for monster camp uhhhhhh i don't really like oz and damien as a couple if with very specific scenarios that scenario being the fight ending or an enemies with benefits kind of deal. everyone's like "oh this ship is to make damien more sensitive and a better person uvu" well i think this ship should make oz worse. be a little rude perhaps.

for pokemon uhhhhh another one hmmmmM i like chairman rose as an antagonist? it's the same problem i have with gen 8 -- his story was rushed a lot, it should've been explained better, but it has a lot of potential and i would really like it explained better-- and not in a way the anime handled it. the point of rose is that he's someone who does what he think is best (and, technically, could be??) out of nothing but love for his region, with no secondary ends, but to achieve his goals he doesn't care about the consequences or how many people he must use to achieve his goals, and the anime transformed him in a 100% super evil and obvious motherfucker that really shows that they didn't understand the point of his character

also his theme genuinely slaps but this isnt an unpopular opinion its just me once again lifting gen 8 because what it did good it did GOOD

as!for!batim!!! rethinking about it now that all the hype is gone and blatantly ignoring ltierally everything themeatley did after the game was out i still want to say that while i liked the ending ch5 is the only one i can say i don't like. up to ch4 it's still an incredibly good game with so much potential but again, he fell for matpatitis and ruined everything for the sake of being surprising i still hold demon!joey in my heart and in my perfect world in my brain ch5 was completely different
