didn't realize I had a migraine for 11 hours. I'm so special and talented.
#took meds while cooking so I'm doing about 75% better#and the other 25% is just that I'm at the start of a bipolar depressive phase#(current events notwithstanding)#would kill to not be having muscle spasms though. weirdest most aggravating migraine symptom imo. I'll take the pain and light sensitivity#and vertigo and inability to concentrate. I just absolutely hate my body moving without permission. eugh.
