I'm so happy you're also a Jojo fan AND obsessed with Joseph because that means I get to share this one thing in part 3 that always bugged me that you probably already noticed as well.

I think that it's frankly CRIMINAL that we had an enemy stand user whose power made people drastically younger and, while I think baby Jotaro was cool, we didn't get Joseph reverting to young Joseph for a single scene just to kick the guys ass with hamon and predicitons.

Like cmon, the missed opportunity with that.

I LOVE YOU THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TELLING MY FRIEND WHILE WATCHING IT??????????? (also before I say anything, I am NOT obsessed with Joseph. He lives in my head now. He won't leave me the fuck alone. He's the one obsessed with me. I do not choose to love him. It's a very codependent and toxic relationship the one I have with him. I hate him. I love him. I would do anything for him. He's annoying. I wish he died. If he dies on screen I will fucking lose it. I-)

The whole plot is just- Generally weird to me. Like, don't get me wrong. Tiny baby Polnareff must be one of the cutest things I have ever seen and I honestly like the ending with that girl showing Polnareff's selflessness and all that, yadda yadda yadda (in fact, Jotaro also is a gem in the end. My beloved). And I don't think we would've escaped the uncomfortable sexualization of the girl in that one scene no matter what the plot was (it wasn't even that bad tbh it was just odd and typical anime behavior and sort of boring).

HOWEVER! This happens at the same time as Joseph and Avdol fight Mariah, right? So they all four have their own side stories in different episodes. But I would have killed for Joseph to have Polnareff's plot instead. Again, don't get me wrong, I actually love the whole "very not gay and definitely not sexual" thing Joseph and Avdol have to do in Mariah's fight and Joseph makes everything even funnier. But, and this is just a personal opinion, maybe just switching Polnareff and Joseph would've been fun. Because we could've gotten somehow young Joseph at some point (AND baby Joseph which I'm sure is the cutest fucking thing this world has ever seen) and Avdol and Polnareff being gayer than what they already are (god I love them I miss them-).

Now, the stories wouldn't have been the same and I enjoyed the episodes anyway but, in my defense, I am just hopelessly in love with Joseph Joestar and I just want to see him in all situations possible.
