Araw araw masakit katawan ko. Araw araw naiisip ko nalang na sumuko. Araw araw naiisip ko na mataba ako and wala na pag asa na pumayat ako. Araw araw may insecurities ako. Pero ano bang naiisip ko bakit ako umaasa pa na papayat ako? Siguro it's what I keep saying to my self, na someday in the future, kapag humarap ako sa salamin, gusto ko sabihin sa sarili ko na nagawa ko yung best ko everyday para maabot yung gusto ko, yung goal ko.
Oo, takot ako sa sasabihin ng tao , takot ako sa sasabihin nila if I fail again, takot ako na makita sarili ko sa worst ko at hindi ko nagawa yung part ko. Pero what keeps me moving forward? It's myself, seeing myself sa finish line smiling and cheering me. I can do this. I can make this happen. And every day, mag babago din ang mindset ko. I want to be the best version kf myself.

PS. This is the heaviest weight ko na naitala, im almost hitting 80. Kaya nasabi kong laki ng tinaba ko. More than 15kg ang nagain ko. Kaya ayun, di man ako sobrang taba tignan pero yung body fat % ko na 22% ko last year na pinaghirapan ko naging 34%. Kaya sobrang frustrated ako.
