Thing is, whatever object your mind is holding, you become. If it is sadness, then you’re a sad being, if it is fries, then you’re a girl who likes fries, that’s how you will behave and it’s what people will see. So to be happy, focus your mind on something that makes you happy, suddenly your mood will change. Your mind alone is capable of paving your life, every time it wanders [which it does] catch it and bring it back to your happy object.
