Task 05

For Thanksgiving, we’re curious about your character’s view on the holiday, their familial traditions, their favorite dishes. If they grew up in the United States, do they like the holiday? Are they going home for the weekend? How do they get along with their families and what are they most looking forward to? What are they thankful for? 

If they’re from a different country, what are they going to be doing with their classmates? Will anyone be enjoying more space to themselves on campus? What about any similar holidays at home? Are they homesick?

The school is hosting a feast for all students staying behind. They are including dishes from many countries, trying to help students feel as at-home as possible. What are some dishes your character wants to eat on Thanksgiving, a mandatory meal or preferred side? Write about anything concerning the holiday from your character’s view.

*Admin Note: You can do threads/starters based off this as well, although we are not pausing other threads like we would an event. This is just a way to explore another side of your character(s).
