In 2024: I moved out on my own which has been an interesting experience. Met some new people, went out more, took some day trips. Things aren't perfect but the first half of the year was mostly just mental breakdowns so I'd say the latter half was an improvement lmao

My wish for 2025 is to continue on that trajectory of experiencing new things

that sounds like a great goal! congrats on moving out, that's such a huge step! the rocky bit suck, but such is life lol, i'm really glad things improved for you in the later half of 2024 <333 i love that it sounds like you're really loving your life, taking opportunities to put yourself out there and experience life instead of just letting the days go by, that's honestly the best we can ask for <33 what did you do on your fave day trip?

I was tagged ages ago by @wristsofidleness aka the best online friend one could wish for so let's do this (and sorry for the delay!) (I almost write "apologies for the delay" but that was a very corporate email my workself would write but now I'm just a girl in her disney PJs and her Jujuy sweater who does not look very corporate)

song stuck in head: one of my coworkers kept singing one bit of a song that got stuck in her head and she got it stuck on mine, I've googled it now and realised I understood incorrectly. The song is Los del Espacio and the bit stuck in my head was "soy la CEO del perreo" except that it's "los CEO del perreo". I didn't even realise before googling it to answer this question that this was the big collab song everyone was talking about.

last song i listened to: technically a bit of Los del Espacio to answer the other question. I checked on spotify and it was Dead Girl Walking from Heaters (I am going to see the Argentinian version in two weeks and I wanted to get excited even though I have zero expectations for it. I just want to see the context for the songs.)

three favourite foods: I agree with Jinu on pizza 🩷 a good pasta as well and ooh the meat empanadas I ate when I was in Salta. They were amazingly fried and the best thing ever.

last thing i googled: not counting the google searches regarding this post ("CEO del perreo" and "is there a listening history in spotify") it was "cuaderno universitario A4 paisajes" (University notebook A4 landscapes). My friends and I were talking about them but couldn't remember the brand

dream trip: since I'm doing my dream trip in less than a month wtf I'm stealing Jinu's answer which is a stolen answer as well and say northern lights. But I really want to go to the Northern Lights countries in general (it's going to be very very expensive so in many many years).

anything i want right now: eternal long weekend.

9. where do you shop?

like, my grocery shopping? asda for the big shop & co-op is the closest for if i just want to walk and pick up something quick!

14. if you can live anywhere in the world where would it be? why?

ahh..... to be honest, i do love living in london. maybe a london where everything's the same but it's affordable 🥲 there's plenty of places i'd like to travel too, but i love the history in london & that everything's there if i want to try it - there's so many activities, so much to do. i also like how it's not too hard for me to visit other countries from here!

i did some henna on myself yesterday & got compliments on that! :)

i've really been wanting to go to iceland! it looks absolutely beautiful

anything creative that i have to use my hands for! writing, journalling, henna etc, sometimes with a fun light romcom in the background

i wouldn't be upset with either, but i think past just comes out ahead because i wouldn't know where to start with the future haha but the past has a lot i'd want to see

@wristsofidleness i don't blame you 😭 honestly it all sounds a bit like a trainwreck, i can't remember thinking much of anything after watching s1 but it was already meh enough that i didn't feel like watching s2, though i also thought the grisha trilogy was meh when i read it in my teens (LOVED soc tho) so i just attributed it to that

i have not seen one good post about the new shadow & bone series on my dash from book fans so. i'm guessing i don't watch?
