Love and Marriage Pt.1

First things first Neil received a makeover with some help from the Sims Amino Community.

And I think he looks rather dashing.

Clearly Harry agrees! I had been leaning toward black or blonde but he is definitely a brunette. Everyone in the home loves him.

Really he and Harry can't keep their hands off each other.

Initially, I had planned on my usual, wait until the couple has the same day off and have a wedding. BUT the romance festival came to town and if you've read any of my blogs you know how I love it so off they went to tie the knot.

I just can't with these two they are just too perfect!

Harry is one step closer to securing his soulmate aspiration.

Neil, by the way, is a genius, kleptomaniac, and art lover with the computer whiz aspiration.

Yes, that was Graham (the vampire) standing in the sun with no ill effects he's officially a day walker. He completed his master vampire aspiration and has more points than I know what to do with. At this point, he's an unpaid butler with another job. Everyone attended and had a lovely time. Well minus Grey, who is reliving his childhood bear phase as a mascot and went to work before the festival notification popped up.

Maddie even got some advice about her relationship with the infamous vampire Caleb Vatore.

Whatever the gurus' advice was she finally sparked something in our heir..

It's about time! She has been killing me not rolling a steady relationship with Caleb. But we're finally there! It was only a boyfriend want but I'll take it! In my excitement, I moved him in immediately. Since I already had made him over we got him a job in the medical field and redid his vampire powers. (I tried to make him as human as possible)

Maddie may have been squeamish about commitment but Caleb is not. He is head over heels for our girl

and almost immediately upon moving in rolled a marriage want!

I seriously love Caleb and set out to master another vampire aspiration so I could promptly cure him of it.

Mastered this in record time with the vampire nighttime skill reward, whatever it is, can't really remember at the moment. In fact, he completed the first three parts by the time this update is over. So, Caleb is doing great how's his future wife?

Maddie tries to get her alone time when she can. It's not easy living with seven other sims but she tries her best. That's probably why she entered the astronaut career, I'm sure it's quiet in space. Which is good because things are going to get even more crowded down here.

I seriously had no idea she was pregnant. Once again risky woohoo made the pregnancy decision for me. I was quite surprised when she came home like this. But I should have known, she kept getting the diaper thought bubble over her head. Harry and Neil kept getting it too though so I kinda ignored it. Caleb was just as surprised as me by the news.

Though it's technically his fault those two are at it like rabbits, it was inevitable. But back to Maddie and how she is progressing. She rolled a rough aspiration for a family with so little funds. As a result, she's had to take on other interests besides just her career to complete her goals.

It also gives her some more alone time. She is a little bit beyond the halfway point to her fabulously wealthy aspiration. The only triplet we haven't checked in with yet this update is Greyson.

Graham: So your brother is married and your sister will be. Generation 4 is on the way... What's the plan Grey? Meanwhile, in the sim gods head: I have no idea! I seriously have absolutely no idea what I'm going to do with Greyson. I've toyed with the idea of just leaving him as the eccentric brother. You know, sleeps in the yard and makes excessive amounts of insect repellent. (Seriously the easiest thing to get ingredients for to level this herbalism skill. Which, by the way, Grey only has a few levels left to master and complete this horrid aspiration that I will never do again!) I've also thought about him marrying. But to who? If I do then there's the whole: do I really want to start a new legacy with him as founder? If yes what will the heir rules be? It's a serious conundrum I'm leaving it up to him. If over the course of playing with him, he falls for someone I'll figure it out. Speaking of...

With Caleb a member of the family now I think this was inevitable. Lilith is always at the house and with Grey's work hours he's up when she comes over. Though the cowplants reaction is probably a bad sign. I don't know if I'm too keen on the whole idea either. I'm pretty sick of vampires at this point. By the look on Caleb's face here I don't think he trusts his sister's intentions either.

But at least she's helping Grey get over Wilma Beri. Grey has rolled the marriage want with Not so Berry generation rose way too many times. That's just not possible, at least for a very long time so maybe work on your game Grey and get out there!

94+1 hairs are all shared!

Welp I hope you guys liked the hairs I had to share. I won’t have anything to give for a awhile but before this blog goes inactive for a bit again I thought I would share some pics of something funny that happened in my testing new mods hood. Please enjoy 🤣

What better family to test out the marriage mod from lazyduchess then the Goth family! Am sure nothing will possibly go wrong right!?

I mean the fact no one got to their seats on time, the matchmaker just letting herself in to the party and Mary-woohooing-sue wearing a white wedding dress in a WEDDING! Can’t possibly mean something bad is gonna happen...right?

Welp...at least I know the mod is working...

Dina: wait what just happened, I just sat down. Don: Here let me explain it really easy for you Dina... I just dumped Cassandra and took my sweet ass out of being tied down for life with her Dina: ooooh...ooh

Mary-sue: Don, what the heck do you think your doing? Don: Really...your questioning what I did wrong while your using a wedding dress for a wedding that isn’t yours? Mary-sue: The watcher didn’t have enough time to bother to give me a makeover, I made do by using my old wedding dress. Now back to yo-

Cassandra: Am cured! I still have a heartbreak to mend but at least I don’t have anything else to possibly push me over...

Cassandra: Grandma why did you have to set the bush on fire!!!!! Why does everything keep getting worst!!!! Oh damn, Don is really hot tho... Mortimer: Why is my family such a mess!!!! Surely now there is nothing else that can possibly ruin Cassandra day anymore right?!?

Welp...

Cassandra: Don, a moment of your time... Don: Er...my lips just happened to accidentally crash on her lips...?

Cassandra: DADDY WAS RIGHT ABOUT YOU!!! YOUR THE WROST DON!!! Don: PLEASE, NOT THE FACE I HAVE SO MANY WOMAN TO KISS!!! Cassaandra: AM GONNA KILL YOU!!!

At least something good finally happened for Cassandra during this disaster of a wedding. You go girl! Beat his ass!

Aaaand that one good thing got taken away from Cassandra. Rub it in her face why don’t you guys!

And to add even more insult to injury. Cassandra will forever have a memory of this disaster party and Don, without a care in the world, doesn’t leave when the party ends but instead just takes his time taking a bath and then goes to eat the food that most of the party guest didn’t even have the time to eat. Don: Gotta make the most of a disaster, you know.

And that’s all I had! Was real fun seeing again the chaos that the sims 2 can bring in the game lol. See ya when I have more goodies to share!

Hot sim summer sims challenge!

Hello and welcome to my brand new blog! The idea for this challenge came to me in Malixa’s stream and she and the chat helped me come up with the goals for this challenge so make sure to follow Malixa (here’s her cc finds tmblr! @malixacc )

On to the challenge!

Starting out

After a gruesome winter full of hard work and nights gone with just the candle light, you decide to get ready for the summer of your life! Our journey begins in spring, where you prepare yourself for a hot sim summer for the books.

If you have seasons I highly recommend setting each season to last up to 2 weeks (14 days) for the goals to be met in a way that won’t stress you out! You can also stretch this time more if you’d like

Creating your sim

There is no restriction when you create your sim, you can pick out any traits and aspirations. Aspirations will come to play more in the summer portion of the challenge so you can choose anything you like in the beginning. Likes and dislikes can also be tailored to your liking! Story mode sims are not forbidden but it could give you an unfair advantage so it is slightly discouraged.

Basics

- Once you leave cas you need to move your sim to a lot. You may choose a pre-built starter home or build yourself a new one. No restrictions on the worlds

- Moneycheats aren’t allowed after you’ve built your house, if you chose to build it yourself. remember, it still needs to be within a started house budget.

- Mods and cc are very much allowed!

- no skill or aspiration cheats !

- you can use these rules and goals as a guideline and adjust them to your liking

Spring

In order for your summer to start, you must complete these goals (all aren’t required, this challenge can be catered to your liking!)

- Get your sim a job and try to get promoted a minimum of 3 times within 2 weeks

- Raise 10 000 simoleons before summer starts. You are allowed to do other things aside from your job to collect this money (ea. painting, writing, scavenging..) This money is to pay for your summer excapades

- get one or more of these skills as high as you can (min. level 6 ) Charisma, Wellness, Fitness, Mixology and Comedy

- Have your sim drink water each day and practice self care (there are some good mods for this, but you don’t have to get them)

- Your sim isn’t allowed to celebrate Love day

- By the end of summer you should have 4 friends and 1 best friend

- buy a camera some time before summer

- And on the last day of spring, if you so please, give your sim a makeover for the summer!

And boom! You did it, now you’re ready for your hot sim summer. But the challenge isn’t over yet, we still have the whole summer ahead of us!

Summer

- Remember when i said aspirations didn’t matter? well, now they do! Try to complete the serial romantic or friend of the world aspiration during the 2 weeks of summer!

- Max out one of the skills you worked on before

- hold 2 or more parties, one of which should be a gold star event

- take a vacation! place a rental lot or go to an existing one for however long you want. This is what we saved up for!

- Dabble in photography! try to level it up, this is a secondary goal and not as important

- if you own island living make sure to hit the Sulani beaches and grab a tan! remember you sunscreen ;) maybe woo a mermaid..

- Upgrade your home to have its own pool! (kiddie pools count, right?)

- If you have get famous try to befriend a celebrity.

- during summer if you get invited to go to places, go every time. (or not, if it’s a batuu thing...)

- Have fun and create your own storylines, woohoo with many sims or try to become the most famous impromptu street singer in town. It’s your hot sim summer and you get to decide!

Make sure to tell me if you tried out this challenge, I thought it was a fun concept so I wanted to share it with you. If this isn’t for you that’s fine too! You can also play this in the middle of your own saves and don’t need to make a whole new household for it, again, you can really tailor this challenge to your own needs.

Apocalypse BaCC Ruleset

I've always wanted to try my hand at an Apocalypse Challenge but could never get behind the whole only one family thing. I am a avid rotational player. One family just bores me, so I came up with this challenge. This is based off of my own rulesfor the Bacc and not the original or one of the many variations.

Starting Out:

-Create a new neighbor and create your three founders. They can be families or single it doesn't matter.

-The three founders may NOT go to college. That would make the challenge way to easy.

-Build and Buy mode tabs are NOT allowed after you build the families house. Not even for a baby crib so make sure you factor that in when you make their house.

-The bunker can look however you want it to. It does not need to be up off the ground nor does it need to be 8x8 but you may only have a max of 3 rooms until Architect is unlocked.

-Sims may not have a stove, they must have the cheapest grill and Fridge.

-No sims may sleep outside.

-The lot must be enclosed by a fence.

-Only 3 restrictions may be unlocked a generation

-No Electronics may be used. Only the cheapest fridge and cheapest fridge

-Basic Electricity is unlocked when a sim has Max mechanical and level 8 logic. Once that is done $3500 must be paid from town funds.

-Taxes must still be paid. It can be whatever percentage you want but it has to be consistent.

-No smoke detectors, sprinklers, burglar alarm

-To unlock running water you must get level 5 cleaning and level 5 logic. That enables sinks.

-Basic airport is your ticket out of the city. If you plan for your kid to go to college you must have a basic airport. You must pay $25,000 dollars. With a basic airport you get:

Flooring

Wallpaper

Adopt Stray Pets

Higher quality furniture that has been unlocked.

-No cars, service sims, or delivery service.

-Pet adoption is unlocked when a pet store is opened.

-Nanny is unlocked when business is unlocked, and there 5 teenagers in town.

If you want to get more households:

SIM MULTIPLIER

+1 When the first community lot is built+1 When you have basic electricity+1 When you have plumbing+2 When you get an Airport+1 With every 5 community lots after+1 A sim tops a career. (maximim 1 per household)+5 Downton+10 University (Multiple universities are allowed)+13 For every business district.

-Community lots:

Are unlocked when the business career is topped.

-Downtown:

Is unlocked when the political career is topped and $100,000 dollars has been paid.

Universities:

Are unlocked when there is an airport and a population of 1,000

RESTRICTIONS

-Hopelessness

You cannot move in anyone until someone tops the career.

-Adventure

Sims may not go on vacation

-Architect

Sims may not move out until this career is topped.

Businesses may not be built until this career is topped

-Artist

A position opens when a sim maxes creativity

Sims may not use workbenches or the potty/clothing bench

Sims may not open any art type business or have any paintings on their business

No deco items may be placed

-Athletic

For teens and elders to leave the lot they must have level 10 body skill.

Can NOT have a gym or workout equipment on their businesses.

Cannot move anything bigger than one tile

Items received as date or outing reward may be moved once no matter how big they are but after that they may not be moved again. If they are restricted items they may be moved to inventory but not sold.

Sims may not sell items on community lots that are bigger than one tile

Sims may only sell things they made

Gym equipment may not be used or purchased

Sims may carry no more then three items in their inventory

-Slacker

Sims may not use vacation days

Sims who miss a single day of work lose the job

If a sim loses a job they may never take that job

No clubs community lots may be built or owned

Elders may never retire

You may not ignore chance cards

-Science

Sims may not use the phone unless it is tuesday

No cell phones or computers may be used or purchased

Sims may not use the robotics bench or have servos

You may not call the exterminator

No lights

No trash compactor or bass or guitar

-Politics

Sims may only have 3 rooms in there house

NO downtown may be unlock

Sims may not go to college

May not have a cemetery

No basements

May not have a second floor

No vacation hood

May not influence other sims

-Paranormal

May not plead with grim reaper

No cemetery lot

May not move a grave. If a sim dies somewhere the grave must stay there

May not place graves or urns into inventory

May not use the resurrect-o-nomitron

-Natural Science

No landscaping items

No gardening trees

May not own a pond

May only have a 4 plot garden that has to be enclosed with a fence

May not alter the ground color

May not flatten the lot

May not use fertilizer

No cow plants

No chef salads

No telescopes may be used

Sims may not watch clouds or stargaze

No flower arranging bench

No Greenhouses

-Business

Businesses may not be opened (home or community)

You may not sell items via buy and build tab.

May not sell paintings or workbench items.

Sims may not hire service sims

May not use workbenches

-Dance

Sims may not dance.

Sims may not do tai chi or meditate

Sims may not use the ballet bar or the dance sphere

Stereos may only be used to build body skill

Sims may not have a club business or a business where they sell music.

-Entertainment

Sims may not throw parties or use the entertainment menu

Sims may not buy anything from the party tab

Sims may not use the karaoke machine (also restricted by Artist and Science).

Sims with televisions are limited to the Yummy Channel, the Workout Channel and the News/Weather Channel.

Sims may not read a book unless it is a skill building book

Sims may not have wedding parties

Sims may not use wedding archs

May not place a wedding venue.

No toy crafting bench

Sims may not have a business with instruments or a microphone.

-Intelligence

Sims may not perform any action from the Ask pie menu that came with Nightlife.

Sims who are not friends with a member of the household may not enter the house.

Proposals to move in may only be offered by the Sim who is in love and will produce the next generation with the new household member.

Sims may not accept blind dates, jobs, or contact numbers from social townies.

Sims may not chat online, send emails, or blog.

Sims may not hire employees.

Sims may not give gifts.

Sims may not visit community lots alone—they must take a friend or family member along.

Sims may not Search for UFOs or Summon Aliens.

Sims may not go on vacation at all.

-Law Enforcement

Your sims may not purchase a smoke detector, sprinkles, burglar alarms, car alarms.

Sims may not use the emergency tab on their phones.

Teens and Elders may not go to college

Can not call the police to look for runaway teens.

-Medical

Showers and tubs may not be used

Dishwashers may not be built

Hot tubs, water wigglers, and pools may not be used

Sims may not use medicine to get well

If a sim gets sick you must roll to determine if they are going to die. 1-5 is live/ 6 is die

Whenever a sim woohoos they must try for a baby

May not purchase changing tables.

-Culinary

Sims may only buy a cheap grill and and fridge.

May not buy anything from the small appliance category

Sims may only prepare food once a day and may not store food in the fridge

Baby bottles do not count

No gelatin

May not prepare food on community lots.

Sims may not open restaurants or open anything that has to do with restaurants.

No pizza or chinese food delivery

Sims may not open a grocery store.

Sims may not hold food in inventory

NO birthday or wedding cakes

No buffet tables

-Life of Crime

Every Sunday all the sims income has to go into the town funds.

-Military

Sims may not travel to community lots

You may not invite sims over unless you are in love with them

Only a to be spouse may be moved in

No sim may move out

No parties, dates, or outings

Sims may not go to college

Sims may not practice romance in mirror

Big Ole update.

Alrighty, guys, I have (mostly) recovered from the car crash. It’s been released to the insurance company, and now I just need to wait to hear back if it’s totaled or not. Needless to say, I really freaking hope it isn’t Totaled. But overall, my little hiatus is done, and while I won’t be active on the discord tonight, I’ll hop on and chat for a bit over the weekend.

Now to the main part of the update, where I detail all the new things coming!

1. I’ll be liveblogging Beastars again! Woohoo! To my knowledge, there are at least 2(?) chapters of Beastars out, and one unread chapter of Beast complex. I will probably end up splitting all of that up to two sessions, one Sunday night, and the other Tuesday afternoon/late night.

2.I’ll be giving the blog a bit of a makeover over the next few days, along with a name change! I’ve wanted to change it for some time now, mostly because:

I Don't really have a clear name; I tried Rere and Reread, but honestly, both of those sound dumb.

it’s kinda basic and boring

It limits me to doing only Beastars, which isn’t really something I’m cool with because I want to do multiple things that aren’t Beastars.

I haven’t reread a Beastars chapter in so freaking long it doesn’t really fit anymore.

So, while I’m still deciding a new permanent name, the working title for this blog will be Golx Liveblogs! (still generic but again I’ll make it sound a bit better later.) What does Golx even mean, you ask? Well, its this man right here!

He’s my new fursona I MEAN BEASTARS OC YES BEASTARS OC THAT IS WHAT HE IS!

well, He’s a hybrid of an alligator and a wolf since I couldn’t pick between them. I imagine he was the opposite of Legosi’s mom, where he started out full gator and slowly had fur pop up everywhere. I just like him, he’s got that intimidation and a slightly cute appearance (at least to me :P)

I got help with the design and this lovely piece of art from my good friend Oni on the discord, their Tumblr here! He was so helpful and a great pal all around, so check him out!

Finally, I am going to try and liveblog Aggresuko! I’m not too sure how I’m going to do it yet, I think I’m going to try a video reaction with the first episode, then usual liveblogging the second episode and see what works out best.

Overall, I got lots, and LOTS of things to do around here now, and it will be a bit different, but at the end of the day, I’ll still be liveblogging Beastars, Beastars will always stay my priority, the thinky bits will be as thinky, and the shitposty bits will be just as shitty. So see you guys this Sunday for one Beastars chapter

Welcome to my Sims 2 to 4 Project. It has been 5+ years in the making and it is finally nearly complete! If you've been following me for awhile, you know that I've been converting the entire (or as close to it as feasible) Sims 2 into the Sims 4, but with my own modifications based on my previous Sims 2 game and the version I played in Sims 3.

Clicky Clicky below if this piqued your curiosity at all. It's a long post and there's no tl;dr, so have fun. ;)

What you'll see here. Round-ish sort of gameplay. I'm terrible at sticking to rounds and just kind of play who I'm feeling at any given time, so it probably won't be strict round-style play, but I will keep track each time I rotate. It's just not exactly going to be in any order or anything. I'm not following any rules. I do what I want in my game.

What else you'll see. Drama. Lotsssss of drama. I took the Sims 2's storylines and pushed them too far. It's chaos. There's a reason this blog isn't for children. You gotta be like 16 to enter (there's no nudity or wicked whims woohoo stuff, but a lot of implied shit). There's some weird shit in here, so you know, brace yourselves or whatever. There's a couple families in here that are basically a Law and Order SVU episode. Spoiler: It's the Beakers. So, skip over the first few posts about them if you don't want to see posts that will probably have several TWs on them. It gets weeeeeiiiiiiirrrrrrd.

What's next? Well, I'm going to start by introducing you to the families- 5 per post because of Tumblr's stupid 10 photo limit. I'll introduce all the main families you know and love, then some of the others such as townies and NPCs from 2 that now have their own lives. Also, there's some dead sims that aren't dead anymore. It was kind of dumb that most of the sims had no living grandparents, so a lot of those folx are back. And the Tricous because, I mean, come on. Who didn't resurrect those guys back in the day? They were like the coolest family in the game but all dead. Lame, Maxis, lame. Anyway, yeah, we're starting with the intros. It will probably take me another year to post of all them.

Some other notes:

Lots. So, the lots are NOT direct remakes of the original houses. I totally ripped off other people's work for about 90% of them. I'll be posting a list of credits. I built most of this with TS2 booted up on my laptop for reference. I used my favorite lot makeovers. My laptop crapped out so I can't credit each individual lot to its creator, but I will add a credit list to the bottom of this post soon.

Sims. Mostly my creations. I snagged a few from the gallery. I no longer play a version that uses the gallery if you know what I mean, so I can't tell you exactly who made what sims, but I've edited most of them beyond recognition anyway. Many of the ones I made don't look a thing like their TS2 counterparts. It turns out I'm really bad at making sims that look like other sims. They're close enough to be recognizable I guess. You'll figure it out.

My Save File. I originally was going to make this TS2 vanilla, but got way too into it, so now it's something else entirely. Unfortunately, since I used floorplans and sims by other creators, as well as a boatload of CC, I can't share this. I did make a few houses that are TS2 originals and I may upload some of those at some point if you want to embrace the fug that was TS2 lots. But sorry, my save can't be shared without violating countless TOUs and I'm not an asshole like that.

Other things:

-I work a lot, so I can't guarantee any rhyme or rhythm to my posts. You'll get your fix when you get it, okay? Don't be so needy, sheesh! I play when I have time and I post when I have extra time.

-My screenshots aren't always going to be all pretty and perfect like some of yours (I envy y'all and your artistic abilities which I sorely lack). I only have Paint on this damn computer. I've never in my life been able to figure out how to get Reshade to work in a Sims game. You get whatever my lighting mods and graphics card decide to do, nothing more, nothing less.

-I'm WCIF friendly. I have 22GB of CC in dis bitch. If you see something you like and can't find, feel free to ask and I'll try to help ya out. Any other questions are welcome, like specs and all that shiz. I have a custom built computer that was mid-range when I got it several years ago. It's nothing fancy but it can run 22GB of CC with almost no lag, so that's something.

Been playing on my weekend off (Weekend for me = Monday/Tuesday) and I am so frustrated with the Singles household.

Lola moved out at the end of round 2 after finding her three-bolter (Waylon Menon) and getting pregnant, so they are in their own house awaiting the arrival of said unborn child. (Which it’s been like a century in sim-land... Sorry, Lola!)

Had to move Chloe out at the beginning of this round because she got knocked up with twins by Goopy of all townies. So now she moved into her own household and invited him to move in. Should be interesting, but my romance sims usually tend to be the best parents for some reason.

Erin moved out way long ago and is married to Ajay Loner. (At least I think they’re married...?) They have two children, both girls. Their household is well documented on this blog unlike this one.

So this round after moving Chloe out, all who is left of the original four is Kristen Loste.

Allegra Gorey moved in after graduating college.

I tend to go by most chemistry when it comes to couplings, and who should be at the top of Kristen’s but Kennedy Cox with two bolts. So I get them to hook up and purposely have her get knocked up, only to see the engagement ring on his finger. I completely forgot that he’s engaged to Marissa Cleveland (after she divorced her husband). So fuck. What do I do? Guess he’ll have a lovechild out there. Kristen ends up having a boy who I named Kenta. (Figured I’d stick with the K-theme and there aren’t many good boys names that start with K or that are currently not being used.)

To top it off, Allegra really wants to woohoo so I have her go prowling the hood, meeting every male townie she comes across because that’s her preference, and then use her to test a Downton Downtown Community lot makeover. Gunnar Roque happens to be on the lot, so I have them chat, and he’s not attached to anyone in my hood, so I figure why not? Well, ACR beats me to it and has them woohoo in the photobooth and what do I hear? FUCKING CHIMES. OMFG. NO. THAT WAS NOT IN THE CARDS.

So now the Singles household is basically the Single Moms household. I mean the house has three bedrooms thanks to my makeover (has a basement level), but really only one small family can live there. Looks like Allegra may be moving to Downton Downton Downtown with Gunnar. Guess “Singles” will soon be renamed to “Loste.”

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme originally from Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things I have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on my blog.

Hey you all, I’m so sorry for being absent these past few weeks. I haven’t been in my writing mood for a couple of months, but I been completely absent the past few weeks… So I’m gonna give you a recap of how these past 3 weeks have been for me…

So I started the week, 3 weeks ago, with going back to my speech therapist again. Yes, I stutter and yes, it will never go away completely… No big deal for me, but the techniques I learn there, help me in my daily life. I also went to the doctor’s for the pain in my right calf muscle.. He didn’t see anything, gave me painkillers and said it would go away… I got a bit irritated again, because it was blue, swollen and that’s the answer I almost always get.

School that week wasn’t very excited, I didn’t have a model so I had to train on my exercise head again. Did break my own record in doing a perm. We have to roll a complete perm in an hour max, and I did it in 50 minutes, my record was 52 =]

Thursday I had my last Taekwondo training before my exam on Friday. It was good to go over everything I had to do like kicks, techniques and walking my daeguk. Afterwards we went for a drink in town. It was really fun to socialize with the group and build my friendship with them. They told me the sweetest thing!! They said I was a really good and fun addition for the team =] To hear that makes me feel really good. I’ve lived in this area for three years now and still haven’t got any friends. So it really did do me good =] I’m happy to have found that group of people and really like them =]

So Friday was the big day for me. My first Taekwondo exam. It was really tough on my stamina hahahahah… I did make a few dumb mistakes. Like with the sparring part, I don’t have any protection yet, so I kicked against an elbow, it hurts like shit, and guess what… a minute later I kicked with my other foot against the other elbow.. So it gave me two very blue feet, a few bruises on my arms and shins and the worst part to tell you guys… Before sparring I had to show kicking techniques on pillows my friend [she’s a black belt] held up. But she held up two for a jumping kick and because of my calf muscle I calculated my jumped kick to land on my left leg. But in the heat of the battle I had to do a double jumped kick aaaaaannddd landed on my right leg… So I have a tear in my MCL- or more commonly known as my inner knee ligament [just found that out last Tuesday by the way] – I felt it snap and had to spar after that… whoops… But all in all it was worth it and I passed!! That weekend we visited mu aunt and her wife. I was sore, bruised and tired, but most of all sad… It was the first time being there and Simba not greeting us… She was their dog and child.. She was 14, but 4 in spirit… I got the news while doing groceries the weekend before. It broke me, I grew up with Simba. Think about it she was 14, I’m 24 years… So that was a weird and emotional weekend….

After this busy week it got boring and painful… I couldn’t go to Taekwondo for a while [that while ain’t over yet, sadly] and that made me miss my friends and my two occasions of getting out of the house in the week… It also screwed my schedule.. I just got used to working out twice a week, and that made me feel good.. Now that’s gone for a while and that makes me sad and restless.. I feel stuck in my house, especially with my knee… So no Taekwondo, a lot of job hunting and school this week was with my exercise head again. This wasn’t for the fact I couldn’t find a model, but because we got a colouring demo and a test run with water mixed with a hair mask on our exercise heads…. It was a lot of information, but exciting to start colouring other’s hair =]…

Then the real fun began.. Hello to having a fucking fever for four days =/ it was good for my bingewatching as you can see from Thursday through Sunday hahahahaaa… So that wraps up the first two weeks…

So last week was kind of exciting for the family. On Monday my father-in-law got a new pacemaker. That’s always a tricky thing in my opinion… But it went very well and he’s doing better after having the surgery.. So the rest of the week was me limping, me job hunting, me doing a mini makeover with a haircut on my model [and she’s going for another haircut and a perm in april woohoo], me giving my father-in-law a haircut after the hairdresser didn’t do a great job and asked me to do it. He was happy with it and so was I. I haven’t had training in cutting a man’s hair [will cover it in the second year] and he was my first male haircut =] I’m glad I can learn from the saying ‘Monkey see, monkey do’ hahahaha..

Today was a slow day. Had a tough night sleeping.. Because of the stinging pain in my leg and my bf woke me up twice. He couldn’t sleep so the first was because of the light of the TV [my mask had slipped from my eyes] and the second time because he felt like eating Oreo’s and ripping the package. And I can guarantee you, plastic ain’t silent xD So I had a tough time falling asleep again after the Oreo incident and that kept me up for 45 minutes again… Finally fell asleep and got some more hours luckily.. But I’m still tired as shit and so today wasn’t a very quick day… Watched some Grimm episodes, prepped some review posts to finish them – hopefully tomorrow – and made fresh tomato soup… Guess what.. I forgot my soup veggies =/ the most essential ingredient… So I had soup with meat and pasta today and will buy the veggies and add them tomorrow hahahaha… I am glad I finally caught up with my blog again and have the motivation to write my reviews again… Not in the same speed as before, but I’m getting there..

I did do a lot of reading these past few weeks. =] Good books will keep you reading on hahaha… So I finished Carve the Mark on January 29 and The Tales of Beedle the Bard on February 4. Since then I’ve read The Gender Secret and The Gender Lie by Bella Forrest, Haven by Katherine Bogle from a review copy, Caraval by Stephanie Garber and First Year, Non-Heir, and Apprentice by Rachel E. Carter. I’m really excited by and in love with The Black Mage series by Rachel E. Carter =] It’s sooooo good!!!!

My next reads will be Candidate, and Last Stand by Rachel E. Carter, Passenger, and Wayfarer by Alexandra Bracken and if I make it this month The Gender War by Bella Forrest… The Gender Secret series is also really, really good!!!

Well, for the first time in .... at least 2 to 3 years,

Imogen wasn’t the type to mope, and she was quickly back on track after her breakup with Stephen. Isadora was older and the pregnancy was budding for her too! She arranged a new date for Imogen with a man named Kevin, and so Imogen found herself a new lover. Her blog was already a 3 star!

Finally it was time for a hospital trip, and Janus was born!

Stephen did come with them to the hospital, but after they got back to the mansion, Cid stopped the man with a furious face.”You are not welcome here as long as I live!” Not the best comeback, since you aren’t gonna live long Cid...

Isadora and her husband visited Imogen to see the baby, and when Imogen saw Drew... her legs almost gave out. He was so handsome! She hardly got a word out of her mouth at first when she introduced herself, but during the evening she was able to present herself better. And they got along very well, even after Isadora left home, saying that she felt nauseated because of the pregnancy.

India was meanwhile back to her street art hobby, even though she was going to let it go at first.

Imogen couldn’t take her thoughts away from Drew, even though she did everything she could. She kept throwing huge parties, mainly to get wasted in acceptable way, but it got too wild and police came to break the party. After that, something snapped inside Imogen and she decided to woohoo the first male who she talks to - which was their gentleman simbot Alfred.

Meanwhile India met a cute boy at Imogen’s party, who was insane like her! This could be a start of a romance!

Janus had his birthday, but since her mother was recovering from hangover, India took it upon herself to take care of the kid’s needs.

Imogen was gaining weight abnormally rate. We all know what this means in Sims. (Also random ghosty lamp, booooo!)

Imogen decided to not tell Alfred about the pregnancy, she was too ashamed of her actions.

But it wasn’t unnoticed by her family. “You have gone too far, sister! Sleeping around like that for just a few likes? For your trash blog! Dad, I don’t think that Imogen should be left all your fortune...” “You backstabbing bitch!” Imogen yelled that it was her own business what she does, and even though her father suggested abortion, Imogen just shrugged it off. Abortion would bring her too much shame.

India broke up with Edgar. Because of Imogen’s reckless actions, she did not want any babies or relationships anymore. She’s out!

Now Imogen’s got two boys, Janus and Jordan.

Now that her pregnancy was over, she took her blog to another level and set up a studio, with her dad as a photographer. Quality photos took her blog instantly to lv4!

Life was a bit crazy with all the partying, diapers and affairs, but still Imogen was craving for Drew. She had been sending him hinting texts for a long time, and finally she invited to her house one night when her family was out at a festival - she had left early and asked India to babysit.

“I can’t stand this anymore. I want you.”

Their gazes locked, and a spark was born.

Drew had instant regrets afterwards, and couldn’t look at Imogen. He had woohooed with his wife’s sister.

Janus grew up, and felt lonely. Imogen spend lot of time away from home (at love hotel with Drew) and little Jordan wasn’t much fun company yet since he was a small toddler. Alfred tried to cheer up the kid.

Janus went to India for comfort, since he felt more connected with his aunt. So to cheer themselves up, India suggested a makeover for them both! Some cutie locks for Janus, and short style for herself.
