A horror attraction was the last place you wanted to work, but you desperately needed the money and this was the only place that would hire you

You didn’t know much about Freddy’s pizzeria, just that years ago some children had gone missing and someone had decided that it would make a good attraction

You bring a few things in an attempt to keep yourself calm, a small stuffy and coloring book to keep your mind off of the scary environment around you

The moment shit started you practically broke down. You struggled to keep up on everything, and soon enough found yourself on the ground below your desk, the small stuffed rabbit clutched tightly to your chest

Once William, or sprigtrap, is found and brought to the attraction he immediately sets out to to kill you, but is confused by the seemingly empty office

He moves in slightly to look around, freezing when he heard a quiet crying. He listened for a moment before taking a few more steps in, and glancing under the desk

Nothing prepared him to see you quietly sobbing to yourself

It wasn’t even in the way he’d expect. You didn’t look like someone who broke down from the stress and was afraid to die

Instead you looked like a child who woke up from a nightmare in need of comfort

As he looked around for an explanation, he saw the small stuffed animal and coloring book and he was reminded of a concept he’d seen in a few phycology books where a person would revert to a child’s mindset

At first he couldn’t believe his luck, this would just make it that much easier to kill you! It may even give him the rush he used to get from it! But…something stopped him

“Hello…” he kneeled down with a clank, causing you to jump and look up at him

“B-bunny..?”

The way your voice cracked as you spoke, your eyes filled with tears, and the way you squeezed the stuffed rabbit, it was…amusing? Maybe even…cute

He slowly pointed at your rabbit, trying not to scare you. “You have, a bunny too.”

It took that interaction for William to become fascinated with you. He didn’t get you out from under the desk that night, and the next night you hid back under it with a notebook and your bunny until he found you

“Hello love…” he spoke quietly as he sat on the ground a few feet from you. You shoved the notebook towards him, watching his reaction as he looked over the drawing of the large yellow bunny.

“Is This me?” A Small nod. “Well, it Looks beautiful dear.”

The next whole is spent with you bringing small trinkets and toys for him to see, and him praising you for it. It was odd for William, he didn’t usually feel protective over anyone and yet the thought of any of the others getting a hold of you worried him

You’d never really had a caregiver, and even though the large, rotting, rabbit should terrify you, he just…didn’t.

When he was around the others didn’t bother you, and he liked your drawings and stuffed animals, so how bad could he really be?

The day William decided you were his was when you crawled out from the desk and onto his lap with a book, asking him to read to you.

When the building ultimately burns down due to ‘faulty wiring’ William finds your home to take you with him when he disappears for a while.

He couldn’t imagine leaving you, so he packs your bag, and luckily you are willing to follow him into the night

You have literally nothing, and the closest thing you’ve ever had to a daddy wants you to be with him.

And you aren’t looking to lose that

a little backstory ...

✦ It all starts at an airport - you and your team making your way to the next race whilst he and Barcelona are travelling home. Just as you’re walking through the airport terminal you manage to lock eyes with him for a split second, the sides of his lips curling into a smile. You feel yourself blush and stop in your tracks before being ushered along by your manager. You don't know it then, but the mysterious boy had also turned around to catch one last glimpse of you before your figure disappeared through the terminal gates. At least, as much of a glimpse as he could get before his teammates caught on with jeering whistles and teasing remarks.

✦ It’s just your luck that a couple of fans who had been waiting for either of your teams caught a couple clips of this moment and post it online - and it becomes the ultimate content for edits, shipping conspiracies, and videos. 

✦ From there on, things blow up. Clips of you watching his games or shots of him with your instagram posts open on his phone go viral amongst a flurry of dating rumours. 

✦ You first connect over these silly videos, but once you actually get to know each other you realise there’s actual chemistry between you two and eventually start dating - which you accidentally announce to the world after Joao scores a goal and points up to you in the stands (needless to say the internet was very happy that night)

Even so, he can’t help but smile a little at the mention of you.  “Can you blame me? Did you guys see them last night? They were amazing, I mean Their overtakes were amazing and going from P10 to P3 is insa-” he begins, but is cut off by the groans of his teammates around him who all go off to train on their own. He doesn’t mind though, since he’s the one who’s lucky to have a partner worth bragging about.

✦ Is quite possessive and protective, not because he doesn’t trust you to be loyal or take care of yourself but because he knows what kinds of dangers being famous can pose and he wants to be able to help you through them. 

✦ Whenever you attend award ceremonies together his hand never leaves your waist, partially because he feels a little awkward without you (introvert bf things) but also because he just likes the feeling of having you close to him at all times

It’s Joao’s first time visiting you on the grid since you’ve ‘officially’ announced your relationship, and you wanted to introduce him to someone you considered a big brother. Only thing was, you had forgotten how deep the rivalry between the team Carlos supported, Real Madrid, and your boyfriend’s team ran.  “Carlos, please,” you sound exasperated but in reality you’re trying to hold back laughter at how dramatic his reaction is.  “You didn’t tell me your boyfriend was a Barcelona player?”  “What does it matter?”  “How could you?!” Carlos exclaims, his voice making it clear how betrayed he feels at your decision. Next to you, your boyfriend tenses up - you can tell how nervous he is to be meeting your group of friends and so you take his hand in yours, giving it a comforting squeeze. Even so, this entire situation is hilarious to you.  “Oh get over yourself,” you huff.  Eventually, you manage to get the two of them to sit down and have a proper man-to-man conversation in which they realise they have more in common than they think - the most obvious being both of them caring for you which they seem to have no problem bonding over. Needless to say, Carlos’ hatred of the opposing club might’ve lessened a little that day.

Hes had so many things happen to him and around him because of his luck—which is very ironic, and tends to be very odd compared to others because of it, but with you, you made his life pure.

He doesn’t have to worry about hurting himself or others, and he really does think you’re a blessing in disguise

more caretaker kenjaku headcanons i beg of you

ahah, i can try! some of these will be featured in my kaori/femjaku fic that i’m putting out very soon (either late feb or march!) and the upcoming caretaker kenjaku x future vessel series :)

they/them pronouns used for kenjaku because i’m not in particular referencing any one vessel they’re using, just wherever the brain ended up

content warnings: problematic behaviour, manipulation/emotional abuse, topics might be uncomfortable in general, suggestive talks —

- being their old age, like very, very, very old age in combination with how they are—i feel like overall that they’d lean towards in being condescending with the care that they provide. you’d reach for the painkillers for a headache and you’d hear a tut, as they just mutter “no need”, while whipping you up some herbal concoction within a flash.

- if you experience having a period, they’d know your signs. they’d confine you to a source of heat, refuse you cold food and drink, but better yet, they’d get you to cling to them while calling you out for it, even if it was their idea to hold you.

- on that note, i feel like period sex or at least stimulation would be something they hold over you. orgasms can help with periods, so they’d tease you with relief, providing it only when you actually would resort to begging or at least being whiny.

- if you were ever to be injured, well good luck! your life might as well not be your own during this time. no matter how small the injury, they’ll make a big deal out of it, probably telling you that “if only you were more careful, hm? then you could have avoided this. oh dear. now i have to take care of you.” even if you claimed you were fine.

- guilt tripping for you taking up the time they’re willing to provide would be a common thing, making you crave their validation. it wouldn’t be the only thing they’d do, though, giving you small crumbs of what you crave just so that they could do it again and again and again—

- if you were injured in let’s say your arms or hands, or anything that prevented you from leading your regular life—they wouldn’t just stop at taking over things like cooking or helping you get dressed. they would insist that you can’t use the bathroom alone, or that you couldn’t shower alone, giving you a taste of invasive, uncomfortable care.

- things like maybe, thinking you were washing your hands wrong, so they do it with/for you, drying them properly. maybe a bit out there, but they’d help you wipe after urination (they’re not grossed out by it), or holding your jaw while brushing your teeth for you.

- tw: food habits — after a while of being around you, they’d find a distaste to modern eating habits, even if you claimed to eat healthy. they’d take over breakfast, lunch and dinner for you, taking over that in your life. if you had dinner with friends or went out to drinks, i have a feeling that they would take personal offence to it, asking you all sorts of questions like “is what i do not good enough for you?”

- aftercare in particular is not just cuddling, but they’d argue that the body becomes quite… tense during sex, so they would massage certain spots, like your lower back, thighs, your abdomen. in general, i feel like they’d probably never stop with touching you, so personal space would not be a concept you know.

- as for punishments for when you do want anything else that goes against what they’re doing for you, the care would cease and so would communication. kenjaku is manipulative, so they would get you so dependent on them that if they even step away for a minute, you wouldn’t know what to do.

- speaking of, should you be a sorcerer, they’d try to encourage you to take on independent tasks because they’d want to see you excel, but ultimately you will never be away from their side. the last time they let you do something on your own, you came back with a scratch or a broken bone. no matter how good you’d get, they’d make a fuss over it, leaving you to watch and learn for your entire life.

- in general, i feel like their care would be intense and invasive, forcing a one-sided dependency. you would be in the best shape of your life, physically, but not mentally. every need and whim is taken care of, but you would never have any time to yourself.

- saying that, to keep you constantly at their side, they would give you enough “love” to show you that they do care, but it’ll be the kind that leaves you feeling unclean, or used, leaving you to constantly chase that nice feeling again, but it’ll never be enough.

- however, when you’re at an age where you actually can’t take care of yourself, maybe in the last few years of life, they’d finally be the kindest you’ve ever seen.

hajime would be very confused at first, he'd ask if it's similar to nagito's ultimate and if it's a cycle of good and bad luck. when you told him it wasn't and shit was just constantly hitting the fan, he got a little worried.

it's usually small things like you falling face first on the ground because you forgot to tie your shoes, every animal known to man constantly attacking you or the coins falling out of your wallet whenever you tried to buy anything from a vending machine to be never seen again. yet sometimes, it would ruin dates the two of you wanted to have.

one time - when the two of you started dating - you decided to go to the beach to have a date. it was the middle summer and there weren't any clouds in the sky, yet the moment the two of you finished setting everything up it started raining. the worst part is as soon as both of you went home the sky cleared. hajime would be the type to awkwardly show up at your doorstep right after the failed date, soaking wet, asking if "you had room for two in your house".

overall, i don't think he'd take it too hard. even if some hangouts fail there's always room for more. he'd worry, of course, but not to the point where he'd restrict your movement and choices (only if you have the risk of getting ran over or something).

Makoto Naegi

he's definitely the type to be constantly worried. although he is the ultimate lucky student he can only hope that his ultimate is enough to balance yours out (which usually just ends up the two of you sharing lucky and unlucky experiences).

before going out he'd tie your shoes extra tight, make sure you have a jacket if it's cold out or an umbrella if it's raining - with a smaller, spare umbrella inside your backpack if the first one broke. bought by the man himself! he'd be the type to grab your hand before crossing the road but not let you cross unless everything was right. by this i mean, no cars in the street, shoes tied, hand held, nothing in the way.

at the start of your relationship makoto thought he was being a bit too much but when you almost got ran over as you crossed the seemingly empty road he decided he could never be too sure.

altogether, he's worrying a lot. not in an annoying way, more of a "you're my troublesome child and i'll never let you out of my sight" type of way.

Nagito Komaeda

oh no. the good luck? still there. not a lot though. the bad luck? double. the cycle is still there, it's just that now whenever something bad happens it's two times worse.

nagito would be very nonchalant over both your talents and not let it get in the way of your dates. for example, if it started raining heavily during a walk and he noticed it was starting to flood the streets he'd try to convince you to go buy floaties to float down the street together. hopefully his good luck comes around quickly! you don't feel like getting stuck somewhere or drowning.

if you did get hurt he'd degrade himself - even if why or how you got hurt had nothing to do with him - and pay for your hospital bills. i feel like nagito would be the type to pamper his partner a lot with little gifts and try to carry you up the stairs if you broke your leg(s). And fail miserably at doing so.

he'd get into shit with you to just go "haha, my bad. how could i let this happen?"

kiibo. my sweet baby. like hajime, he'd ask a lot of questions when first meeting you! throughout time he'd get used to it and do his best to help you out. your gloves got ripped up by unknown causes and it's snowing? he'll use his hairdryer function to "breathe" onto your hands to quickly warm them up and when the two of you get home he'll sew them back up.

if you get hurt he wouldn't be able to carry you or anything (he's not particularly the strongest and his back pain doesn't help) but he'd take care of you afterwards! be it cooking meals, or cleaning the house.

everytime you get home he'll stop you at the door while concentrating reallyyy hard to use his zooming function to see if you're alright. doesn't do much, but you let it slide if it helps calm his worry.

Jason X Jazz

This entire post is me screaming into the void because I'm writing a fic and I'm having a lot of emotions about it. You have been warned.

I am currently processing some things through the characters of Jason Todd and Jasmine Fenton, and I need to talk about their characters before I break down completely.

Jazz is easy for me to write. Jazz is an Enneagram 5, which I'm pretty sure is my type as well. Jazz ignores her emotions - or at least refuses to identify them - in favor of logic. Truth is ultimately what matters to her. She hoards information in her attempts to find the truth, and no amount of information will be enough until she finds a satisfactory answer.

I see a lot of myself in Jazz.

Mostly good things - and in fact that's the problem. I have a hard time seeing Jazz's flaws as flaws. The orginal show calls her out for being a know-it-all, and a teenager who thinks she's an adult, but as I write this I realize that I never saw that as something that had to be fixed - or at least, not as something that had to be fixed by Jazz herself.

Because of course Jazz felt like she had to be an adult. Her parents were caught up in their own lives, to the point where they left their science experiments on the kitchen table with toddlers running around. Of course when Danny started acting differently, and her parents didn't notice, she blamed it on their inattention. And of course it was specifically Danny's need for attention that mattered; she's got her intellect to carry her through life's challenges, after all. She's the one with perfect test scores, the one who applies herself, the one who understands the importance of a life apart from ghost hunting.

Oh, she's aware of her own need for attention, of course. She'd have to be a fool not to realize that, sometimes, she gets envious of ghosts for how much her parents seem to be obsessed with them. (She's have to be a fool not to realize that, magic or no magic, she shouldn't have fallen so fast for Johnny.) But she can handle it. She can think her way through it. Danny can't; all he has are his…

Friends.

Who are Jazz's friends?

Who does she talk to besides her brother, her parents, and the occasional teacher or classmate for academic purposes?

Where does she vent all that emotional energy besides the occasional concert?

This is where I see Jazz's flaws and mine overlap. This is also something I feel comfortable writing about, because it's something that I have talked about in therapy ad nauseum. I know the answer here is quite literally to lean on the relationships you do have, and if that's not enough, to find new relationships. It takes work and more than a bit of luck, but it is possible for Jazz (and me) to break out of this idea that she always needs to be rational about everything, including herself. I think that's what the show was going for, actually - but equating emotional expression with childishness is… wrong, I think. It reeks of underlying toxic masculinity if nothing else, and considering what I've heard about Butch Hartman, that's not off-base.

And then there's Jason.

Jason fucking Todd.

Who like no other character I have ever seen in fiction, fanfiction, and all the headcanons in between, embodies the Bible verse of Romans 7:19-20:

"For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it."

Jason is an Enneagram 8. Jason, whether he realizes it or not, is obsessed with control. He wants the world to be good, to be just, and he will go to dramatic lengths to make it so - not unlike Bruce. At the same time, though, he has internalized the belief that he himself is not a good person. He's a just person, maybe - and I would even venture kind - but as much as he tries to do what he thinks is right, Jason Todd does not think of himself as good during or after UtRH. He's sacrificed his sense of empathy, after all, and that made him "the bad one" who "needs to be stopped". (Makes sense, since he's the one that was never good enough anyway.)

So is it any wonder that he struggles to believe in forgiveness? Is it any wonder that he won't allow himself to accept love when it is offered? He doesn't think he deserves it. He thinks that people who have done worse than him deserve it even less. And maybe if he can take them out, in a twisted way it'll make him better. Maybe if he can rid the world of a few monsters, it'll make him less of one.

Jason at his worst is all of my self-loathing, all of my catastrophic thinking, all of my self-delusion, and all of my fear. I've connected his struggle to accept love to my own struggles with sexual content. I've said it before elsewhere, but I think I need to say it again: radical forgiveness and love are the only way forward. The catch is that, by necessity, those things require connections with other people.

And what writing Jason in my fic is asking me to do is to imagine the people I care most about in this world discovering the worst part of me - and forgiving me for it. Helping me with it. Only for them to ultimately fail to fix me, thus making me desperate enough to turn to a stranger who may screw me over worse than anyone ever has.

Suddenly I feel like we've been down this road before.

And while I know that Jazz is someone Jason can trust, Jason doesn't know that, and it's difficult to picture - well, no, actually, it's not hard to picture Jason, after being caught in a moment of Pit Rage, to tell the worst to Jazz in an effort to scare her off. And it's not hard to picture Jazz rationalizing that behavior, and even seeing honor in the honesty of it. It's not hard to picture Jason being confused and suspicious, forced to confront his own assumptions about what's possible and what he deserves out of that possibility. It's not hard to picture Jazz having empathy for those who suddenly receive more than they think they are owed. It's not hard to imagine Jason bargaining with himself, desperate for something to work but also ready to bail at the first sign of betrayal.

Holy shit, it's easy to see how he slowly comes to accept her help with his Pit Madness. It's easy to see how after he feels like he's back in control of himself, he'd start falling in love with this girl who sees the best in him.

And the kicker is, she doesn't even see what she's done as special; she just didn't want him to feel alone. She didn't want him to feel trapped in his own head.

She's not expecting those sentiments to be returned.

She's not expecting Jason to like it when she loses her temper. She's not expecting him to treat her with respect when it comes to her hobbies, the same she gives him. She's not expecting him to want to be around her, to seek her out when he's feeling any type of way; for her to seek him out and have him be willing to listen when she wants to vent. She's not expecting the committment, the quiet support, the feeling that for once she can lean on someone else and just be herself.

Is it because he feels like he owes her? Is it because she has something he wants? Is he trying to manipulate her? There has to be a rational explanation-

Even if that's true- Well of course I'm protective of children and the disadvantaged, who isn't? What do you mean you're thankful that I've made Crime Alley my home and you'll be here for me as long as I want you to be?

BEFORE.

The two of you start off as friends. Maybe from a accidental bump in the hallway, being paired up for a project, calling the wrong number, or mistaking each other for someone else. It all happens by chance.

Makoto is definitely awkward at first, I don’t imagine him having many friends growing up, just acquaintances. So you are certainly one of the first.

Hangouts are usually something casual, watching a movie together, arcade, or just simple conversation with each other.

Might take some time for him to warm up to you, he doesn’t want to mess up a possible new friendship and tries to seem less nervous than he really is. In reality, he just makes himself look even more nervous.

Once he gets more comfortable around you though, there is certainly a change in his behavior. He is less insecure, still slightly nervous around you but not nearly the same amount. Also, he talks more often. Not like he never did before—just less hesitant and awkward.

I can see your friendship continuing on for a good two-three years before any romance really starts to bloom, but, the feelings were always there, just not noticed by either of you.

CRUSHING.

Like any teenage boy, Makoto has had crushes, lots of them. Most of the time they never really stick though. Either he lost feelings or he focused on something more important. Romance was never his top priority.

Now, when he gained feelings for someone new, he never expected it to be you. His best friend who is also a boy.

It takes time for him to process his crush on you and the fact he is attracted to guys. It would be a big turning point in your friendship, and he might start avoiding you just to grasp an understanding about how he feels.

Makoto is not good at hiding his crush on you, it doesn’t take you too long for you to connect the dots.

If you’re waiting for him to confess how he feels first—tough luck, you are going to have to make the first move.

Makoto would be far too panicked and always convince himself it’s a “bad idea” every time he tries to confess his feelings. He doesn’t want to mess up one of his closest friendships he has all because of his uncontrollable crush on you. Also, there is a chance you may not like guys at all.

However long you wait—weeks, months, years—Makoto’s crush on you only grows stronger and stronger to the point one day he’ll just blurt out that he likes you. 50/50 chance he would runaway.

But, if you are the one to confess first, it’s almost like a switch flips inside of himself. All the insecurities, fears, shame, and embarrassment fade away (just for the moment) as he tries to process what is happening. At first, he might think you’re lying and playing with him, but once he comes to the conclusion you’re not, he feels like the luckiest man in the world.

DATING.

The start of the relationship is slow, very slow. Makoto would take everything at a snails pace out of fear of not wanting to mess anything up. Even when dating his insecurities are still there.

His insecurities don’t just stem from him worrying he might fail his partner, but also because this is the first time he ever dated a guy—or anyone.

Not that there is anything wrong with you specifically, of course not, he is still just trying to figure out who he is and might need more time to accept his sexuality.

Makoto would have trouble communicating the way he is feeling, he usually keeps his emotions bottled up/to himself. So, this is something he definitely needs to work on.

PDA is something he will have to warm up to, small displays of affection are off the table until he becomes more confident in his relationship with you. But behind closed doors I can see him being more affectionate, still nervous.

His love language would be quality time or acts of service. Both could possible work for him. He already looked forward to spending time with you before dating, now he just has an excuse to go out on dates with you and spend more time together.

I think Makoto would love taking care of his boyfriend. Probably would do the simple things you wouldn’t feel like doing sometimes whenever he comes over like: taking out the trash, helping out with laundry, washing dishes, etc.

Arguments are not a common occurrence, Makoto would rarely ever complain unless something is truly bothering him that he is unable to stay quiet anymore. So it really depends on the type of person you are.

As push over and a slight people pleaser, he would let someone walk all over him and probably not even notice it. The two of you will have a discussion about boundaries once you start to notice how he acts around others sometimes.

All and all, the relationship is a happy one—maybe not entirely healthy, but happy. Makoto’s confidence will surely grow as time goes on with your support, as well as not being a complete doormat to other people. He also is more open to PDA as time goes on, not having the same feeling of nervousness/anxiety.

In conclusion, with open communication and support, you and Makoto have a good shot at a long healthy relationship!

Even though the pregnancy would be intentional, Adam really wants to be a father, he’d panic a little once he realizes you’re actually pregnant.

Like, he hoped and prayed it would happen, but now that it actually is, well, he’s excited, but he’s worried, but he’s excited, but he’s worried. It’s just a lot of emotions building up in him at once and he’s not used to it.

He’s the kinda guy to dote on you and take care of you even before you got pregnant, but while you are? Yeah, good luck doing anything on your own. He doesn’t want to risk anything happening to you or the pregnancy.

Cooking, cleaning, using stairs, getting dressed, bathing. Hell, he’d carry you around 24/7 if you even remotely hint that you don’t wanna walk around.

You’re like a fragile glass vase to him, even if you tell him to stop he’ll still be treating you as such.

Adam is ready to be a father, but he’s also not as ready as he would want to be. Every day, when he’s not taking care of you, he’s doing something to prepare, getting the house ready.

Builds a bassinet and crib, tries to sew little outfits, looking through name books, moving furniture. Hell, he’d probably add another room on to the house himself if he thought there wasn’t enough for his future offspring to have their own space.

He’s got a bit of ‘baby brain’ going on, like for nine months that’s gonna be the main thought on his mind.

Adam would be a bit hesitant to get outside help, but he’d realize that his general dislike for most people would have to be put aside to find you a midwife. Probably takes him a while before he can find one that’s not immediately terrified of him.

He stays up late many nights secretly worrying about so much. What if the baby hates him? What if the baby looks like him? So many questions that stress him out and keep him up.

mostly observes from afar bc he's allergic to like Every Flower Known To Man

LOVES listening to you yap abt different flower arrangements, their symbolism, which flowers grow in each season, etc.

he's the ideal man to infodump at hands down

wasnt totally sure if you meant didnt know any english or wasnt fluent so i had it as like, in between! hope thats alright!

CAINE:

youre in luck! i think caine would be programmed to know at least a couple languages, mostly the most common ones! so really there wouldnt be much of a language barrier since caine can likely easily breach that! on the off chance that you speak a language he wasnt programmed to understand, i think he would still make an effort to try to learn! no thoughts, only the two of you sitting down together slowly understanding one another more and more as the weeks pass by (will revisit this idea later with kinger!)

JAX:

i think he would be at least a little impatient (although i dont think thats the right wording, hes kind of just mean to everyone and you wont be an exception until you guys build something together, you know?), but ultimately enough interest builds for him to try to build some kind of system to breach that language barrier; be it the two of you sitting down and trying to teach each other or reading one anothers body language and moods

KINGER:

hoping over to kinger, i think if you two were to develop a friendship in some way, he would start picking up on some of the words you speak! he may not know exactly what they mean, or if hes way far off, but i think its the thought that counts!

imagine, if you want this to be romantic, you earn the courage to call them an endearing name in your language.. can go one of two ways, either it flies over their heads and you're free to keep building yourself up and eventually properly confess to them.. OR they do understand you and proceed to (lightheartedly) tease you for it (except kinger, i dont think kinger would be a teaser)

same idea as the above but instead its them trying out the nickname on you in your language and they just pray to god that they said the right thing... can escpecially see this with kinger, him going up to you and fiddling around before gaining the courage

i hope this was alright! i didnt wanna leave you hanging, although i gotta admit i was a little stumped on how to go about this idea </3 but at least it gave me a chance to talk about one of my favorite dynamics; where two characters dont really share a common language and/or one of them doesnt speak but they both still have this mutual understanding of one another
