back at it again with my ocposting
I don't have any fics to post right now, and I'm not exactly in the mood to start working on any of them right now since I'm busy completing my projects so I can get my school's clearance signed for this year. I also feel kind of bad not having posted any actual content as of late, so I thought I might as well share another one of my wrestlerfic OCs.
This guy doesn't exactly have much of a detailed backstory and is only a side character in the end, but I am going to just put down the start of his story and what his general arc is; as he plays a major role in putting away the first half's main antagonist - the character I talked about last, Reyna.
Anyways, here's the fella. I love this silly scrunkly, he deserves the world.
(used Koikatsu to make this model)
Name: Naguib
From / Age: Sinai, Egypt / 27
Finishers: Sarcophakick (Similar to Booker T’s Scissor Kick. Charges at the opponent (who is usually bent over) and jumps at them, driving one leg on the back of their neck while the other is on the front of their head, forcing them into pain with an attack that plants them onto the ground with the user’s leg on the way down. Named as such due to the way the move closes in on both sides and traps the opponent, like burying someone with a sarcophagus) (pin)
Story: Naguib had always been a bit of a strange and outgoing kid. While nobody really hated him, as the young Egyptian's heart was too pure and kind for people to really think he's horrible to be around, his attitude and energy was just too much for anyone to keep up with and he was a bit of an outcast among the community that he lived with. While on the run from a rabid dog, he accidentally finds himself in a small house with a fellow kid named Aban watching wrestling on his TV. Curiously, Aban (who was a very quiet and reserved kid, kinda just blank all the time) didn't bother to kick the person that just barged into his home, and just allowed Naguib to stay until he deemed it was safe.
Naguib quickly became invested and enamored by the wrestlers on TV and wanted to be just like them. With only a few hours of watching wrestling together in strange circumstances, Naguib deemed Aban a friend and decided he wanted to become wrestlers with Aban. Aban was confused, but he just nodded and went along with it. They've been extremely close friends since then, a perfect contrast of a guy with too much energy and a guy with none at all.
After working hard and getting signed into the promotion together, Naguib looked forward to conquering the wrestling world with his best friend. And while Aban slowly rose up the rankings and was becoming a star, Naguib was... not as fortunate. He was struggling to rack up wins, having only 3 while already having lost 6. Aban on the other hand was already at 7 wins and 3 losses. There was a distinct difference in the direction each of their careers were going, and most people; including Naguib was starting to think that Aban was being held down by being associated with his best friend.
Desperately needing a win to gain some credibility back, Naguib decides to mess around with the local joke and jobber of the company in Bouzou (yes, it's pronounced bozo) who has 0 wins and 8 losses to his name, challenging him to a lumberjack match (a match where various wrestlers are standing outside the ring, and are encouraged to beat the competitors in the match if they find themselves outside the ring). In a horrible twist of luck, Bouzou manages to pick up his first ever win against Naguib to a roaring and jeering crowd, to which the wrestlers happily carry the winner off to the back while Naguib just sits there in the ring in disbelief and embarrassment.
After his embarrassing loss, Naguib spends the next few weeks searching for anyone to take him and team up with him (and he does this thinking that Aban doesn't wanna be around him anymore, believing in his own head that Aban has already outgrown and outrun him). But nobody wants to be associated with the guy. Not a single person in that locker room wants him, and with his last-ditch effort standing in front of him in the form of the champion's door to her locker room, he just sighs and nervously goes in.
Naguib meets Reyna, who is in the room with her actual protege and the girl she took under her wing; Kali. After Kali suffered an incredibly hard-fought and close loss in her debut against the Number 2 ranked wrestler in the company, Reyna saw potential in her and personally offered Kali to be under the champion's arms. Though honestly, some part of Reyna was intimidated by how much Kali was able to do at such an early part of her career and realized that if the latter kept getting better and climbing, Reyna might actually get owned and dethroned. So y'know, might as well keep your potential enemies away from becoming that.
When Naguib entered the room, Reyna has a confused look on her face because she's apparently so leagues ahead of the guy that she straight up doesn't even recognize him until she finds out that this is apparently the guy that Bouzou won against, which she just laughs a lot at once she realizes that after a few rumors circled around about some guy that lost to that joke of a wrestler happened to reach her ear.
Naguib is desperate and needs to have someone that's willing to take him, his best friend Aban doesn't need him anymore and is already leagues ahead of him, the locker room and the audience think he's a joke and he needs to gain some credibility and respect again. Innocent like a puppy and asking with sincerity in his heart, he promises to be a valuable asset to Reyna and Kali if they just give him a chance to be useful to them, anything at all. Neither of them reply, but without being outright told no, this is still the best outcome for Naguib so far and he promises to prove his worth to them in the future.
A week later, as Kali got ready for her next match, she gets stopped by Naguib backstage and he once again goes on about his offer to help her and Reyna. Kali just kind of looks at him funny before walking down the curtain and into the arena. As Kali's fight goes on and continues to tire her out, she and her opponent are down and out. Seeing the opportunity of a lifetime, Naguib runs through the curtain and rushes toward ringside. As Kali gets laid down by a finisher and is about to be pinned and lose her match, Naguib pulls the referee away to prevent them from counting the pin, before dashing from the scene as fast as he could.
This gives Kali enough time to finally recover and land her own finisher, and she finally gets the win after a tough battle against a formidable opponent, thanks to the help of a Naguib run-in. After a confrontation and meetup backstage, Kali (who I should mention is a very no-nonsense, no jokes, battle ready and super stoic character) brings Naguib back to Reyna and with enthusiasm and a look of a proud 'I told you I'd be useful!' on his face, Reyna sighs and decides to give Naguib an honorary spot in their tiny group. What Reyna didn't know is that this guy who couldn't even seem to win over joke characters, would eventually spiral her mental health and magnify her distrust towards other people; which would eventually lead to her collapse and eventual reign as champion to be put in danger.
(While the above details his story and how he joined Reyna's team in the first place, Naguib's complete emotional arc with Reyna, Kali, and Aban can be found here. I will warn you though, it's a bit of a long read since it's an entire story and character arc. I promise it's really good though)
-------------------------------------------------
"Ah, why do I have Christmas shoes on? Aban gave them to me! It was the first time anyone ever gifted me something, and I've always wore them since then! Silly? I guess to some people, they'd think that, yeah. But it means a lot to me, and I'll never substitute looking better for his friendship and care. ... What's up with the markings? Oh, that's just face paint. I thought it'd make me look cool, ahahah."
"I am in the best group in the world! I'm standing side by side with two of the greatest wrestlers in the world - the silent killer; who never backs down from a fight: KAAAALIIII! And the greatest champion of our generati- no, actually. The greatest champion and wrestler in the history of any combat sport in the world, in the universe, in the multiverse! REEYYYNAAA! Was that cool? I definitely killed that, didn't I? Heheh..."
God, I love this guy. I think there's a certain challenge that comes when you're writing babyface and 'meant to be loved' characters where you need to make sure their purity and innocence doesn't become grating to the readers. You want to make sure that the actions that get them into trouble line up with their character, and they're not just causing problems for the sake of 'oops, sorry guys, I'm just naive! haha!'. I like to think I accomplished that with Naguib.
In any case, that's all from this one for now. This is a pretty lengthy post (that would've been even longer if I included Naguib's entire story arc in this post, lmfao) that I kind of just copied and pasted from my notes, but I wanted to show off just one more character from my silly wrestling world that I put a lot of effort into. Thanks for reading! Here, have a pic of the finale to Naguib and Reyna's storyline. A standoff between champion, and challenger just before a heated match.
(yes im aware the crowd looks stupid holding those light sticks i don't have a better one rn lol)

dumping a bunch of my wrestling ocs here
Hello hello, it's me again. It hasn't been too long since my last post with my little wrestlingfic OCs, but I've got a good collection of them now and I thought now would be a good time to share them again. Don't worry, I won't drop their backstories and everything here and make this post any longer than it's already going to be, I'm just going to drop short descriptions of them and notes regarding their designs.
Stuff is under the cut.
Dexx
The protagonist of the story. A boy who traveled all the way from Kiribati on a boat, risking his life to reach the US and leaving behind his family and friends to fulfill his dream of becoming a professional wrestler. His passion for the sport burns harder than the sun, and his talent and willingness to improve backs up his cocky and crass attitude. Can cling to a grudge for a very, very long time - and has a crafty way with words and holding his own inside the ring.
Design Notes: In the second half of the story where most of it revolves around his character being corrupted with obsession of staying at the top with his championship title; he wants to change his hair color to signify a change in his character. He didn't want to alter his maroon hair though - liking it too much to do so, and decides he'll change his strand of black hair into white.
His gloves have 'Dexx' written on it. They were written by himself with a white marker. His shoes didn't originally have those laces, but he took a bunch of rope and tied it as seen in the photo for the simple reason that he saw someone wear shoes designed that way and he thought it looked cool.
Madelca
A girl with an unorthodox fighting style; preferring to use strikes with her fists for most of her arsenal, and even going as far as to wear boxing gloves inside a wrestling ring. Comes from a long bloodline of successful people across fields such as medicine, art, education, etc. Her bratty and rude personality hides a long and painful experience within her family; and a scarier and more obsessive version of her that she represses.
Design Notes: Underneath her boxing gloves hides the fact that she was born with only 4 fingers on each hand; and all her other fingers are slightly smaller than the average person's as well. Her left hand is also covered in old scars left by her scratching at it in hatred of the environment she had to grow up in. The boxing gloves check a lot of boxes for Madelca; allowing her to keep what she herself considers 'disgusting' away from people's sights, and helps deliver more impact and cover more range in her punches that she would normally be unable to achieve without them.
Her heterochronic eyes reflect the colors of the country's flag that she hails from - that being Belgium. She'd actually much rather have her hair down than styled in those pigtails, but her family didn't approve of the initial appearance she wanted to go with.
Naguib
Full of energy and a pep in his step. A boy who makes up for his smaller stature with his zeal in the ring, and always extremely supportive of those he considers his friends. Though his win-loss record may not be the most inspiring, he will never hesitate to be someone's biggest fan and hype them up before, during, and after a match, and it's easy for people to get attached to his endearing and genuine heart when they're around him.
Design Notes: His kneepads are themed and patterned with the Egyptian flag. His elbowpads have Arabic text written on them (on the left being 'fight', and the right being 'tenacity'). The 'scars' on his face aren't actually scars, but face paint that he had his friend draw on him because Naguib's friend had paint on his face as well, and he wanted some too because Naguib thought it was awesome. Some people take Naguib less seriously because of it, but he doesn't mind.
His shoes were given as a Christmas gift, by the same friend above. He is almost always seen wearing them whenever he goes outside ever since.
Valentina
A former model for magazines who initially joined the sport for money; but came around to realize that she really enjoyed beating people up and feeling superior. Her cutesy and flirtatious front buries the reality that she is a museum full of submission moves and limb-breaking attacks, with a sadistic streak that relishes in making her opponents squirm. Has a soft spot for science, and particularly enjoys chemistry.
Design Notes: She has two tattoos of roses; one on her back visible through the gap in her top, and one on her right shoulder. Doesn't wear shoes because she feels much more agile without them; complimenting her serpentine movements and speed.
There's a butterfly hairpin on the right side of her hair, which keeps the tail of hair she likes to slap opponents with from falling apart. Her collar has a red skull with three yellow flowers surrounding it from below.
Lucia
Pure from soul to bone, and the kindest person you'll ever meet, though a little naive. She is a walking ray of sunshine and positivity, always seeming to light up any room she enters. A favorite among the fans for her loveable character and underdog aura - but her body is unfit for wrestling and she wins matches through heart and will alone, enjoying the sport too much to quit, even if it's to her own detriment.
Design Notes: If it wasn't already obvious by the maple leaves on her outfit, she's from Canada.
Everything from her thin stature and the way she's dressed reflects her origins of becoming a wrestler; where her friends originally invited her to try out wrestling as a joke, but she was too enamored by the feeling of release and catharsis that she gets from wrestling, because for once in her life; it feels like she isn't being held down by her body's limitations. It's almost become an addiction that's fueled her since then.
Ying
The second-ranked wrestler in the world, with a near perfect record that's only suffered her single loss to the current champion of the company. A beautiful woman who is a master in close combat and martial arts, who takes pleasure in extending the torture weaker opponents have to endure against her by taking her slow time in finishing them off. Hard to get along with, and prideful in her appearance and capabilities.
Design Notes: Though the heels she wears may seem impractical (and realistically, they are), she's completely mastered being able to move around in them, and having them on only brings a second layer of pain to her kicks and stomps. When she gets caught in a pinch, she's likely to aim between her opponent's legs while the referee is distracted. Damn cheaters.
Although her name and the dress she wears gives it away, she is in fact from China. Her design took a lot of inspiration from Chun-Li, though that's likely apparent to see.
Reyna
Design Notes: Subtle, but she has a painted star on her chin. Her elbow pads have the color scheme and pattern of the Philippine flag, her country of origin (I promise I wasn't power-tripping when I made a Filipino of all people the main antagonist for the first half of the story, lol).
The peak of the mountain - she is the current champion with an undefeated record. Tallying a streak of opponents that she's mowed down in ways unprecedented within the sport's history. A complete package in the ring with power, speed, and technique, though her most terrifying strength is her seemingly undying resilience. Her cold and arrogant attitude is rooted from a long, harsh road of betrayal and distrust.
She has four tattoos in total - on the right side of her chest, her right shoulder, and left wrist; all of which are tailor-made with Filipino designs. The last one being on her back is a crown, fitting for her status as champion and her name (Reyna means 'queen' in English), and her lifeless eyes reflect how harsh and callous she's become ever since the incident with her last friend group.
Kali
A young girl brimming with potential; and having already proven it inside the ring with her stellar performances and adeptness in each aspect within it, possessing a wide variety of moves to pull out whether she's flying from the turnbuckles or stretching you on the mat. Generally emotionless and almost robotic, from personality to fighting style. She's being trained under Reyna's wing.
Design Notes: Underneath her eyepatch is a scar left behind by a rough surgery. Kali's only friend in high school was partially blind, and when she found out about this; she immediately made the offer to donate one of her own eyes to her friend, despite the fact it'd make her own life hell or maybe even end it. After years of reluctance from her friend, they'd eventually give in after some convincing. The process wasn't 100% smooth, and Kali has had an ugly scar and mark on her left eye since then.
Her hair looks like that because I was thinking about Nagisa when writing her backstory, and that's why she has those little dog ears.
Xealouz
The man who Dexx grew up watching, and his childhood idol. He is partially retired nowadays and has taken a backseat to wrestling inside the ring. He is the booker and chief operating officer of the company, and has already been established as a legend and hall of famer within the industry. Will take matters into his own hands if he really feels the need to, and can still go inside the ring despite being past his prime.
Design Notes: The suit he's seen wearing in the picture above is his regular, everyday outfit. You'll rarely ever see him in his wrestling gear. His dual-colored eyes are meant to symbolize how one part of him is his more mature, mentor side now that he's older, and the other half is his bloodthirsty, conqueror of worlds persona when he was still a feisty young up-and-comer. As for the gear itself - his elbow pads have red skulls over them, and the XZ on his trunks are referencing the starting and ending letters of his ring name, and the Latin on it's side reads the following:
Veni vidi vici: I came, I saw, I conquered
Oderint dum metuant: Let them hate, so long as they fear
A lot of his design in general is inspired from Triple H.
Height chart of everyone, as a neat little reference ^^
And that's the end of this post. Sorry about the length on that, I know it was a long read to go down on if you actually read through all of that. Regardless of whether you did or didn't, I appreciate you for reaching the end of this post anyways. Thanks again for reading! I promise I'll post an actual fic this week, ahah.

hey look it's repo posting about his ocs again haha
God, how many years has it been since I last posted about an OC on this blog? Almost 2, huh. Don't worry Aoyama, you're still one of my golden boys and I'll always love my street kid. But for now, I want to show you all a little something I've been working on.
So, I know there's like a 99% chance none of you care about wrestling the same way as I, but I know you've at least heard of WWE and what it's about. And one of my biggest dreams is to write a full-fledged story with my own characters and story. One of these stories is a story about a young and dreaming child that's a nobody from a faraway island watching TV one day and stumbling upon professional wrestling, and being inspired to become one as well and become the champion of the world of wrestling and be recognized by everyone. I should mention that in this universe, wrestling isn't 'scripted' the way it is in real life. What differentiates the protagonist's plot though from your usual rise to the top storylines that most of these 'underdog' stories have is that his story doesn't end after becoming champion, but rather; it's just getting started.
After becoming the champion and still not getting the recognition and respect he feels he deserves, he starts to break down into a flame of insecurities and he crumbles into a shattered man that will do anything to stay at the top. Basically; he goes from the hero you wanna root for to having a whole ass villain arc. It's sick as hell, dude. He undergoes a whole character development to character derailment story and I think breaking down the protagonist in such a way is a unique take to have when writing this story. Wrestling is such a cheesy and emotional genre that has some really grounded and touching moments when it's given a chance too, and with the absolute variety of characters that come out of it from the badasses to the horrorshows to the comedy acts, they all have their role and this massive number of tropes and acts I can take inspiration from makes for an absolute perfect long story to write with tons of different characters with their own arcs clashing together. It's gonna be amazing one day, I promise you.
While I do have a doc that has a few of the ideas and stories with only a handful of the absolute pile of characters and timeline I've already built for it in my head, I want to shine the light on who I consider one of the best pieces of writing I'll ever come up with. She's my pride and joy and I fucking love her. This is the first half of the story's main antagonist and the undefeated champion for our protagonist to overcome; Reyna.
(used Koikatsu to make this model)
Name: Reyna
From / Age: Calamba, Philippines / 30
Finishers: Lucena Spear (A twist on the spear, where instead of shooting her body towards her opponent directly, she does it from the back and plants them onto their front on the mat. Like a shot in the back/a backstab, which is a very common theme in her story from her rise to being the champion and her reign as one. Named the Lucena Spear as José Rizal died in Lucena by getting shot in the back.) (pin) and the Santiago Lock (a rear naked choke. Named the Santiago Lock as the aforementioned Rizal was locked and imprisoned in Fort Santiago during his time.) (submission)
Story: A group of three friends find each other while working in a small wrestling promotion in Southeast Asia as they develop and hone themselves. Whiro, a deceitful and talkative man with a brain beyond others who knew how to get in his opponent’s heads by bringing up their history and knowing how to personally attack and break people. Ares, a bloodthirsty, violent, and thrill seeking fighter who loved nothing more than a match that put her and her opponent’s body on the line in extreme stipulations such as street fights, cage matches, etc. who had a rather tame demeanor outside of battles. And finally, Reyna; a generally silent and calm but powerful woman able to down even the toughest of fighters in the world. Usually repressive in her emotions, she tended to do most of the heavy-lifting in the group, and was incredibly protective of her two friends, willing to destroy and go to war for each of them, protecting them from intruders that could influence the three of them.
In spite of her usual restrained emotions, Reyna does have a darker side to her that can get as sadistic as Ares and as manipulative as Whiro that occasionally seeps through her facade when her emotions crack or she feels she or her friends have been wronged, but as far-gone as all three of them were, they kept each other in check and truly did love each other like family. They were like soldiers-in-arms, and all of them had a consistent win record over each other in 1-on-1 matches - Whiro usually had Reyna’s number because of his ability to wear her down emotionally and force her to make bad decisions in the ring, Ares regularly beat Whiro as he couldn’t intimidate her and her love for a messy fight overpowered any psychological warfare he tried to inflict, and Reyna consistently overwhelmed Ares by simply being too strong and physically better than Ares no matter the match type the lunatic would choose. They’d eventually all get scouted into FightFrenzy, the world’s largest wrestling company to showcase their talents.
Reyna racked up win after win against impressive, credible opponents with strong records and fan favorites, which turned a few fans against her because of her ‘boring’ personality and how every single match consistently went her way convincingly. Whiro had been a bit of an enigma and a heel among the audience despite his worse record, as his sly way of winning matches had turned some people off from him. He didn’t really mind playing such a villain though; he was having fun. Ares had quickly become a favorite among the crowd as she had quickly gained respect from the viewers and backstage for never backing down from any challenge against her, no matter how dangerous it got. Each of them continued to develop their profile.
Whiro’s record continued to rollercoaster into a rather uninspiring 3-3, getting into the most matches as he tended to start trouble with people the most, giving more people reason to fight him in the ring. Ares had gone 3-1, as she still needed time to recover in between the absolute bloodfest her matches tended to have and was pretty feared backstage by most people due to her nature. Reyna would eventually continue to be undefeated and sit at a comfortable 5-0, even having beat the booker’s son twice in one night (though it only counted as one win on her record). This pissed him off to the point where he’d make a decision that would change the course of the company - and that was getting involved with some backstage politics to break the three apart. Despite how cunning Whiro was, his insecurity of having to stand next to two people who was either universally respected or an undefeated and powerful fighter had been slowly getting to him, knowing full well he could never be the number 1 guy in the company so long as he was involved with them.
And so, after Whiro suffered an embarrassing loss one night and getting involved with the booker’s son backstage, who promised him a path towards the top so long as he were to leave and stab the other two in the back. His insecurities getting the better of him, he accepted, and the next night, as Reyna was preparing for her next match, she got beat down from behind by Whiro, putting her out of action for a week. Ares, who had just walked into the scene, was too shocked by the initial sight of Reyna on the floor as Whiro stood with a steel chair in hand, ended up getting taken off-guard and was beaten to hell by him too. The group imploded, and the three of them would go their separate ways. And without being around one another to keep each of them stable, everyone in the trio went off the rails and lost themselves more and more, becoming more distant from people and refusing to trust others easily.
With the help of the booker’s son and the structure slowly favoring him to open up a path towards the champion, Whiro climbed the rankings before eventually winning the big one, and was now the new champion in the promotion. Satisfied with himself, his ego grew and he personally offered his first title defense against Ares in a Loser Leaves match as his obsession with getting into people’s heads and making things personal made him thirsty to get one up on Ares. But she had seen absolute hell ever since then, still being the barbarous wrestler that she was. Happily accepting, Ares takes down and ends Whiro’s reign as quickly as it started in a feel-good moment in an intense match, as Whiro could only watch on with a broken spirit as his contract was terminated and he was exiled from the company. After becoming the champion, Ares grew some newfound friendships in the back as plenty more had respect for her for being at the top, and her reputation as a fighting champion made her a likable figure. These relationships and her win over him helped her overcome her trauma from Whiro's actions and she had grown more mature as a person.
Reyna on the other hand continued to fall apart. She still hadn’t gotten over Whiro’s betrayal, but she targeted anyone but the people in her former friend group, going after the booker’s son, the executives, Whiro’s peers and people he’s fought or talked to. She blamed them for influencing him and convinced herself that he had been broken by them, and bottled up the rage and hate she had for how the entire situation went down as she became the most dominant force the company’s seen in a long time, all fueled by Whiro’s betrayal. Sitting at 9-0 and being granted a shot at the title by the booker against the champion Ares, the stage was set for the final chapter of a very personal and bloody fight inside a steel cage in an “I Quit” match, where the only way to win was to destroy your opponent so badly that they had to mutter the words “I Quit”.
Despite all of Ares’ attempts as she left Reyna wounded and hurt, she just couldn’t find a way to put Reyna away for good as she always got back up. Without Ares and Whiro to keep her calm, Reyna had finally come unhinged and had left Ares into a bloody, immobile mess as she did everything to try and make Ares declare her surrender. But Ares refused. The fight went on, before a spot where Reyna landed a vicious Lucena Spear against Ares quite literally broke a segment of the steel cage off, enough to leave Ares unable to move her body. But she was still awake, still breathing, and that much was the motivation she needed to not say she quits. With Reyna dragging the two of them to the ring, she took the part of the steel cage in her hand and held it over Ares, asking her to say she quits. And again, Ares didn’t give in. After telling Reyna to ‘go fuck yourself’, the challenger flipped the champion on her back, and was about to stab through Ares’ back with the spiky part of the steel cage.
Until… from the crowd, Whiro came crashing through the part that had broken in the cage, having fought off security to get to the ring and pushed Ares away and dragged her into a corner, sitting her up, stopping Reyna from landing a blow that could’ve ended her life. He looked gone. Messy hair, looking like he hadn’t slept in months, and his body had taken a toll for the worse. As the moment set in for Reyna, she looked Whiro in the eyes and broke down into an emotional mess at the sight of him. As Ares was a confused and injured mishmash, Whiro tries to bridge the gap between the three of them as he tried to talk to Ares to explain and mediate the situation, but just as he was talking to her, Reyna had taken him from behind after ripping the wires off of the steel cage part she had and locked him into a Santiago Lock, choking him close to death as she had it wrapped and locked around his neck.
Begging for Reyna to stop, Ares finally gave in and yelled “I Quit” with tears in her eyes, as Reyna threw Whiro’s unconscious body in the corner across from the now dethroned champion. She stared Ares down, and all of the emotions that she had held back for years; ever since being the silent one in the group that did most of the work to the eventual incident that broke their group, she beat the hell out of Ares until she was knocked out. With her former friends laying on opposite sides of the ring, Reyna took the championship belt in her hand, raising it and stood tall in the center to a sea of boos erupting from the crowd, as the new queen’s reign of terror had just begun. Ares and Whiro were never seen in the company ever since then, having been hospitalized and their careers having likely ended. And that was how Reyna had turned into the sociopathic, undefeated champion that she is today.
------------------------------------
"Take this title? Off of ME? I've done everything you can do in this business. If you run into a wall and hurt yourself, don't blame the wall. You want to be recognized so badly? I'll leave your name in the history books in the long list of people that I've conquered when I retire as the greatest of all time."
"This entire industry runs off of me! You say this is your ring? This is MY sport, and you live in MY universe!"
Her personality will speak for itself once you've read her story, anyways. This is only her backstory too of how she became the champion that she is today; her story and what she does in the main storyline is still under work, but even that is coming out fantastically. Reyna (and this entire thing, really.) is a character that I just look at and feel so much fulfillment every time I see her. Everything about her just works in the way I want it to.
Anyways, that's all for now. I know this post is lengthy and I'm a little doubtful anyone even read it, but I just really wanted to share this because the whole project means a lot to me and I hope that one day, I can look back on this post and say; "Goddamn, look where I came from."
