There are so many symptoms of dehydration that people suffer without knowing that they need to give their body what it is asking for—water! From headaches to lack of concentration, lack of energy, constipation, dry skin, low blood pressure, having a dry mouth, and even kidney stones, most people start the day dehydrated after waking from 6 to 8 hours of sleep. If they don’t hydrate adequately at this time, they will usually continue on during the day dehydrated, and various bodily functions will suffer as a result. Make sure your water is mineralised.
