Want to talk about #localfood? This delicious pork chop came from my lovely neighbor who only lives about a mile south of me as the crow flies, but unfortunately due to the lack of roads I have to drive 15 miles each way to get to. He brought the pigs to his land to clear out the underbrush and WOW did they do an amazing job! This was just a taste so we can see what we are getting when we order a whole hog from him in a few months. And yes, I am requesting ALL the organ meats from my pig and everyone else's! #paleo #woodlandpork #farmtofork

All the rafters are up, starting the strapping and end boards. The individual areas are setup.
