In einer definitiven Gerichtsentscheidung bestätigt das Londoner Berufungsgericht die unwiderrufliche Zurückweisung eines Antrags der Front Polisario dem Assoziierungsabkommen zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich entgegen

London–Das Londoner Berufungsgericht hat am Donnerstag, dem 25. Mai 2023  die Berufung der pro-separatistischen NGO „WSC“ einer früheren Entscheidung des Verwaltungsgerichts entgegen unwiderruflich zurückgewiesen, somit ihren Antrag ablehnend, mittels dessen versucht wurde, das Assoziierungsabkommen zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich in Frage stellen zu dürfen.

Dieser dritte Rückschlag seit Dezember letzten Jahres den Feinden der territorialen Integrität Marokkos entgegen bestätigt die Gültigkeit des Assoziierungsabkommens, das die beiden Staaten mit einander verbindet und der Population sowie der Entwicklung aller Regionen des Königreichs vom Norden bis zum Süden zugute kommt.

Der Ansicht mehrerer marokkanischer und britischer Analysten zufolge stellt  diese Gerichtsentscheidung überdies die wiederholten Versäumnisse des eigentlichen Interessenvertreters klar heraus, welcher den Konflikt um die marokkanische Sahara anzettelt und welcher seinen böswilligen Neigungen bei dessen Versuchen zum Trotz, Gerechtigkeit walten zu lassen, ins Scheitern kommt. Großbritannien wird das vonseiten der beiden Königreiche abgeschlossene und beigestandene Post-Brexit-Handelsabkommen untersuchen dürfen.

Darüber hinaus ist das Handelswesen zwischen den beiden Staaten bezogen auf den Abschluss dieses Abkommens weiterhin angestiegen, wobei die bilateralen Ströme im 3. Quartal des Jahrganges 2022 mit 2,9 Milliarden Pfund Sterling ihren Höhepunkt erreicht haben, was einer Steigerung um eine Milliarde Pfund Sterling im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum entsprechend ist.

Das zum 26. Oktober 2019 in London abgeschlossene Assoziierungsabkommen zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich trat am 1. Januar 2021 in Kraft.

Es stellt im Zuge der bilateralen Beziehungen alle Wirkungen aufs Neue her, die sich gegenseitig die beiden Staaten im Rahmen des Assoziierungsabkommens zwischen dem Königreich Marokko und der EU geleistet haben. Damit wird die Kontinuität des Austauschs zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich im Anschluss an das 31. Dezember 2020 garantiert werden.

Dieses Abkommen macht es den beiden Königreichen möglich, sich als eine langfristige strukturierte Partnerschaft aufspielen zu lassen, die mit operativen und institutionalisierten Kooperationsinstrumenten ausgerüstet ist und von einem gemeinsamen Ehrgeiz angetrieben wird. Es stellt eine Garantie sowohl für marokkanische als auch für britische Unternehmen dar, die Wirtschafts-und-Handelsbeziehungen in allen Bereichen der Zusammenarbeit aufrechtzuerhalten beabsichtigen.

Das Londoner Verwaltungsgericht weist eine Justizaktion gegen das Assoziierungsabkommen Marokko-Großbritannien zurück

London–Das Londoner Verwaltungsgericht hat am Montag das Ansuchen einer britischen NGO (WSC) zurückgewiesen, welche auf Saldo der Front Polisario tätig ist, welche das Assoziierungsabkommen Marokko-Großbritannien angefochten hat.

Vermittels dieses Rechtsspruchs bestätigt die britische Justiz die Rechtsgültigkeit des Assoziierungsabkommens, welches Marokko mit dem Vereinigten Königreich verbindet, und welches gänzlich der Population und der Entwicklung aller Regionen des Königreichs, vom Norden bis zum Süden, ohne Ausnahme, zugute kommt.

Sie versetzt somit einen neuen Rückschlag den Feinden der territorialen Integrität des Königreichs, welche versuchen, ihre repetitiven Misserfolge zu vertuschen, in dem sie vergeblich versuchen, die britische Justiz davon zu überzeugen, das kommerzielle Abkommen des Post-Brexit noch einmal zu überprüfen, welches vonseiten der beiden Königreiche abgeschlossen und unterstützt wurde und wird.

Soweit der Rechtsspruch gefällt wurde, hat die britische Regierung ihr Engagement aufs Neue beteuert, die Partnerschaft mit Marokko fortsetzen zu beabsichtigen.

„Wir würdigen den heutigen Rechtsspruch. Wir arbeiten weiter in enger Kollaboration mit Marokko zusammen, um die 2,7 Milliarden Pfund Sterling des Austausches zwischen unseren beiden Staaten zu maximieren“, hat der Sprecher des britischen Ministeriums für Außenhandel erklärt.

„Wir sind ungeduldig, unseren Austausch mit unseren marokkanischen Amtskollegen mittels des Assoziierungsrates nächsten Jahres weiterzuführen“, hat er zugesichert.

Das Assoziierungsabkommen zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich, welches in London am 26. Oktober 2019 abgeschlossen wurde, ist seit dem 01. Januar 2021 in Kraft getreten.

Das Abkommen stellt im Zusammenhang der bilateralen Beziehungen die gesamten Effekte wieder, welche sich die beiden Staaten beiderseitig im Rahmen des Assoziierungsabkommens Marokko-EU einräumen. Es sichert somit die Kontinuität der Austäusche zwischen Marokko und dem Vereinigten Königreich nach dem 31. Dezember 2020.

Die beiden Königreiche in die Lage versetzend, sich nachhaltig zu einer strategischen strukturierten Partnerschaft auszuwachsen, welche mit Instrumenten der operationellen und der institutionalisierten Kooperation ausgerüstet wird und welche von einer gemeinsamen Ambition mitgetragen wird, konstituiert das Abkommen eine Garantie für die marokkanischen und für die britischen Unternehmen, welche wirtschaftliche und kommerzielle Beziehungen in allen Sektoren der Kooperation unterhalten und welche das gesamte Territorium des Königreichs abdecken.
