Relating to that last ask: would you ever want to make a game of not knowing things?

You could invite your followers to send you Asks containing trivia questions. And without looking it up (good girls don’t cheat) you have to either answer the question or admit you don’t know.

And when that happens your penalty will be giggling and playing with yourself for a few minutes, and then answering with “I’m a silly giggly Pink-brained bimbo.”

Would you ever write a retelling?

I might! I am not usually a fan of retellings, and I didn't think I'd ever write one. I think there are too many in the world, and everyone is writing them. The publishing market is flooded. But now I have a few ideas up my sleeve, and I'd be willing to write one. I think I'd be willing to write an unconventional retelling. Such as a retelling of a classic book instead of a fairy tale, or a fairy tale retelling with zero romance. Mostly, I just wish for books that are good, not the same old things repeated. Retellings can be good if they're done well, and I do read them with friends.

Would you ever....a crossover or fusion story?

Hi anon!

Mmmm, I shall not say never, because I have had ideas for them in the past for other fandoms. I don't have any ideas currently and I have never had one for Tolkien's work. I think, for me, good crossovers have to match tonally in the source material and sort of - I don't know- rhyme? There's got to be a connection that makes them work together, if they are going to be played straight.

So...maybe, but no plans at the moment. I do have plans for myth/legend retellings in a Tolkien environment but that's more like an AU than a crossover.

For free? No, I don't even write fanfic of things I do like for free! (this is absolutely no shade to fanfic, I love it, I read it, I used to write it, I simply just don't have the time anymore working full time and having four books constantly on the stove and trying to get one illustration done a month for patreon)
