I picked up on my oc, Nova again. Trying to do some realism(semi?). Got a long way to go, but it was fun. (The second pic’s effect? Kinda reminds me of an album cover)

Looks like I’m still at it. I took interest in a small Art trend on a scene in Blade Runner 2049. So I decided to draw my oc Nova and Reiner in an AU setting of this scene. Here’s ReiNov.

Oh look, new year, new art(first one of the year!)

Here’s Argento. The day she lost her right eye. I have a headcanon that the Restrictor was cruel enough to put her through a second test immediately after their fight. This time against (four) of her peers(not her fellow Tsviets). That’s the idea behind this image anyway. I hope to show or write that in the near future (Argento vs. Enez, Lien, Marqué, & Domo). [Side note: it’s possible that materia use is somewhat limited in Deepground, but I did toy around with the thought of the slots on her sword being equipped. Oh well, maybe next time.]

DMC oc week: Day 6

Here are some concept arts of some of the dragonians (4 arch-dragons edition) in their human guises. They have to keep such forms condensed to better control their output. Otherwise they would negatively affect the underworld (and any other realm they may be present in.). The 4 Arch-Dragonians are: Bellicus the Infernal Might, Samael the Undying Abyss, Aequorea of Vehement Seas, and Nivalis the Ethereal Frost (Fairuza).

DMC oc week: Day 5

In this scenario, Fairuza found Mallet Island only to discover a horrible truth. Her liege, Vergil is now a puppet to serve Mundus called Nero Angelo. An encounter she dreaded. It was the beginning of the end for her in the comic page. The sword he is using is not Yamato, but some mock version of it. (She is equipped with the Bellicus here, though she’s not utilizing its power yet.)

As a bit of a bonus: here is throwback concept art of Fairuza’s different attire throughout some time periods.

Here’s a little something for dmc oc week.

Name: Fairuza (True name sealed away 2,000 years ago-Nivalis)

Age: 2,300+ years

Height: 184 cm (a touch over 6’0)

Weight: 68 kg (approximately 150 lbs)

Species: Dragonian demon

Fairuza belonged to a very small group of enigmatic beings called “Dragonians”. Back in those days she was better known as Nivalis the ethereal frost and one of Mundus’ terrible generals. After the dark knight, Sparda defeated the demon emperor, Nivalis was stripped of her name and sealed away by the last two remaining dragonians. Her crime was the destruction of most of her clan, including her father, Bellicus the Infernal might. When she was sealed away, most of her memories were sealed as well. She slumbered for a millennia before her tomb was moved elsewhere and subsequent awakening…

Fairuza utilizing the Bellicus devilarm gauntlets. A power she cannot use simultaneously with her innate primordial ice powers. This is but a fraction of Bellicus true primordial flame abilities. It can pose a threat to Fairuza if she is reckless. The utility of this devilarm is connected to her will. If there were a situation where her resolve were to falter…

I decided to participate in oc x canon week, well, at least I’ll try to keep up. I have today’s, but I’m missing days 1&2. I’ll post it soon. Here is ReiNov (Season 2 iteration) of “I can’t believe it…”. A bit sad and tragic for Nova learning the truth of Reiner.

DMC oc week: day 3

I also have some art/concept sketch on the in between. Fairuza’s encounter with Nero Angelo(Vergil) approximately five years before the events of DMC1. She was forced to battle him, and by doing so lost her will to fight. Raising her blade against her liege is a shameful burden to bear. So much so, after her defeat then being entombed, Fairuza forced herself a much deeper slumber. It was her hope to never wake.

DMC oc week day 2:Connections with cast & ship

I call it VerRuza(lol, I could also call it FaiGil 🤣🤣🤣)

Here is the concept art I did for Vergil and Fairuza in attire when they traveled to Seiryuu barrier island. Fairuza suggested this in order to properly train him undisturbed in the demonic discipline of the ‘way of the sword’. Vergil was around 15 when it began. When the training was complete, he was around 17-18 years old. The island is a place that has a thin veil between the realms. It is highly protected. Sparda made sure of that ages ago.
