Not really thinking of much crossover wise but I am curious if Witherstorm Monty would be effected by Wildfire’s magic or not since it’s something completely separate from SAMS magic (aside from its blocking ability)

She wouldn’t be outright poisoned by it if she ate some, nothing can survive her guts, but it can probably make her nauseous for a minute while her body unmakes it. Any spells designed to influence her mentally won’t last more than a second before she shrugs it off, she might still think like an animatronic, but her mind’s a bit too eldritch now for a mortal to be able to affect it much. Attack spells, though, will cause lingering damage that take a while to heal, a unique effect the poison just for her. Wildfire can’t outright kill her though, serious damage requires either Negative Star Power or a Star powered attack. Or whatever the hell Forkface is.

For the sake of Maw’s remaining sanity, this will be before they ate Mack, so no keepsake, no clothes, and no Ghosty. There’s isn’t really any physical Monty left, it was all consumed by the Negative Star Power when she transformed. Resemblance to her original body is partially a subconscious thing, partially because of how the whole Anti-Magic corruption spread while it was consuming her from the inside out.

Maw will definitely try to ask what the fuck Arcane is doing. He’s not eager to fight him. But it’s really fucked up to see someone choosing something horrific that you were unwillingly cursed with.

I want to know what would happen if Arcane ran into Maw. It’s not like he can absorb Anti-Magic or anything, and whatever Witherstorm Monty is made of isn’t metal anymore.

Hummm. Luckily Monty was never seen as anything else but prey. Since Arcane never really loved Sun and Moon after they all corrupted. The whole Monty hate really didn't happen. They were just somebody who tried to get in his way once he got all he had. Basic prey. So it's not like he cares about them because there are Monty.

And he also doesn't care that they are a wither storm either. They leave a very similar path of destruction. They're just hyenas that eat after him. The only reason he would ever need to kill Maw. Is if this is after a reincarnation scenario and he needs a new teleportation device. Otherwise he's literally going to look at them like they're a dirty stray dog.

It is correct that there's nothing necessarily to eat or absorb. At least. In the antimatter department. Rune magic itself will never naturally take from those sources. The star will. It has been asked to. The star is a well for runes. And so Arcane made it so the star would consume magic or energy around them. Whatever parts of Maw's body that are organic. Or any part of him that isn't uniquely antimatter. Will start to get sucked dry. His physical form could literally fade. Arcane's magic makes it so rocks turn into dust. As long as there is something to take. It will take. So it might be dangerous for Maw depending on how much... Of him, is in there.

Now, getting over all the technical stuff. God this man is Op. Reaction wise. Like I said he's going to look at the like a dirty stray dog. He's likely already decimating some random world. He's probably just assuming they're here a bit earlier than normal. If Maw attacks him or talks to him. And then they might get a reaction. But it will be very null. Arcane would basically make a face telling him 'If you try and kill me you'll die' expression.

The Omnistar AU

Aight, so some pals and I were just throwing ideas at eachother in Discord like water balloons and came up with yet another SaMS AU. @ayyy-imma-ninja, you were part of this beautiful mess lol

In a nutshell, the Creator steals the Newton Star from Eclipse, and to stop him from doing heinously INSANE stuff and because Eclipse hates his guts, he reluctantly turns to Sun and New Moon for help.

In this AU, Lunar is still around and Earth has been introduced already, so the group dynamic is interesting when Eclipse shows back up and whines to them about his continued misfortunes, although it concerns then all this time. Earth generously comforts him as best she can, and mediates between the brothers to help find a possible solution.

Moon mentions he'd been researching the existence of an extra-dimensional Universal Star that has to potential to overwrite any existing dimension's star or deactivate it, but it requires multiple beings of God-level power to activate and utilize it.

Cue epic questline where the group travels dimension to dimension meeting and convincing the Lords of these different worlds to join the quest, collecting the Infinity Gods (LMAO) to save everything from an Infinite Witherstorm the Creator intends to release for Reasons™ in order to destroy the SaMS multiverse.

We wind up with a group of Sun, Moon, Earth, Lunar, Eclipse, Lord Monty, Lord Lunar, and a hard-to-convince Lord Eclipse.

Lord Eclipse barely beat the wither storm Moon dropped in his dimension, and has little of his world left to rule over. He's of course holding a grudge against Moon, but with New Moon recalling none of their previous encounter, that course of revenge becomes meaningless. So he's left with no real motivation aside from preventing his dimension from ceasing to exist along with himself due to the threat of the Infinite Witherstorm. He ends up convinced to come with the group, motivated by the promise of using the Omnistar to retcon the damage from all witherstorms across the multiverse. His own world lacked anything interesting, so as an added bonus, he got a change of scenery for the forseable future. He gets ideas and inspiration for future changes to his dimension throughout their travels.

Sun and Moon's Eclipse tags along because he thinks "I'm a god, too!", having used the star he lost to give himself a fair amount of power that he'd yet to master as of losing the possession of the star.

Lord Eclipse is constantly annoyed by base dimension Eclipse and his pitiful attempts to impress him to prove he's just as worthy of ruling a dimension. Eclipse tends to indirectly cause problems in trying to show off, attacking monsters to show off his battle skills, but failing and having to be rescued. Earth being the physically strongest among them generally will have to step in and save Eclipse from himself, while one of the Lords stops the threat.

Lord Eclipse is endlessly irritated by Eclipse's pitiful attempts at impressing him and keeps telling him to cut it out, that he's more annoying than he is evil.

Mack would definitely try to toss meat into the witherstorm Monty’s mouths, just for fun.

Maw has some fun with it. Jumping around and doing little tricks like a dog. A bit of lighthearted fun is the least he could do for his only friend. Especially since he’s getting some small snacks out if it.

Maw is definitely much more open to adopting/befriending Bloodmoons than before she got all Witherstormy. He can empathize now. The burning unending hunger that cannot be satisfied without hurting people and refuses to be neglected. They can’t judge the Bloodtwins, not when their appetite causes so much more pain and destruction to satisfy. Maybe a Bloodmoon would even understand their unique form of suffering if they tried to communicate?

Not that she’s eager to test that, people don’t like it when she lingers in their dimensions. She hates how much it hurts to see those familiar faces twisted by hatred and terror, not truly the people she knows, but with such similar faces… She wonders if her friends looked at her like that, when she first became this? She wonders if they recognized her when she devoured them? It’s probably better that he can never find out.

Fun angst time! Maw age regresses. He usually does it alone in his void and little Maw mostly just sobs herself to sleep in the nothingness, coiled up in a little ball of crying baby not-gator.

Witherstorm Monty sometimes will just spend months in their void curled up in a ball and crying.

Maw always returns to the remnants of their home dimension. Always. Partially out of sentimentality, partially out of guilt. This was their home. This is their biggest regret. This was where everyone they loved was. This is where they killed everyone. This is where all their happy memories are. This where they destroyed everything that mattered to them.

When Maw is regressing, amongst the crying and tail chewing, he also makes those little baby gator noises. The laser sounding ones. Little Maw wants his momma.

Maw’s not gonna get much bigger than DJMM, at least. Just a quartet of traumatized touch-starved gremlins enjoying a nice cuddle session while god and death observe. Maw is back to nuzzling now that he’s got all the attention again.

Who is Mama Sun?

The Sun from my Kidclipse AU, where Eclipse formed in Sun’s head as a small child, designed Bloodmoon and Lunar to be toddlers because he refused to be the baby brother, and proceeded to lash out and mostly follow canon (he bullied Roxy while pretending to be Sun instead of the whole maternity chip thing) while pretending to be an adult until Sun went into his own head to meet him (right after his fight with Moon but before the Witherstorm would’ve happened), and found a traumatized child terrified of being locked up again instead of the big scary villain he was expecting.

Sun and Moon proceeded to step up as coparents for him. And get him therapy. He still has a fear of magic from that suppression spell Grandpa Golden used during their first meeting.

Kidclipse was already in the process of building Toddlunar, so he kept that a secret, causing Mama Sun to freak out when he woke up in Moom (Mom Moon). Glamrock Freddy was the one who got him to admit to Lunar and frantically apologize, and was deemed Papa (thanks to a serious of misunderstandings, Roxy ended up believing Kidclipse is Sun and Glamrock Freddy’s kid, and that Sun was acting weird because he was pregnant. And she ended up spreading that rumor.)

The kids got a body and things were calm until October, when Toddlunar let slip that Bloodmoon exists. Babyblood are still super bloodthirsty, because they were still made to break that firewall, and they still caused July 16 because they were in Mama Sun’s body. Their bloodlust construct body was much smaller and weaker, though, so they’ve been limited to eating mice since they ran off.

Dauncle Monty made them a tiny nanomachine body, and usually babysits them during Daycare hours because nobody trusts them near the human kids.

Dadcode woke up, adopted the kids immediately, and has since gotten his own body that looks exactly like the mindscape one. He’s the one who takes the twins hunting, and tries to guide their eating habits towards bad people.

Saiph Is at first confused. But after a bit of contemplation they just sort of shrug. They have their own kitchen they could raid. As long as Maw is in their smaller form they should all fit. If he's looking for something more his size. Plenty of the Dragon cafeterias would work. But going outside of his home would mean making a proper introduction to the Lord. He isn't a fan of strangers that he doesn't know showing up.
