I honor Aoyama with the Judas award of bnha because in the end, his actions drove half the plot of the manga.

Our little French dude not only almost got every student and teacher at UA killed, but he also is suffering because he never wanted that. He has the Itachi treatment on the sense that he was forced into a situation he really really regrets, but did it because his loved ones were on the line.

Also, in the end Aoyama almost sacrificed himself to stop AFO and he's loyal to the heroes, so what else can you ask for.
