it’s probably not a sensible tradition to brawl whenever they run into each other, but honestly? sense is overrated, and besides, it’s fun. jake wins more than he used to, these days, even with the height & weight disadvantage ━  but today isn’t one of those days. his face has to be red by now, the pressure in his eyes building, but he manages one really expressive eye roll before he taps out.
