I never slack on hygiene but regularly it takes me hours to get ready for bed on bad executive dysfunction days. I'm so fed up with myself
#executive dysfunction#adhd#bed time#how to make bed time faster and more exciting?#So far leaving the bathroom door open putting on a playlist while my phone is put of the bathroom so I won't touch but can still hear it#works best when I immediately force a toothbrush in my mouth afte rputting my hair in a bun#without getting distracted by the mirror or my phone because I guess It's brushing my teeth that I put off the most#Can't even go to teh toilet when I need to pee because I'll end up sitting on the toilet just scrolling through my phone being pathetic#it's easier to get as fast as I can in the shower#from there I kind of just have to continue#but then afterthat I hate it if I still have to brush my teeth so I either have to do that first or brush my teeth ehile showerong because#I also have to put on pj's and do skincare after showering already which is enough#I swear I am a toddler#It's also harder when the extra step of removing makeup is added and with my current routine I can't do while already in the showe#facewash in the shower just feels easier I guess#personal#mine
