hey one and all ! so i won’t be making changes to hani’s background, so he’s still the same struggling messy artist student y’all know and love but ya know on the side there’s a whole ass zombie apocalypse going down haha enlarged emotion amirite ! under the cut are some PLOTS ( albeit kinda sucky ) for the event along with my answers for the task regarding charrie development !  p.s. i skipped out one of the questions as Hani is not anyone official so it seemed unnecessary to his character.
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth
so Hani would still live in the inner city in Ninetrees Apartments and I’m guessing that the city would get pretty quickly contaminated and due to the population and how the inner city is actually a more crowded area due to it being cheaper to live in that the disease would spread awful quick so Hani would need to respond fast and be prepared pretty much at the first news that hit the big alert of the situation ready to escape but it would definitely give him less of a head start than some.
2. How does your character react to the rumors of zombies?
I think that Hani would be slightly doubtful at first, he isn’t the type to believe in all that but he gets that science isn’t exactly like mythology or the supernatural so eventually pretty quickly i think it would kick in that oh shit this is actually real but because it is just science gone wrong from what has been disclosed to them so far and Hani is a pretty matured and calmed type I don’t think he’d freak at this stage rather he would get a survival kit sorted and keep his bearings since by his standards it would be ten times harder to fight the zombies and survive if he’s in a constant stress, upset and panic. he needs to keep a clear head, so he does so.
3.  Is your character prepared? Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis?
Hani would be prepared since the news would hit the inner city almost instantly when it was officially labelled as a crisis and the inner city would also probably recieve more help from officials and people on hand however Hani would definitely doubt those individuals intentions and suspect it was more for publicity it is still every man for himself so he would still take what he needed off them. I don’t think he would’ve gone as far as to save food and it would be pretty hard for him to protect the apartment but he does have transportation and would definitely prepare pretty much all his food when the news hit for survival storage. physically Hani is totally fighting fit though he isn’t the most muscular or buff build he is quick, agile and flexible and also being smaller does make his defensive tactics better off and he suffers no health issues internally or externally. as for mentally, it would be a little overwhelming but he isn’t in a state of panic at this stage as it is just science gone wrong and while that is scary its also manageable as long as you stay prepared and alert so he knows he needs to have a flawless headspace and he isn’t too shaken to abide by that yet.
4. Does your character know basic survival skills?
Hani does know basic survival skills, he scoffs a little at the idea of not knowing that because it doesn’t take a zombie apocalypse out break for the basics of survival to need to be known and on hand at any instance. he was taught by his father but only because as an artist he had wild ideas like that and the mindset of suffering for art so he would always take hani on his little experiments and survival trips, plus Hani saw it fit to teach himself further after living in big cities all his life and being one of the fortunate types to go to expensive schools he knew he’d need to be able to hold his own and was matured from an early age to be without parents and function like a fully grown adult and fend for himself so yes Hani is more than capable and of a resourceful intellectual mind even in unexpected situations.
5. How long do you think your character would survive?
I think Hani would survive a while, i don’t know if he’d be one of the last standing but this boy is surprising and though he doesn’t necessarily have the braun to fight off zombies or kill them with pure force. he definitely has the brains and the self control to be lethal, he would be an excellent strategist and healer on hand plus he’s always been taught to be a mature adult and sort things himself as well as raise his baby brother so he knows how to take care of others as well as himself, he pretty much made a life for himself all by himself because his parents had faith in him so he would be able to be a voice of reason and clarity throughout plus he is naturally a self controlled and resourceful thinker so he could make a lot out of what he has with the right materials as well as be a placid and grounding presence in the face of danger for himself and those around him.
6. are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak?
In moderation yes, Hani has to admit he isn’t a total hardass or immune to the danger of an outbreak while he still sees it from a scientific rather than horror point of view and that keeps him tethered it is undeniable that an aspect of it is still fearful as there is the prospect there is no cure or that the cure itself is under threat, could run out etc so yes he is slightly afraid but he isn’t panicking or showing it because it wouldn’t contribute anything to his chances of survival and not getting out of it is more frightening than the zombies themselves. with a cure or potential to get one in sight, things are bearable but without it may be a different story.
7. are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
i think so, though Hani is trying to convince himself to remain at a logical standpoint and mindset and from that perspective if he dies then it isn’t overly shocking in the circumstances and he can only do his best to avoid that and take each day as it comes but at the same time of course he is afraid, he’s young and hasn’t actually done anything much with his life yet or had time to make milestones so the prospect of losing that before he ever grasped it is somewhat horrifying a thought. as for being turned, it saddens him to think about it but i wouldn’t say he is afraid of that, more sympathetic to himself and others because at that point he’ll be a numb and braindead body so its not so much scary as it is upsetting as it isn’t how he’d wish for anyone to go.
8. Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
Its a midway line between the two for Hani, he wouldn’t hurt others but he’s not beyond stealing or causing damage if he has to do it to survive because in this situation he doesn’t see it as unethical, its the only hope they have left of living at a certain point though he definitely wouldn’t start doing it until there was risk of resources running low and if he was fighting for more than just his life it would be even more important. but Hani is also interested in helping where it fits, healing up injured people or recruiting them if they’ve got what it takes and giving them much needed food and basic necessities. he definitely doesn’t want to hurt people but he will hurt the zombies without hesitation if he or anyone else is under threat around him, even if it was a friend, if they were turning he’d try and save them but eventually if it didn’t work and he had to hurt them to end the suffering then he would but it would be the most mentally damaging thing for him
9. Do their personalities change in the panic?
For the most part I think Hani is the same but he might be less kind and of gentle nature than usual because the situation requires him to be more ruthless and silently lethal, using his mind as a weapon would be essential to him so he might be more cold and calculated to an extent though he’d still be a very caring person who massively wanted to save his friends as much as possible and heal the strangers he could and he certainly has sympathy to the zombies still despite being under threat by them.
10. How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
Hani would hate every moment of it and I wouldn’t put it past him to let a few silent tears slip but for the most part he would hold it together, he’d be disgusted and horrified and probably want to be sick from the despair and anger. i think its one of the only times you’d get a glimpse at the fear under his hard skin that he’s put on for the situation but for the most part he would hold it together as much as possible and only break down much later on, preferably alone.
11. Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
Hani is definitely more mentally inclined but though physically wouldn’t be his strong suit i think he’d give it a good shot and he’d be good enough at it to use it to his best ability, it probably would work but he’d be better at defense than attacking and would probably need more weaponry to be able to fight the zombies, most likely at his best with the element of surprise on his side too. but mentally? he’d be the go to guy for strategy and keeping some order in form as well as making the most of resources or using what they have to become a better means of survival equipment.
12. Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
its a bit of both but definitely preferred for Hani to outsmart them, its his best weapon against them other than physical ones because he is definitely not of the build to be the best at fighting them or combat unless he has surprise on hand to go with it and an absolute state of kill or get killed but mentally he can outsmart them, traps and defense and strategy for him would be flawless against them plus he is agile, athletic and of a smaller faster more flexible build so being a means to distract them and keep them engaged whilst dodging their attacks and not fighting would be possible for him for a while in dire situations before he could get himself away from them, he could hold them off.
13. How far do you think your character will last?
Hani might not be one of the last standing but who knows honestly? it depends on the zombies more, how they naturally are and how they progress with time especially when the people start fighting back but i would be willing to bet he could last to be very near to being one of the last standing if he was cunning enough about it.
14. What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
Hani would be a zombie who was smarter definitely which would make him one of the more lethal zombies if he were to get turned so it would probably be best to make sure particularly that he doesn’t as a smarter zombie would certainly be much harder to face off and could have the power to teach other zombies giving them the upper hand or a fair fight and he would be faster too as he is already an athletic and agile type with a fairly small build. he wouldn’t be one of the strongest with brute force but that might actually be more surprising and alarming as a zombie.
GENERAL PLOTS :
your muse is injured in an attack, there’s debate over whether they have been bitten or not and the group has split minds on what to do but hani lays eyes on you and knows instantly he isn’t going to be able to walk away and as the only half fit medic on the rugged team its ultimately up to him. he could try and save you or leave you, so he brings you in the strongest hope he can fight it off for you but god knows how he’ll cope if he can’t, theres a danger he’s going to have to see you dead either way and one might be at his hands, how do both deal with that?
your muse and Hani aren’t exactly getting along, your muse is all brute force and fast thinking and Hani is well...the total opposite plus he has sympathy to the zombies underlying and it makes your muse tense though deep down they know Hani isn’t crazy and won’t do something dumb to try and save the zombies or protect them when they’re feral its still an uneasy thing between them and when they’re sent out to get resources and end up stranded...they’re sure gonna have to find a way to get along, and fast.
your muse and Hani are best friends and your muse was the first person Hani went to when finding out about the outbreak, there’s no way in hell that they’re losing each other through this thing and they’ve got each others backs having to shift the best friend role up to a ride or die as well but they might just be able to bear this thing if they’ve got each other. now its not just down to protecting their own asses but also their platonic soulmates too and its a lot of weight to carry, there may be a few bumps in the road but your muse is sworn to going down with hani if it has to be and hani equally inclined for yours.
Hani saves your muse in an attack, they’re fearing its all over before its even really began and on the brink of being turned and deserted when hani suddenly is in the place the zombie stood and said zombie is pretty gruesomely dead on the ground while a disarmingly brave boy stands before your muse with a spiked bat, its not the most perfect hero saves the damsel scenario but your muse is indebted and vows to guard hani’s life just as tirelessly from that point on. - likewise this is also up for reverse as an additional and hani being saved and indebted to your muse.
hani is bitten, his life is slowly draining from him and the worst has happened where he is becoming nothing but a shell of himself...he knows this, you know this but your muse is still sat there, desperately trying to put back together what can’t be fixed and if only hani had the strength left in him he’d beg for your muse to run but god dammit you’re hellbent on saving him and the life won’t leave him quick enough but he can feel himself losing more and more each day...you need to kill him, hani is begging you to kill him as soon as it becomes too close.
your muse is an official of some sort and hani’s brain has always been his best weapon in this apocalypse, he is sent to get some intel on the situation and find out more about how things got so bad and why more isn’t being done while keeping the official sweet and not blowing his cover, he’s the team strategist and spy and he can’t fail this because it might be that these rebels are all the hope there is left of finding a cure and fighting authority. - this could go in many directions with unique development to the characters involved. most primarily they could side with hani and be willing to help even with cover blown or they could be weary and sly.

guess who finally has time to get things done!
i won’t be making changes to jaehyun’s background, so he’s still the same buff overgrown puppy that everyone knows, just thrown into a zombie apocalypse setting! under the cut are some plots and connections that i would love to have during the event, along with my answers for the task!
plots:
we’re both raiding this grocery store for additional food stock and you’re making fun of me for making the organic section my top priority
an actual attack happened right in front of us, so now we’re hiding in this closet until the coast is clear
i didn’t expect to see some else this deep into the forest and i almost hit you with my weapon, thinking that you were a zombie
we’re both running away from a zombie and you keep trying to tell me something. seriously, what’s so important about it that it can't wait until we get to safety?
we made a pact to stick together throughout this thing and you went missing, and i’m losing my damned mind looking for you, only to find you trying to coax a kitten/puppy from an alleyway. i’m still mad at you, but we can add the lil animal to our group.
you got bitten. there’s no way that i’m leaving you, so i’m gonna be staying with you and try to help you through your symptoms. i don’t know what i’ll do when you turn, but i definitely won’t be able to kill you.
i got bitten. you should either run or kill me right now because i’d rather die than hurt you, or anyone else. please kill me as soon as i turn.
connections:
[ the dependent ]  i saved you from a couple of zombies and you’ve been clinging to me since (not that i mind)
[ the savior ]  i lost/broke my weapon and you rescued me from an incoming horde. i now owe my life to you and i’m hellbent on returning the favor.
[ the authority ]  you hold a position in the government/police force and i’m trying to get information from you on how the hell things got this bad this fast
[ the ride or die ]  we entered this apocalypse together and we’re leaving it together. whatever happens to you, i’m not leaving you, and i know you’ll do the same for me.
[ the transformed ]  i’ve been looking for you since the outbreak started and now that i’ve found you - only, you’re not you. you’re a zombie now, but your consciousness is still present.
and a lot more, but these are the ones i have so far!
task:
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth!
he lives in sunny cheonpo. while it’s not as bustling as the city, there are still lots of people, tourists and locals alike, who visit the beach and the surrounding establishments. he also goes to yongdeok and seongcheon regularly, so his chances of getting infected are higher.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies?
there’s a lot of doubt, initially. as far as he knows, zombies only exist in the horror movies and shows that he tends to avoid watching, plus, he’s not one to listen to gossip or rumors, so it might take some time for the news to get to him, unless a friend tells him about it directly.
Is your character prepared? (Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis?)
he might be strong and fast, but fear can still overtake him at first.  he might enter a shocked state initially, but that changes quickly when his survival instincts kick in. his house is secure and always stocked with food, a first aid kit and all sorts of gears and supplies for his more adventurous side. he has food last him for days, maybe even weeks if he rations them properly, and he’s got camping and climbing gear in case he has to evacuate his home, since his first choice would be the forest (the non-contaminated part, of course). he also has a car to take him places during the beginning of the outbreak, but he wouldn’t use it much in the future because the loud engine noise would alert any nearby zombies of his whereabouts.
Does your character know basic survival skills?
he may seem like a sheltered city boy, but he’s been travelling a lot and has adapted well to situations. he spent two years going to different countries after graduating, and he didn’t stay in five star hotels during most of that time. jaehyun is a nature boy through and through and mainly visited beaches, forests and mountains so he knows how to make a campfire, how to identify basic flora, and knows which supplies he would need. he has experienced bathing at rivers, climbing trees and scaling mountains. he would probably last longer if he hides at the forest instead of the city, as his survival instincts are much stronger there.
How long do you think your character would survive?
longer than most. he’s a cautious person and quick on his feet, but his drive to help every person that he sees along with his hesitance to fight back (in the beginning) would slow him down and maybe even lead to his downfall.
are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak?
of course. he’s going to be afraid of zombies and the possibility of him turning into one, but he’s more afraid for the people that he cares about than the situation itself. jaehyun tends to put other people before himself, so he would be constantly worrying about his friends and family, wanting to know if they’re safe, if they can survive, etc.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
as mentioned above, yes. he’d rather die than be turned into a zombie, as the latter would make him an additional danger to people, especially those he cares about, but he would be even more scared of both outcomes if he has a group or at least someone that he’s responsible for.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
he literally would rather die than add to the chaos. he’s a caring and helpful person, so he would try to help anyone who needs it, but would prefer to avoid most people as much as he can, knowing that not all of them would have the same mindset as him.
Do their personalities change in the panic?
playing sports has made him quick to react, enabling him to keep calm and focus on his actions and think up a strategy during dangerous situations. this man also has a seemingly infinite amount of patience when dealing with people, but his perfectionist tendencies will manifest even stronger in this time of need, so he would naturally assume the leader role in a group and take charge.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
the first time it happens, there’s a short moment of his mind just going holy shit holy shit holy shit on repeat so he might be frozen for a few seconds, but when the danger starts to turn his way, his instincts will kick in and he would either fight back, or flee from the scene. if there are people who need his help, he would try to save them first or try to create a distraction to shift the zombies’ attention on himself or something else, giving the others time to run away. in the future, he would be more prepared and his reactions would be instantaneous.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
a mix of both, but leaning more on the physical. jaehyun is a football player so he’s used to having sprinting and tackling people to the ground, having a lot of strength and speed that fits his build. he has a lot of stamina and endurance, so he doesn’t tire out easily. he’s also smart and has the knowledge that he needs to survive, though he does have his vulnerable moments, which tend to happen during the quieter times, like when he’s about to sleep, when everything kinda sinks in.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
he would rather avoid and outrun them, as much as possible. he still doesn’t want to hurt anyone, even zombies, especially if the zombie is someone that he knew before the outbreak. as the stakes get higher and he starts to accept that he can’t just keep running, he would start to fight back, especially if he’s with company that needs to be protected.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors? (How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not?)
no, he’s just your regular college student, so he only knows what the public does. he would spend some time studying the zombies, though, trying to find patterns on how they think/move and testing their capabilities, so he might be able to obtain a little more knowledge from that.
How far do you think your character will last?
as mentioned above, he would survive for a long while with his skills and knowledge, but his desire to help everyone would affect that.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
he would be a fast and strong zombie, and quite smart, too. he would be difficult to kill so your best bet is to either injure him or hide from him, as running away wouldn’t be effective since he doesn’t have to face exhaustion like a human would.

I had fun thinking about all sorts of scenarios that could possible happen for this zombie au plot. I answered a few questions below on how Dohyeon would possible act in such a situation. And to add, I haven’t changed much, if anything, about his background/personality.
Tumblr media
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth!
Since he’s a country boy, there’s not as many people around as there would be closer and closer you would get to the city. He might have a better chance of not catching anything, or well – seeing those who were already turned in a sense. It might help him at the start, giving him a bit of an advantage, though there’s only so long one area could be cleared before things took a turn and began to spread even more.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies?
He wouldn’t take it seriously. With the amount of zombie films and scenarios writers/directors have thought of for the “world ending”, he might as well think it’s a dramatic stunt for a new movie coming to theaters.
Is your character prepared?  (Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis?)
Honestly? No, he wouldn’t be, mentally especially. His parents might have a set of supplies prepared in case of any natural disaster (blankets, canned goods, first aid kit), but nothing would be ready for a possible zombie take over.
Does your character know basic survival skills?
Probably not every single one of them, which would be an obvious downfall. He’s not a very quick thinker, but he knows how to navigate by a compass – how to build a shelter. Finding food might be hard, after eating everything canned.
How long do you think your character would survive?
A few weeks at the most – IF HE’S LUCKY, maybe a month.
Are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak?
Oh, yeah, most definitely. It’s a scary thing to even imagine, but for it to happen first hand – it would be terrifying.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
At first, he’d be afraid of the possibility of dying. He’s still young and he had a lot planned for his life that he hadn’t even accomplished yet, but after a while of struggling to keep himself out of danger – with plenty of time of thinking about it, it wouldn’t be as frightening. If his time came, it came.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
Dohyeon is very trusting and kindhearted, so he would try to reach out to as many as he could to possible help them. Though, with being trusting there are those out there who would take advantage of that. So, for the most part – he tries to help, though he’s a bit guarded with who he helps. He’d learn the tough way, anyways.
Do their personalities change in the panic?
Yes, mainly because he hadn’t been really “prepared” for anything like this to happen. He might be a little frantic and guarded around anyone he could encounter.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
He wouldn’t believe it still, but it’s a different thing to see things firsthand. It’s when things would really sink in, that this had really happened and it wasn’t some sort of joke.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
A little more physically, he works out and keeps himself as fit as he can. Though, not so mentally.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
He’d start by outsmarting them, or at least avoid them the best he could for a long while. He’d only use force against them if necessary, even if they weren’t exactly human he couldn’t imagine himself hurting anyone.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?  Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors?
He would not be.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
A slow zombie, with a bit of strength – which would be something that could defend himself from a possible fight if he’d gone after someone.

So !! For the upcoming event, Anne and her background are gonna be kept virtually the same. Zombie outbreak development questions are answered under the cut, so !! If you’d like to plot for the event, don’t hesitate to shoot me a message, thank u love u :^*
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth! Living in the inner city is about as unsanitary as you’d think- plenty of people get sick on the daily and still go out to do their jobs or run their errands or meet with others, so the possibility of germs or viruses spreading quickly is easily inevitable.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies? Anne would shrug it off as just that: a rumour. Either this would be some dumb publicity stunt or cases of really bad flues, the possibility of zombies- she’d think- is near impossible – but she’d find the thought to be entertaining.
Is your character prepared? Yes and No; as she is a horror movie and tv buff, she’d know how to prepare for these type situations in theory – but applying it to real life would probably be harder for her. Her mother and aunt own a restaurant so they have food storage in preparation for a few months, but when it comes to being prepared mentally in such a situation- she falls a bit short.
Does your character know basic survival skills? She’s familiar on the basics; Anne’s also well versed in the study of plant life, etc. and studying in environmental sciences may give her a leg up in case she’d need to survive somewhere in the abundance of nature.
How long do you think your character would survive? She’s a runner and she’s a hider – never putting herself in danger unless absolutely necessary; most likely she’d make it somewhere in the middle, at least on her own.
Are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak? Quite a bit – but rather than worrying about herself, she’d probably be more afraid of what would be happening to her family since they live apart.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned? It’s often that she’ll crack jokes about it all to soften the blows, but when facing the possibility of actually dying or being turned, it would definitely frighten her.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can? Even in these situations, Anne would want to try to keep her morality and humanity in tact; hurting others, causing trouble – these thoughts wouldn’t cross her mind for a second (at least, not purposely). However, if she had to steal for her sake or the sake someone she cared for, she would.
Do their personalities change in the panic? Not entirely. Anne would do everything she can to keep up as a morally sound optimist, but even she would eventually harden a bit from impact.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes? She’d be stilled in a state of shock; when fight or flight kicks in, it’d definitely be flight.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally? A good mix of both.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them? As she’s small in stature and can easily be overtaken, full force fighting wouldn’t exactly be her go-to method- instead, she’d opt to outsmart and plan around any obstacle.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors? How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not? Nope.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower? Perhaps the average type, or a bit faster than most.

henlo this is late but !!! for the event yeseul’s background will stay the same
feel free to message me for plots !
task questions under the cut !
1. Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth! The fact that Yeseul is constantly outside, going from Yeongdeok College then straight to the chocolate shop on weekdays and out taking pictures around town during free time on weekends, meant that she could very easily catch the virus. It doesn’t help that her lifestyle isn’t exactly what is considered ‘healthy’. 2. How does your character react to the rumors of zombies? She wouldn’t believe it at all until she’s seen it for herself. Yeseul has heard her fair share of hoaxes and rumors about the supernatural, and while she likes to imagine how it would play out in real life, she never actually believes it would happen. 3. Is your character prepared?    3.1 Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis? One thing she did well was stocking up on food, making sure there was enough at home for both her and Jaehyun (she felt that was one way she could help out in the house). But despite that, she never expected anything as serious as a zombie outbreak to be of concern. She would definitely not be mentally prepared for the situation, as she never even considered that it would happen to her, or anyone. Panic would come over her the moment she realizes the severity of the situation. 4. Does your character know basic survival skills? Nope. Her one chance at learning those basic skills was at a bootcamp-like event in middle school, which her parents did not let her attend. 5. How long do you think your character would survive? Not too long. Her immune system isn’t very strong and once she has caught the virus, it won’t take long before it completely takes over her. 6. Are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak? Yes, once she sees that the rumors were true, then she would definitely be afraid. Yeseul has never been in a life threatening situation before and never thought she would ever be in one. 7. Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
Yes. Since she has a very close relationship with her family (especially Jeseul), she couldn’t even imagine leaving them behind (although she would sacrifice herself for them without hesitation). But she is even more afraid of the possibility that she would be turned and become a threat to her loved ones.
8. Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
She would probably be tempted to steal supplies for the sake of survival, but she’d try her best not to do that. Instead, she’d try to put her energy into making sure to stay with those close to her and any other survivors, believing that they would all be much safer together.
9. Do their personalities change in the panic?
It would, in some areas. Yeseul would become more aggressive and easily angered due to the pressure of the situation in contrast to her usual laid back demeanor. She would also be very paranoid, thinking that nowhere is safe and that she can’t let her guard down, or else she would risk her own safety and of those around her.
10. How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
She would freeze. It would take a while to sink in and she would be in denial at first. But after snapping out of it, she would call her brother immediately, and Jaehyun.
11.  Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
More mentally, as Yeseul has always had a creative and imaginative mind.
12. Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
Without any training in fighting, she would have to rely on her brain in order to stay alive. But without any proper knowledge on the ‘zombies’ around them, she would have no choice but to base everything on whatever she has learned on tv shows about the creatures, and as she goes she will take note of any behavior she will notice and use that information against them.
13.  Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors?    13.1  How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not?
No. Yeseul is a friendly girl, but not to the point where she would have connections to people in high positions. She would be as clueless as the rest of the town about the outbreak.
14. How far do you think your character will last?
Not far, if she was alone. Despite the desire to live, being unprepared will badly affect how she handles situations and she won’t be able to protect herself well. But maybe, if she is with someone more reliable than herself, she could definitely improve and last a little longer.
15. What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
She would be smarter and faster. She wouldn’t be one to attack people in broad daylight, instead she would find ways to catch people off guard and go after them then.

hello heres a gif of Leader Daniel aka what he would probably look like in the damn apocalypse lmao not so clean cut now is he. anyways daniels pretty much the same ! theres no difference really but um , the probability of him actually living is like a v slim chance, you know, so like i did just. let him live, because i want to actually write him within this event! so here’s my task!!!
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth!
Since Daniel lives on the very top of Ninetree Apartments, he could very easily stay in the city if he wanted to. However, that is not what he plans to do in sense of crisis. Daniel would most likely flee to Wonseo, where he has access to sustainable food that will last him longer that what can be scavenged, and access to fresh water, or the ocean, where he is able to fish.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies?
As he is a doctor, he was one of the first to see the boys. Daniel finds it honestly preposterous that the deceased can be reincarnated, as it just doesn't fit with science.
Is your character prepared? - Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis?
If he wasn't already killed by the living dead at his work place, he would have probably started preparing. And that was probably gathering the things most needed, and the people he needed closest. Maybe picking up a few people on his way out of town.
Does your character know basic survival skills?
Yes. Daniel is very good when it comes to survival as he knows how to perform surgery & basic medical tasks as well as fish.
How long do you think your character would survive?
Depending on group size, I feel like he would survive for quite a while.
Are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak?
I think he would be, but would more be afraid of the fact that he may lose people he loves.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
Yes, of course.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
At the beginning, he would be very neutral. As time goes on & the more people that come into his safe area, he would become more helpful.
Do their personalities change in the panic?
Daniel would actually end up more emotional in private. With his life now, he really had no reason to cry or be upset, but after witnessing people & children due to something he doesn't understand, he would probably people more sensitive. I think that a lot of the things Daniel likes would change as well. He would most likely not participate in sexual activities due to the anxious fog that lingers everywhere.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
He's astonished, doesn't know what to do. Completely frozen in the room 12 doorway as he watches a recently deceased woman seizure in her bed and rise up off of it. He asks if she's alright and needs assistance, but when she groans and charges towards him, he shuts the door and informs the rest of the staff. He doesn't understand, and when a fellow doctor gets bit, he grabs the supplies he needs and grabs a favourite nurse, telling her she'd be safer with him than in there.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
Daniel is both mentally and physically inclined, but more so mentally. He knows how to keep himself calm most of the time.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
Daniel is most likely to outsmart them, but will definitely throw it down if need be.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors?
Yes.
How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not?
Daniel really doesn't know, there's really no explanation for what doctors had seen at the hospital regarding the outbreak. As far as staff was concerned, patients had somehow "regained" heartbeat, although they never actually got a chance to test that theory. But hey, every human that moves has a heartbeat, don't they?
How far do you think your character will last?
Again, it depends on group size. I do feel like with his skills, it will end up being a longer amount of time.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
Because of his long legs, he'd probably be a faster zombie.

For this event, I’m going to be keeping Xzavier the same and I won’t be changing any of his background information!
If you have any ideas in mind, please let me know.  message me etc.
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth! Xav lives in Songcheon and the area isn’t necessarily the cleanest and richest of areas. People on the subway coughing don’t cover their mouths and there are a few homless people littering the streets. He also lives in a dorm and so it’s a bit insulated. he might come into a fight or flight sittuation easily.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies? Xav would think it was cool but all together he would laugh it off. a bit of a skeptic, he wouldn’t exactly be sure how to properly handle it and would be in a state of denial until it wasn’t deniable anymore.
Is your character prepared? Probably a little bit more than most people, since he loves horror and probably has seen more horror movies and video games involving zombies and picked up small things from it.
Does your character know basic survival skills? He does know quite a bit of basics-- but he would probaly bring his laptop and a bunch of books to study up on the thoughts.
How long do you think your character would survive? He would most likely survive.
are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak? Not particularly-- he might enjoy it a lot more than most people would.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned? Maybe theres a small part ofhim that is nervous but he’d be more curious than scared possibly.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can? Xav maybe wouldn’t kill anyone, but he wouldn’t be scared to act accordingly if he had to.
Do their personalities change in the panic? Not really, he tends to get even more serious-- focused.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes? In shock and possibly he would kick into the mode of action.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally? a little of both.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them? He would do a midture of the two. outsmarting them and using this to fight full force.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors? How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not? Nope
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower? possibly a smart and stronger zombie that would be rather tough to pass through.

For this event, I’m going to be keeping RuBi the same and I won’t be changing any of her background information!
Tumblr media
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth! Rubi is from Eonju, so either she is one of the first few to be infected or she is one of the workers who had witnessed one of the first few strains of the outbreak since it started from eonju and the forest areas nearby.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies? Rubi would probably be interested in the idea. she’s a free thinker and would always think that there is a possibility for the unknown. Instead of panicking, she’d probably just study up on survival skills to protect those she loves.
Is your character prepared? Probably not, but she would prepare herself.
Does your character know basic survival skills? She studies to be a vet and so health knowledge is on her side in this sittuation, but when it comes to combat and so forth-- she’s on the side of lesser in knowledge.
How long do you think your character would survive?  It really matters on how things happen. She would probably be one of the first--if not make it to the middle because she has a strong martyr type of personality where she would do anything to protect those she loves.
are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak? A little, but moreso, intrigued.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned? A little bit. The unknown is always frightening and she’s never particularly thought about that sort of things before-- so it is a little nerve-inducing.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can? Help as much as she can. She is good of heart.
Do their personalities change in the panic? Not really, her need to protect probably doubles over though.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes? Probably frozen in her spot if shes alone-- she’d need someone to come by and shake her awake possibly.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally? Probably neither. She is smart, but she’s not necessarily well versed in zombie break-outs.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them? Possibly full force fighting but with a sort of twist to it, like home alone because she is particularly weak and would be easily overwhelmed.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors? How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not? No, But she’s seen the first few happenings of the outbreak and so she seemed to be a bit more open to the thoughts of it being real.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower? She would probably be an average zombie.

i’m actually ecstatic i got in with this event starting. no drastic changes will happen during this event. nonetheless, let’s plot for this! :’) i’ll probably post like a little plots masterlist sometime soon.
Think about your character’s area they live in– how would this impact your survival and response–how fast it spreads– so on and so forth!
i imagine jirou stayed at sapyeong with her dad when the chaos broke out. wide spacious roads, every vicinity taking at least a fifteen-minute walk, jirou wouldn’t struggle to move around. as long as it didn’t require her to run, at least.
How does your character react to the rumors of zombies?
jirou didn’t even pay any attention to the news. not until her father shushed her one night while having dinner. it was something about an illness, he said. jirou scoffed. is this another kind of aids? kids need to start keeping their genitals in their pants. her father shook his head but jirou soon saw the intensity. it was when her neighbor’s child (woopie doo plot!) arrived back from the city. it was all true, they said.
Is your character prepared?
no. jirou is everything but prepared. being the poorest student in physical education, and the lack of interest in anything sweat inducing, count her out. at most, you could trust her in moving slowly and silently rather than barging in and taking all the attention.
Mentally, physically, as well as their food, home, transportation–etc situation. Have they been saving food in case of a crisis?
jirou’s mentally strong. nothing could really stop her. it was something she got from her father. physically? nope. jirou wasn’t physically strong. she could barely keep her door closed before when her father tried barging in. (she should probably start working on that soon.) ever since the news, her father started stocking some supplies up. jirou laughed at him but as soon as she real news hit her, she started helping her father.
Does your character know basic survival skills?
basic survival, yes. very basic. just enough to keep her breathing. barely anything as self-defense though. taking those aiming classes can now come in handy. (hopefully?)
How long do you think your character would survive?
with her dad, probably quite a while. her confidence may lead her otherwise though.
are they afraid/frightened of the outbreak?
not really. at least not until the walls of her house keep up.
Are they afraid/frightened of the possibility of dying and/or being turned?
jirou fears the painful death instead. the stubby teeth burying onto her flesh and the vomiting and nausea. jirou doesn’t fear death, but rather the process of it.
Are they the type to turn to the chaos of the world and start vandalizing and hurting others–stealing? Or do they help as much as they can?
it will depend. by default, jirou wouldn’t hurt anyone but she wouldn’t blatantly offer a helping hand either. all man for himself, right? not unless she could benefit from you. that’s just how the world works. just simple trade.
Do their personalities change in the panic?
not really. jirou’s calm before the outbreak, she’s still as calm. however, she’s become more pessimistic than ever. if the doctor’s failed to get a cure now, they won’t be able to find a cure anytime soon. her life will probably end of a natural reason before humanity would even get a glimpse of a cure.
How do they react when it actually happens before their eyes?
shocked. too surprised to move she might even be the deceased’s next meal. someone has to pull her out of her trance.
Is your character physically inclined? Or mentally?
jirou has a mental state of a bull. at least, that’s what she protrays. she is everything but physically fit.
Will they go full force fighting the zombies or will they outsmart them?
being the least athletic child, jirou would rather use cleverness than fight dozens. it’s a waste of time and effort.
Is your character part of an important position– Like the police? Doctors?
How do they respond? What extra things do they know that the public does not?
How far do you think your character will last?
she’ll last a while. with her father motivating her to continue breathing, she’ll be willing to practice her aim. maybe even form a group. she’s aware of her weaknesses. with more people around and to look after, things will be much easier. as long as no betrayal happens.
What kind of zombie would they probably be? Smarter? Stronger? faster? Slower?
jirou would most probably go by instinct. hunger will drive her places. she’ll scavenge anything she could find. however, if she senses imminent danger, she’ll be the first to run. her hunger never dies, but life may end. she’s smarter. her slow movements is what helps her stay silent and out of enemy’s radar.
