the look of a sunset, speckled with rent.

There is HOPE

Blood sugar level down to 7 today, yea!

That is in the normal range.

Now the work is to stabilize it within the 4 to 7 points. Fasting and a strict low carb diet should help me get there.  It is already getting me there without metformin.

Does this mean I can be cured from diabetes?

According to Dr Oz, ‘cure’ implies that the disease will never come back. Diabetes can come back without proper control of diet. I mean, we don’t even have the cure for the common cold.

If your idea of having a cure is so you can go back to your old eating habits of junk food and carbs then, there is no cure for diabetes. But you can reverse it, and once you do, all you need to do is just control and stabilize it. Fasting once in a while will allow your body to heal. Becoming more aware of the sugar and carbs will help to reduce spikes in your blood sugar level.

There is hope.
