i'm playing dragon age: origins because it's been a long long time since my last playthrough (and i can't play veilguard on my ancient pc so might as well replay the old ones until i buy a new gaming laptop) and i'm currently doing the werewolf quest in the brecilian forest... honestly what is it with bioware and their shady bald elven mages? like there was a reason why i never fully trusted solas in inquisition and it has everything to do with a certain other bald elven mage we meet in the first game of the series. 馃槄

i didn't realize it before but i had missed playing dragon age: origins. it's been so long since i played it the last time and i am not very far in my playthrough yet but it's bringing back all the memories and i love it! like yes the game is of course showing its age but there's just something really special about it. 鈽猴笍
#this post is not me trying to say the other dragon age games suck or anything btw#i have liked all the da games and all the dlc that i have played and i have been watching a veilguard playthrough on youtube too#and been having a blast with that ngl#and i will definitely buy da: the veilguard in the future once i have a device i can play it with myself#but it's so nice to remember how it all began you know?#when i first started a new game yesterday i actually got chills when the opening animation played#i love this series and i love the lore and the various characters#and yes a lot has changed and each game has been really different than the last#but i'm personally not bothered by it so yeah#i am also probably going to play da: 2 after finishing origins (and awakening at least when it comes to dlc)#because i can't really remember almost anything about my one and only playthrough of it other than that i liked it and who i romanced lol#so you know... the most important stuff 馃ぃ#personal#wycked plays da: origins
