✨A story from practice with a "A Woman's Soul" ✨

Our "A Woman's Soul" deck is a powerful tool for self-exploration, featuring 150 portraits of women from different races, ages, emotional states, and archetypes. This deck is not just about looking at an image; it’s about seeing a reflection of the inner self and gaining deeper insight into who a woman are.

👤 A Story from Practice: One of my clients, let's call her Maria, came to therapy feeling lost in her role as a mother, partner, and professional. Her self-esteem had hit rock bottom, and she wasn’t sure who she was anymore. We used the "A Woman's Soul" deck, and each session, she connected with a different portrait: sometimes a fierce warrior, other times a nurturing caregiver.

Through these sessions, Maria realized that she had been neglecting parts of herself that once gave her joy and confidence. The cards helped her understand that she didn’t have to choose between different versions of herself — she could honor them all. By the end of our work together, Maria had regained her sense of self-worth, accepting the many roles she played and feeling empowered in her identity.
