There are days when you have to say f’ck it. Today’s that day. I had a lovely conversation today with a super cool person asking if I felt that I was reaching my fitness goals. I said truthfully, yes. I know it’s just a little bit more difficult for me to get to where I ultimately want to be but I’m enjoying the ride as I go, so it’s not a bad thing. We both agreed that patience is something I seriously need to work towards. 🤪🥴🤓 All in all I’m happy. It’s been two solid weeks of working out. Combining my two weeks of running with my first week of applying the Athlean X at home workouts. I’m happy to say I’m sore as heck! I’m feeling good and my pj bottoms are getting loose again 😂. I am a happy camper. I just keep reminding myself that I’m getting stronger. Day 7 #100DaysofHappy days like today make it hard for me to keep a smile on my face. I got some pretty bad news and this picture can sum it up for you. I felt like crying all day but I didn't.
