Have you ever felt low on seeing your team craving for something they don't have? I experience this most of the time. The day you start thinking for your team, believe me all your requirements will be subdued. The only thing that will motivate you is the smile on your team members' face. Thinking about yourself is not bad but the team is a family and thinking of your family is better. Believe me you will be happier.
