cue him frantically searching the field praying to Tyr and Thor and Odin and Freyja and whoever that would listen that you were alive and when he finds you expect to his a bright smile despite his physical state

Uthred of Bebbanburg

- He has a thing for warriors. No questions. - Uthred will playfully fight you and even jokingly challenge to draw the square for a duel. Gods help you if you accept, he will not go easy on you and if you think he would you are wrong. - If you have sworn your sword to him, he would treat you as a friend, a companion. He would even see you as someone he could trust with his life seeking you out for advice (even when he didn't need it) - Now if you had sworn your sword to someone else and you were a good warrior he will stand with you to the best of his ability. IF said person was King Alfred you and him would be attached by the hip - Idk if you all know that one scene in star wars with Kylo and Rey

Okay so like I love to read imagines and stuff on tumblr abt slashers, but sometimes I can help but think that these murderers with not great morals prob would make fun of my tourrettes syndrome. Honestly I hate to say it, but most slashers would probably be assholes at first (especially before y'all are close). Like Bo, god I love that man but he puts the ass in asshole. I do think that as you become more of a Sinclair, he's going to be less mean about it but still teases you (but would absolutely help you with whatever you needed, he just does it while bitching). Definitely asks "the fuck ya do that fer?" especially if he's in a bad mood. He'll soften...eventually.

Vincent would probably be the most understanding, particularly in a medical sense. I am in the camp that he's the unofficial 'doctor' or Ambrose, like I can just see him reading medical textbooks to pass the time (or attempt to grow closer to his father). He probably seems kind of cold or clinical, but he would listen to suggestions on how to help emotionally (cause he's, quite literally, going by the book). I don't think he'd make fun of you for it because he kind of knows what's happening physically/medically.

Lester probably freaks at first, and asks what that was (might think you're possessed). He might be a little weirded out, but I think he understands and probably likens it to stimming (he's autistic fight me). He's the type of southerner who goes "yup, they's just like that, ain't nothin special. Maybe a lil strange but hey, ain't we all?"

Honestly us southerners are pretty brutally honest, but at the same time we tend to dance around things. Case in point: the sweeter and nicer we say "bless your heart," the dumber we think you are. Like my cat, I swear he has nothing behind his eyes, and my whole family will just watch him and say "bless his heart."

Aside from the Driving episode because that episode is *chefs kiss* my favorite is that like one or two episodes that take place between Goku and Gohan getting out the HTC and the Cell Games where Goku is just spending time with his friends and family. Those moments are so damn sweet and wholesome and make me cry because Goku is such a good man and a good father for choosing to spend what he'd figure to be his last moments on earth with his loved ones.

Also that bit with Krillin full force chucking a rock at Goku makes me wheeze.

a/n: HELLO, HI, YES, and welcome to what is likely going to be the only time i ever write on here. i've been thinking about these headcannons by @bootyyy-shaker9000 every day, and my little found family loving heart decided to make me write this. so here, take it.

also srry if it kinda jumps around a lot??? my adhd bitchass just has a dolphin brain and processes things kinda wack and it sorta effects how i write 😳. and i also wrote this at like 3am while very sleepy over the course of two days so dahfsdgfzdgfsdhfdgfsdgfs. also i didnt proofread this or anything i just. word vomit, yknow.

Living with the Mud Dogz was. interesting.

I mean, it wasn't bad, not at all, it was just... you were a family of four absolute himbos, with a total of one braincell among you and no one knows who has it.

Still, you love your dumbass dads and they love you!! Living with them was great!

Out of the three of them, Danny is the most parental with you-- probably because he's the oldest and relatively the most responsible of them.

He helps you with things like your homework and teaches you a lot of basic life skills like cooking and stuff, but he also helps out a lot with emotional problems, too. He's able to comfort you when you're anxious or sad, and can calm you down when you get angry.

G O D , Danny would absolutely have one of those "baby on board" stickers on his car.

Mickey often tends to be much more of a fun older brother than a parent for you, but he still does always step up and fulfill that role when needed. Mostly though, y'all are just the most chaotic pair of siblings.

You're such horrible influences for each other omfg-

The two of you are constantly egging each other on to do stupid shit, and are so goddamn DESTRUCTIVE. If it weren't for Danny and Leonard, you would both be dead by now.

"Y/n and I are immortal. Our proof is that we haven't died yet."

Leonard is probably the most inexperienced when it comes to being a parent.

Growing up, he'd really only had his mother and, sadly, she'd passed away when he was little. His dad wasn't around much, so for a lot of his life he'd practically raised himself. He'd gotten so used to taking care of himself that he wasn't sure how to take care of others.

He'd gotten accustomed to watching out for Danny and Mickey after some time, but keeping an eye out for someone not even half his age was a lot more difficult for him.

Still though, he really tries his best and actively makes an effort to be there for you. He may not be as good at Danny is at parenting, or be able to connect with you in the same way that Mickey can, but he loves you just as much as they do, and you love him just as much as you do them.

Leonard honestly is the most "dad" of the bunch.

Like ofc they're all dads, but, as previously mentioned, Mick is so often much more of an older brother and Danny is honestly a lot more of a mom-type. Leonard fills the role of a father much better than the others.

Speaking of mom Danny.

Dan's maternal instincts are IMMACULATE. Like,,,,,,,, bro,,,,,,,

Each one of the Mud Dogz are so extreamely protective of you, but Danny is just... the most. To the point where it can be very overbearing.

"Y/n, careful!! That's sharp! You could cut yourself."

"Literally, I was just reading a book."

If there's anything that you can't stand about your family, it's how much they baby you. They treat you like a little kid!! They ask you if you want appy slices and little cups of peanut butter to dip them in, as if you aren't fully capable of getting your own DAMN appy slices!!!!

But, to be completely honest, the Mud Dogz are very anxious about you getting older. It felt like you were growing up so, so fast and they just... didn't really know how to handle it?

They knew that getting older was inevitable and all but they just weren't ready for that to happen. They weren't ready for you to grow up yet. That's why they baby you so much; because they don't want to have to let you go.

When you finally bring up just how frustrated you are with them babying you all the time, they explain this all to you; how scared they are that you're growing up and that you wont need them anymore.

"You guys... I'll always need you."

"...Really?"

"Of course!! You're my family, and my best friends! I love you. And you'll always be apart of my life."

Cut to the Mud Dogz absolutely BLUBBERING.

They crowded around you for a big group hug, and just about suffocated you.

"Heh, we love you too, kiddo."

"Just promise that you'll slow down a bit for us, okay?"

"I promise."

The guys are surprisingly very affectionate with you, Mickey especially. They're constantly giving you little pats on the back or rubbing your head, and hugs are very frequent as well. Oh!! They also give you lots of little kisses on the head, too!

When it comes to spending time together, it really varies depending on who you're with.

Like, if it's just you and Mickey then you'll likely be up playing video games all night and eating junk food until you pass out.

If you and Danny hang out, you'll probably be watching a bunch of old movies on VHS or cooking together.

With you and Len, he likes to take you out for long car rides. Usually you won't even have any idea where you're going, you'll just drive until you get lost or run out of gas.

If it's the four of you together, though... oh boy.

You've tried to do so many things together as a family, but no matter what, it always ends in chaos.

Like, this one time you all played Monopoly together, and by the time you were halfway through the game, Dan and Len had gotten into THREE FIST FIGHTS, Mickey had attempted to rob the bank twice (despite you repeatedly telling him that isn't how the game works), and you'd had seventeen mental breakdowns.

You all never played Monopoly again after that.

And for real, everything ended up like this.

You tried to watch a movie together, but none of you could agree on what to watch and argued over it for an hour, until you finally just picked something random and it ended up being terrible.

You tried to go camping together and nearly got mauled by a bear and spent two days straight in a the-- which was not at all helped by Mick's constant complaining and you literally begging to climb down to try and make friends with the bear.

Even going to the grocery store was disastrous! You'd either end up being recognized by the police and have to make a run for it, or you get lost on the way there!

Still though, none of you would ever consider these to be bad memories. You look back on them all quite fondly, actually.

Monopoly night is something you always think back to and laugh over just how dramatic you all were being; you had all had a lot of fun watching that terrible movie and making fun of it; you'd surprisingly learnt a lot about each other while stuck up in that tree and had grown very close as a family because of it; and going out together was always exciting because you never know what could happen!

Honestly, there's not a single moment you've spent with the Mud Dogz that you regret, not even one. You genuinely cherish the time you've spent with them, and you couldn't imagine just how sad and lonely you would be without them.

Your family is an absolutely chaotic mess, but, you wouldn't change it for the world.
