not to get into the same old rut again but i figured i could start on the next chapter and i’d write an outline for it so i went to reference some scenes from the after end to jog my memory and 1. there’s more v than i remember and i just don’t. do not. want to do that. but luckily i have a set-up (and a plan for future chapters ohohoho ) that i think would totally justify skipping over alllllll of that scene. which is good. because half the dialogue drives me nuts becauuuuuuse....

this asshole..... this fuckin bastard man......... took custody of a ~14 year old and then just. forgot about him. did not keep him around, didn’t even keep tabs on him, had no idea he got kidnapped at some point and dragged to a cult. like saeran Did Not have anywhere else to go, it was always either with his mother or with v and rika, so what, v got so into his photos and obsessing over his girlfriend that saeran’s existance slipped his mind until he hacked the RFA’s app?

his (ex) gf blinds him and runs away to start a cult and so he starts a rumor that she’s dead and calls that taken care of?? saeran’s mom is dead by then, and v says himself that he “doesn’t know” when saeran got involved with mint eye — and the game says saeran goes through WEEKS of indoctrination before he’s considered ready, so EVEN IF he was a master hacker and the first thing he did after indoctrination was try to hack the messenger, that’s still multiple weeks where he’s just AWOL. multiple weeks where v didn’t notice that saeran was gone!! and saeran hasn’t had any practical experience with hacking at that point, so it was probably longer in between indoctrination and hacking the messenger, so what the fuck, v! what the fuck!!!!

did v think rika was taking care of saeran prior to the blinding?? did v think rika was just continuing to take care of saeran after the blinding and disappearing????? did v even think about saeran at all????????????
