Day 125: Sometimes God only entertains your hubris because He knows somewhere along the path you've set yourself on you'll realize you have no idea what you really want or where you're really heading and only then will you not only be able to hear Him, but you'll even beg Him to speak. No one knows you better than Him, but no one can change you but you. Don't make the mistakes I have and seem to keep making. Don't fight Him off. Don't engage Him in some power struggle over your future and your wants meanwhile all He actually wants is just to share a life with you. I hope you can look back on this last week and feel a sense of accomplishment. But if not. It's ok. We all have weeks like that. And that's why words like "Tomorrow" and "Next time I get to do this I'll..." can be the sweetest words ever uttered. I'm heading home today. Thank you OKC for opening my eyes to who I am and have always been meant to be.
