How it works is you purchase how ever many ‘scratch cards’ you want, then you get the result(s) immediately. Then DMM ship it to you (apparently domestic shipping is free)!

If you live outside Japan, you can use a proxy or ask someone in the country to apply for you -I think a Japanese address and Japanese Bank Account will be required (although they might accept international cards) They accept international cards!
