Have you learned the official WYD 2016 theme song, "Blest are the Merciful" yet? #wydkrakow #wydusa #wyd2016 #krakow #krakow2016 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9pkco_g2R1A&feature=youtu.be The World Youth Day team in Krakow has released the English version of WYD’s theme song, "Blest are the Merciful." It was prepared in collaboration with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference, and the Catholic Bishops Conference of England and Wales. Do you want to design the #aussiepilgrim #wydkrakow tshirt?? Australian pilgrim’s national identity is an important part of every World Youth Day pilgrimage. The pilgrim T-shirt is at the centre of this visual identity. Each Aussie pilgrim will receive a t-shirt as part of their pilgrimage experience and it will be proudly worn across Europe and become a treasured memory of the event, worn back home. To let go of anger, wrath, violence, and revenge are necessary conditions to living joyfully. Let us therefore heed the Apostle’s exhortation: “Do not let the sun go down on your anger” (Eph 4:26).
