What are you proudest of for doing this year?
Probably going back to therapy. I haven't had a therapist in years, and finally accepting that even though I'm not as bad as I was doesn't mean I'm doing okay was big for me.
#plus my firms insurance policy mandates a psychotherapists recommendation for top surgery so...#idk it was kind of a stagnat-y year for me#next year is going to be hard but theres a lot of commitments that i need to follow through on#would love to just go to sleep and wake up in 2025 fully functional#personal#not lithegame
