We were in this big factory that makes km of grosgrain in Florence. Image a big space with thousands of machines and no workers. The owner use some of theme twice a week just for a trim, but ten years ago there were people who shared that space together: they worked, helped each other. They took a break sharing lunch. Now, a sad desert, but a huge cultural and social teaching. Why are we less community? Why are we struggling more and more for a good mental health? It doesn’t mean that ten years ago there were no problems. For sure now we can realized a clear change. I can say that because I’m into this self-regard and self-centredness too. And the funny thing is there is no profit. Look at this picture for example: I’m creating an aesthetic, I use tags, I’m producing communications (the new nuclear bomb) and at the same time I’m asking “where and what we are building. Which road are we walking?”. There’ no solution: there are billion of solutions. If we do something for impersonal aims maybe we can save us and get a sort of equilibrium.
