#my sister and my buddy whose name is a secret both use it so much#and every time im like oh god theyre so mad at me they hate me they never want to hear from me again (not true)#the thing is. THE THING IS. i am having to rewire synapses i last used as a teenager in the worst codependent relationship youve ever seen#and i am experiencing. difficulties with this. it is very very embarrassing for me#like in a 'i havent seen this person in a few hours. do they still want me to be part of their life' way. its so bad#im so lucky that i wasnt very publically active during that time it was genuinely awful in a way i dont want to think about TT___TT#working on being less terrified/insecure...its slow progress but its necessary!! i want to be part of the world! i want to enjoy it here
