Got an anon earlier (well, yesterday) that I cannot even begin to answer because on one hand, I get you, say it (generally speaking)! But on the other hand (specifically speaking)? That ask went into fucking crazy town in its unravel to the end, so I don't feel like touching it with a 28-foot pole because where to even START. I say this with peace and love because yeah, tl/dr, Liam wasn't a great guy with women, but u who else wasn't (then)/isn't (presently)? A tremendous chunk of 1D's fandom then and now, and if you're gonna start with the premise that anyone mourning him should do xyz instead of (or as well as) lighting a candle or whatever, yes, sure, makes sense, stick to that lane, it's both wide and deep, especially in its more performative corners! But I don't think threatening the surviving members of that band about how they need to tread lightly around "future memorials"--no matter how rich or white or whatever else they might be--makes a lick of goddamned sense
