"who are you stealing from?" he asks a moment later, curious. if she wants to steal from the government, then have at it, he'll even help, but to steal from someone else . . . he simply cannot allow it.

Okay I don’t know if it’s the BEST thing but like I genuinely think about it so often. Like the way it all played out...beautiful. He wasn’t even my boyfriend then. I had no clue who he was and we didn’t speak to each other until the next year. Like I recognized him bc of that moment and not at all becuase he played drums for a band at the talent show or he played football lmao. Like when we got together I was like “oh my god wait you did this!!” And he was like “oh yeah I forgot about that.”

It was sophomore year, we were in the cafeteria. He was hanging with his teammates and I had a friend who knew everyone becuase that was just his MO. So he obviously knew my boyfriend (who wasn’t my boyfriend) and the group of us were on the lunch line and they were chatting. My friend was complaining about not wanting to do something and Ash goes, with the utmost seriousness and nonchalance at the same time, “dude. Do you have Fallopian tubes?”

And my friend goes, “um...what?”

“I asked, do you...have...fallopian tubes?”

“Uh...no Ashton, I do not have Fallopian tubes??”

“Then why are you being a pussy?”

And it just blew my mind for whatever reason like I spat my drink out, he chuckled and was like “see she knows what I’m talking about.”

I think that was our first interaction tbh crazy that we went our separate ways for a good year and a half.

The thing is, the one thing I would do with that kind of money is travel! I mean, honestly, what the fuck do you do with that money if it's not traveling? And then it would mean I'd be stuck in a single place forever? Hell to the naaaaaw. Plus I would not be able to come down and meet you, and go everywhere and meet people, make friends, learn languages from the locals. Like Naw I wanna see you. The inability to travel would be my personal hell
