i'm working on finishing off the dex in Let's Go Pikachu, and you know as much as the Indigo Elite Four suffer from low selection pools, you gotta respect the OGs. You got the Water type trainer Lorelei, the Ground type trainer Bruno, the Poison type trainer Agatha, and of course, the Flying type trainer Lance.
#pokemon#originally the joke was just me imagining a little kid going up to Lance and being like "Wow I want to be just like you when I grow up#a great flying type trainer!#and Lance is just getting an aneurysm trying not to get upset at this kid's lillipup enthusiasm#i know it's a stretch to call Bruno anything but fighting type#but 4/6 of his rematch team in let's go know earthquake#and his pool in pokemon stadium includes onix golem and rhydon#i feel really bad doing agatha dirty like this

You have received Pelipper Mail!
It's a simple, rectangular package wrapped in brown paper that can easialy be held in one hand. The return address written on the paper is from a "Professor Evergreen" from a lab on Kanto Route 22. Upon unwrapping the paper, the package is revealed to be a wooden box with a badge branded onto the lid. (The brand is of the Earth Badge from Kanto's 8th Gym- the Viridian City Gym.) The box is sturdy and has a hand-crafted quality to it. Inside of the box, nestled in padding specifically designed for this purpose is an Ultra Ball. The Ultra Ball contains a Rhydon whose moveset is Surf, Thunderbolt, Fissure, and Earthquake. The Rhydon is holding a piece of Tunnel Mail which has a message written on it.
The message says, "I'm still not entirely sure that I understand how this works, but here you go. A ground-typed Pokemon that would love to live on a tiny boat in the ocean. (That isn't Ground/Water for obvious reasons.)
This Rhydon has had a very unusual love of water ever since she was newly hatched, and I genuinely have no idea why. She can swim and knows Surf, so feel free to let her off of the boat if you want. She loves the ocean and rather enjoys cuddling other Pokemon, so while her size may be a problem, I have no doubts that she will enjoy the close quarters. If she gets into trouble with wild Pokemon while out swimming, remind her that she knows Thunderbolt and she should be fine. She's a very strange Rhydon, but she should be able to serve you well. She likes being pet on her belly and her upper horn (the one above the drill horn. DO NOT TOUCH THE DRILL HORN UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!) the most. If she becomes too much trouble to handle, feel free to send her back. I haven't been to the ocean in a while, so this will be a good trip for her regardless. I tend to call her "Swimmer" but she does respond to "Rhydon" as well. If you want, feel free to change her nickname as I've never been good at nicknaming Pokemon.
Regards,
X "
[IMAGE ID - A rhydon floating off in a calm sea, warming itself in the sun while cooling itself in the water. A primarina is swimming beside it, looking at it curiously. In the foreground, white fiberglass places this picture as being taken off of a boat.]
I did not expect you to find a ground type pokemon that actually loves the water, but I have barely been able to pursuade Swimmer to get out of the ocean to come eat! She really seems interested in the reefs, I suppose it's nice for her to see the amount of corsola, literally living rocks, that form the ground in these parts.
[IMAGE ID - Rhydon seems to just barely fit into the lower bunk of a tight cabin. It looks exhausted, and perhaps almost happy. A jangmo-o is sleeping on its stomach. A thumbs up is seen in front.]
Jangmo-o quickly took to Swimmer. I suppose she reminds him of the mountains of his ancestral home. They're even sharing a cabin together!
I'm happy to give her a holiday, although she may be put to work. Thunderbolt will be useful for the next time I am called in to help with a gyrados, and Primarina is already trilling to try and battle him!
Thank you so much, @professorinblack !
[IMAGE ID - It's Lynn on her boat! She is wearing a loose shirt and canvas pants, her hair tied into a bun. She is holding pyukumuku on her shoulder, and carrying jangmo-o in her arms. Primarina is beside her, resting proudly beside the mast of the boat. Rhydon is staring at something in the distance, its eyes wide and joyful.]

I won the Kanto league.
run down on my final fight.
Kaz pidgeot was almost was one shot my yellow which was my lead. Then use a full heal to survive the quick attack. Survive another thunderbolt and when I hit for a third he switch with rhydon. Making me waste my last thunderbolt pp. So I switch with Bivalvan out tank a earthquake and one shot it with hydro cannon.
Then he sent out venussaur and use solar beam when I was recharging. So I switch to Wyvern which tanked the attack. Venus set up a sunny day has Wyvern one shot it with a crit flamethrower.
Next was Garados. Lucky during rhydon I use a ether on thuderbolt. So that means I set out Yellow and one shot it using thunderbolt.
Kaz then sent out Pidgeot again. This time yellow was able to take it down with a thunderbolt. Leaving kaz with two pokemon.
the second to last pokemon was alakazam a dangerous opponent. I switch out to zilla due to knowing megahorn. During the switch it use future sight. Sadly Zilla gotten one shot by Psychic before megahorn hit.
So I opted to send Wyvern to face it. Lucky for me it use future sight again but failed. Which allowed Wyvern to take it out with hyper beam.
The last pokemon Kaz sent out was Arcanine. Due to the hyper beam recharge. Wyvern was hit by the future sight from alakazam and the extreme speed attack from Arcanine. Which put wyvern in the yellow.
I switch out for my starter to finish it. It took a extreme speed due to the switch. Using the last pp for it Bivalvan use hydro cannon to take down the fire dog. Not before taking a flamethrower which put me in the red. But the dog was one shot by the hydro cannon winning me the title.
This was a fun experience. Glad that I decided to do this. To the team that took me to the league I give thanks.
To Bivalvan the blastoise who been there since the start.
To Flash Gord the pidgeot who save me many times such has taking out that annoying gengar from Agatha.
Seno Riko the primeape who took quite a beating thru this entire run. And I am sorry about that.
Yellow the raichu who's appearance has my first encounter in that forest I took has a sign of being eager to join me on this adventure.
To Zilla the Nidoking who stood strong to many strong trainers.
To Wyvern the dragonite a very late addition to the team. But one that was gladly accepted. Has she took many hard hitting moves and shown the might of a dragon.
And finally thank those who been liking this little posts about my journey and been keeping up with it.

((Random hc time:
Most of Silver's canon team can counter Giovanni's: Feraligatr has the water coverage to counter everything, Sneasel's ice can take the non rock ground types, Gengar can have Levitate and Crobat is flying type to make Earthquake useless, and Alakazam Psychic can take out Nidoking and Queen. Magneton is the only team member I can't find countering anyone unless you count steel moves against Rhydon or to deal with Persian and Kangaskhan

⭕️- Favorite Pokemon? and/or 🐋- share a Weird/funny story?
(Feel free to answer only one or both. Whichever you prefer. 💕)
◈ ╼ ༺ :| Munday Questions || @asheanon |: ༻ ╼ ◈
⭕️- Favorite Pokemon?
This was the question that made me decide on that particular meme. Rhydon. I love Rhydon. He will forever be on my team even if I don't like Rhyperior. Rhyperior is definitely not superior. Aside from it's cool look, that lightening rod ability is a blessing in team battles. And then my powerhouse had Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Surf, and Megahorn. Nerd out for a bit, but I want a plushie of Rhydon. Even if I'm not incredibly huge on Pokemon as I used to be. Favorite legendary is Lugia. Because after the 2nd movie, how can you not love whirlpool bird dragon?
🐋- share a Weird/funny story?
I'll share this funny one just because you. XD Not exactly haha funny, but I used to plot out this Kuja x OC Dissidia story called Silverlight. I still have some of my notes from my young self. That OC was to be the deciding factor between the war of Cosmos and Chaos to end the cycles, but it was up to the Warriors of both sides to convince her to come to join their side. But everyone is like... "she doesn't know how to fight, how is she supposed to be the deciding factor?" and start training her before she snaps, goes through a transformation she can't control, and it takes all 20 fighters to stop her. But all characters were to spend time with her and help her grow in some way. More or less. Terra was to be her best friend, and the Chaos Warriors were set on pushing Kuja towards her since he's the manipulator and they wanted to bully him around. I still think about it, mostly because of the name of your own Starlight story. Just the similarity in name.
#asheanon#◈ ╼ ༺ :| munday |: ༻ ╼ ◈#now i'm thinking of that story again.#plotting and then the ideas collect dust.#le sigh.

Episode 63 - Viridian Gym! The Final Badge!
This is it. Detour complete, Ash stands unknowingly before the ultimate HQ of Team Rocket, ready to finally meet and confront the man behind it all. Seeing as he missed his chances to do so in Celadon and Saffron, that is.
Gary pops by and confirms how he's been managing to get Badges despite so many of the Gyms we encounter being screwy: Kanto has extra Gyms in other towns off the charted map. Gary's got ten of them, in fact, because he's the kind of overachiever that a player character typically is. (I would totally get every single Badge before confronting the Elite Four if there were extra Gyms.)
Gary gets to face Giovanni first, so we finally get to see what his team looks like. He chooses Nidoking against Giovanni's Golem. That's a pretty even match-up. They're neck and neck in stats. Nidoking's faster, but Golem has much beefier Physical stats. They share a weakness to Ground that either could exploit, but that comes more easily to Golem due to learning Earthquake naturally.
This is winnable, but it's going to be an uphill battle for Gary.
Giovanni uses Tackle. Gary makes the very Ash-like decision to try and match a Tackle for a Tackle, despite Golem's resistance to Normal moves. Inexplicably, Nidoking's Tackle does so much damage even through Golem's resistance and incredible Defense that it knocks Golem out. Gary must have power-leveled his team.
(That makes sense. He does have ten Badges, so he's probably swimming in XP.)
For his next Pokemon, Giovanni breaks Gym Type and sends out Kingler. He tries to capitalize on Nidoking's weakness to Water using Kingler's signature move Crabhammer. At 85% Accuracy, the odds smile on Gary and the attack misses. But Gary sees where this is going and decides to switch out nonetheless.
For his next pick, Gary confronts Kingler with Arcanine. Bold choice, given that he's swapping one Water vulnerability for another. But Arcanine does have Speed through the wazoo and Gary knows how broken this game is. He wraps up Kingler in the inescapable G1 Fire Spin to drain their HP, then finishes them off with Fire Blast.
This is going well. But everything takes a turn when Giovanni reveals his ace: Holy fuck is that Mewtwo!? It's fucking Mewtwo! Yeah. No. Gary's up shit creek without a paddle now, because that's Mewtwo. In terms of stats, Mewtwo trumps everything Gary has because that's fucking Mewtwo! I don't even know why Team Rocket's bothering stealing Pokemon anymore when they have goddamn Mewtwo!
At Giovanni's behest, Gary tries to send Arcanine and Nidoking at Mewtwo together, and Mewtwo still stomps. Because Mewtwo. So that's over and we don't even get to know what Gary's third Pokemon would have been.
(We also can't confirm what his Starter was or whether he's one of the Trainers who abandoned Ash's Starter squad. He has Arcanine, which he's only supposed to have if he didn't pick Charmander. But since Charmander's the only Starter whose OT we can confirm wasn't Gary, this tells us nothing.)
Ash enters the Gym and finds Gary whited out. Gary warns him about Mewtwo, but it doesn't matter. Giovanni had to leave on pressing business and left Jessie and James to run the Gym. (Goddammit.)
This devolves into typical Rocket nonsense, complete with Pikachu once again successfully damaging a Ground type (Rhydon) with Electric attacks. But Ash's determination and ultimate victory does earn Gary's respect, even though Gary points out that it's not exactly fair since Ash didn't have to fight Mewtwo.
And he's right. As much as "LOL Ash gets Pity Badges for fighting Jessie and James" is an unfair criticism, he genuinely did get this one just for fighting Jessie and James. But whatever.
With the final Badge in hand, Ash sets out for Indigo Plateau. Or he would, but despite being Gym Leaders, both Brock and Misty are inexplicably clueless as to how to get there. Guess it's time for that return to Pallet Town that Misty's Cerulean detour sidestepped.

my team from my latest red playthough, and some thoughts:
venusaur is fun to use with gen 1 toxic + leech seed interaction (though tbh it can power through most things with crit razor leaf)
beedril is so good against all the grass/bug types with 4x SE twineedle.
i traded jynx from johto. it's really strong and can 2HKO most things with psychic or ice punch.
i was obsessed with using seadra and rhydon in a game before they got their new evos. they both kill it with STAB surf and dig/earthquake.
it was fun to use a legendary on my team, though i only really brought zapdos out when i needed an electric move and tried not to rely on it. (also it has fly.)

you can tell when giovanni calls himself the strongest trainer in the world he's just being egotistical and has no skill to back it up because he literally uses a rhyhorn that only knows. normal-type moves
#LIKE BRO YOU'RE NOT EVEN GONNA TEACH IT DIG??? OR EARTHQUAKE??? OR LITERALLY ANYTHING????#his rhydon has the exact same fucking problem the only ground-type move it knows is fissure#which is just ground-type horn drill#LIKE IN HIS GYM BATTLES. ONLY TWO OF HIS POKÉMON KNOW EXACTLY ONE GROUND-TYPE MOVE#LIKE BRO???? ARE YOU STUPID????????#it was lowkey fixed in yellow by removing the rhyhorn and boosting the rhydon with actual ground-type moves but. still#THEY REPLACED IT WITH PERSIAN WHO ISN'T EVEN A GROUND-TYPE DJNSZNNDKSJSNSKSNSH#i think the stupid old man's going a little cuckoo.........#giovanni

Iscan is worried about Melli.
He knows logically that Adaman and Mai are worried about him too, but they think he’s just being himself again - they think what he fears might have finally happened, that this is simply how he is; he fears he has managed at last to bury the original under a coat of heavy paint and made everyone forget that timid personality he grew to detest so much all of a sudden.
Iscan is not fooled by his flamboyantly carved mask, because he is older and kind, and wears his fears on his sleeve, and sometimes that is enough for some people to cuddle up to him and free themselves from the scripts of whatever play they are performing without rest.
So he goes to the Highlands despite the vicious Pokémon that haunt them.
Melli welcomes him with a face that is honestly surprised, hands playing anxiously with his long hair as he sputters about not having prepared anything for a visitor since nobody ever comes to see him - Iscan smiles kindly and assures him it’s alright, that it’s on him as he did not warn at all; he offers to help make supper and Melli’s shoulders lower, his smiles turns softer, his fingers stop pulling his hair and begin combing through it: there he is, Iscan thinks when he sees in his face something that isn’t practiced scorn or that strange hazy distance he’s had for a while now.
They forage a little before they can cook, and they talk. Melli speaks a lot, because he doesn’t get anybody who wants to listen to him except Lord Electrode or Skuntank, or the Zubat that followed him home, or the Skorupi brought to the settlement by accident; Iscan listens, happy to let him unwind and searching in his ramblings a reason for his recent peculiar moods.
Even at dinner, after rushing back in his hut before the Ghost Pokémon can come out, he feels like there’s something the other warden is purposefully avoiding to tell him, skirting around it over and over.
Then Melli leaves, quietly, in the middle of the night, when he thinks his absence won’t be noticed.
Iscan stirs from his pretend sleep and wills his nerves steady as he follows.
The walk down wherever they’re going is fortunately a slope, and is unfortunately littered with Ghosts. Iscan is immensely glad that Melli avoids the graveyard just next to Moonview Arena, where Mismagius and Misdreavus gather to howl at the dark new moon sky, instead treading carefully the rocky line of land that separates Stonetooth Rows from the small plateau in which Chinglings and Rhydons sleep. He watches the younger man slide down a steep rock wall, hissing and struggling before he falls on the cliff below (he had begun walking strangely, like his lower back and knees hurt, and his hands were covered in scabs and callouses, Iscan remembers) and moves on.
The older warden tiptoes his way to a slower, safer descent down a few tall steps of rock. It leads him further away, but there is tall grass in which to hide, and he can see very well from here how Melli reaches - through another half-fall - the other end of the spring, near a tree.
Then, as he tries to approach quietly, crawling his way around the small body of water strangely devoid of any critters, he hears Melli start to sing.
The first instinct Iscan has is to throw all caution to the wind, rush to him, and hush him. Sinnoh knows what Pokémon might hear him and make ribbons out of him for bothering them so late at night.
But a light appears suddenly, and a voice sings with him.
It’s a heavenly voice, as thin as the mountain air, as precious as a wind chime made of nacre seashells, as powerful as an earthquake, reaching for his snow pale cheeks like a caress. Melli turns to its source - there is a strange expression on his face, clearer and clearer the closer Iscan comes to him, a sort of gasp, a reverence: it carries a shyness reminiscent of when he was a kid, and the vaguest hint of an awestruck smile as his hands twist one another on his chest.
The light sways gently, purple flames licking the cold air as they escape an iridescent shell that almost resembles a lantern. Under their impossible glow near lilac hands stretch outward, towards the mesmerized warden, to catch him in them, to cup him in them, as he gazes at the figure transfixed, seeming completely out of himself.
Dull eyes of a burning yellow turn away from the young man with sudden alarm, sewn mouth interrupting its unknown song as the whisper of a flute distracts it.
Lord Basculegion appears from the waterfall with a terrifying leap, the souls composing his tail burning red against the dark sky and beady crimson eyes fixing on the Ghost with a growling fury.
The flames shoot upwards, bring their purple glow into the stratosphere as the Wave Crash falls upon them with a sharp sound: the dead hand reach for Melli, grab him, and he disappears in an instant before the impact send stripes of rust to the ground, writhing and shaking as if in pain.
Iscan bolts to where the young man stood, horror overtaking him - the stripes move again, and he realizes there’s a body under there, there’s a shape to the darkness that he had not recognized under the near pitch black color, a shape struggling to pull itself back up on its trembling arm and leg, and Melli is still under it Sinnoh bless him, confused and curled on himself and starting to say something before his voice is drowned by a howling chime coming from far above him viciously hurling a Shadow Ball that sinks into the water when Basculegion evades it.
Iscan calls for him, and the shape covers him again, leg of black climbing over him and trying to pull itself upright. For a moment he thinks the face is the white squre jutting out of the dark folds, now exposed as it turns to him, attempts to stand on its unsteady limbs, but there are no eyes, no nose, no mouth: and the shape reveals itself to be almost human despite the floaty mane that falls on its back and folds at its neck - despite the absence of a neck.
Of a head.
It feels almost like cloth under his fingers, like there’s flesh under it when he pushes the apparition away with little to no effort despite his terror. Melli says something, with a face pale and eyes wide like he’s out of himself, reaches out for the collapsing body as the older warden grabs him and makes a run for the water, jumping on Basculegion - the iridescent shell housing the flames hurries away, back to its anthropomorphic vessel, shrieking in what seems to be worry -
- the drop down the waterfall ends in a minute splash, much quieter than anybody would expect.
Melli remains immoble in Iscan’s iron grip, completely clammed up.
He doesn’t speak as he wobbles back to his hut behind Iscan, nor does he speak the whole morning after, air coated in unspoken tension and nervousness as the older man quiet checks to see if he is fully within his own mind - if he hasn’t been charmed, or hypnotized, or turned into a husk to puppet around.
He cannot make heads or tails of his situation.
But Adaman comes in a little later to accompany Iscan back to the Coastlands, because there is a mass outbreak across the Highlands and the man is not used to battling his way through hordes of Pokémon, and he only rolls his eyes at Melli’s usual despondency and pomp masking the glaze in his look as he waves while he descends the mountain with the other warden.
Completely missing how the thin body is strangely closed in on himself.
Iscan is worried about Melli.
(What Iscan cannot know is that the hellish flames will come to Melli’s doorstep the next night, singing with their otherwordly voice, and he will let them in.)

Was thinking about it just now but here are some jobs i personally hc Giovanni would have if he wasnt so evil :
1- pokemon professor - the man absolutely loves pokemons and his teams weither he admits it or not (he has that sort of duality between his interest/love for them and his desire for power and using pokemons as mere tools), literally created the tm earthquake and fissure and was the one to discover how to evolve rhydon. Hes quite knowledgeable about pokemons in general. Another fun fact : his name is based of a tree, the sakaki tree, like the other professors. All in all hes quite knowledgeable and his passion for pokemons in general would shine through much more in a good au
2- gym leader - this one is self explanatory. Yes the ground type gym he had was a cover but im 99% certain the man deeply enjoyed it. Giovanni loves pokemon battles. In the games his battle against red in the most recent games and against the protag in usum awakens that passion buried deep under the lust for power
3- archeologist - groud type specialist, did studies into archeology in the manga, funded mewtwo's scientific researches and its creation based on old relics containing mew's dna.... i think it would also be a fitting job for him
4- chief cook - this one is more a personally hc of mine but i like to think hed be a great cook hehe. I like to think gio uses cooking as a sort of side passion even now as his "evil self". Like a relaxing activity that he also loves to do.

if the engines were Pokemon gym leaders, who battles with which type? who is easiest and hardest to beat?
To be more accessable for readers and me alike, no one is gonna have a full party, and the mons would be as if the player character is going through them in Number Order ^^;
This project assumes the plucky Protagonist is Thomas himself! Who is far harder to attach a suitable type to (Electric came to mind, but it seems a bit off for a Steam Engine...) so instead I’m going to say that Annie and Clarabel represent his starting Mons, and would stay in his party as he rotates the other 4 teammates. Hmmm.......
Annie and Clarabel: 2 (Hoenn) Linoone[...s], with Pickup. They also know most of the HM moves to help access the Sodor Region ;3
EDWARD
Water, a very versatile type, with wide coverage and only 2 weaknesses. Edward can be likened to the water in poetic ways; a still, sparkling lake or a fierce torrent... Something easy to overlook but downright essential to harmonious existence~
Wingull, Golduck, Vaporeon and Azumarill
Wingull basically being there as a whimsical mascot more than a serious threat, the othes being fast, decent hitters and hit-takers alike. Azumarill having the Fairy type and potentially Huge Power means that’s the Ace.
HENRY
Grass type because of course ¬w¬;;; Has some good attacking moves, but suffers 5! Weaknesses. Prolly leans on Status moves for an edge
Roselia, Exeggutor (Kanto ver), Tropius, Sawsbuck
Roselia with the Poison / Sleep / Paralys inflicting moves (albeit going down with a love tap), the Tree mons to do the hitting. All these guys are dual typed, which has its ups and downs~
GORDON
Steel type, very stong but falls like a sack of bricks in the relevant circumstances. Gotta ditch Gordon’s speed for this, but the traditional Fast Types just don’t have the right flavour.
Skarmory, Lairon (would be Aggron in rematches), Empoleon, Bisharp
Empoleon would prolly be his ace, the Regal looking Blue and kinda snobbish one is perfect. In an ideal world the Bisharp would also be Shiny, with the fab blue hue, hmmm...
JAMES
Fire. All out attack, easily countered with weakness or recoil from something like Flare Blitz. That being said, you gotta either outspeed or survive these hits to win, and if you get burned that stacks the odds back in his favour.
Rapidash, Flareon, Talonflame, Cinderace
Fast and physical, Flareon would have Flare Blitz [and swiftly get KOed], dunno how Cinderace is but I think it’s more Special based? So he does have a bit of a mix lol
PERCY
Thinking of a type for him was hard, but eventually it clicked; based on his colour, relative size, habit of being annoying and getting underestimated, it can only be BUG!
Beedrill, Pinsir, Heracross, Leavanny
A good mix of decent or better bugs, less status based than having one’a the moth or butterfly varieties. Yanmega was considered but the vibes are off somehow lol
TOBY
If you’re wondering what I’ll do with him cause I already used up the Wood allocation, may I direct your gaze to the Ground ....type? ;) Sturdy, immune to electric (indeed!), Toby’s sideplates mean you can’t see his wheels.... yeah, seems about right!
Dugtrio, Rhydon, Claydoll, Excadrill
Get ready for a lot of earthquakes. Ye of Electric typing, abandon all hope here! Though Ground has several weaknesses itself, it hits hard and half these dudes are faster than you may expect.
DUCK
This is harder, but I’m saying Flying type, befitting his preferred name and a line in All At Sea lol. But no, not just waterfowl types (I already allocated Golduck lmao)
Pidgeot, Swellow, Altaria, Staraptor
In case you’re wondering why there’s 3 regional birds, 2 of those there are very good in battle! Guts on Swellow and Close Combat on Staraptor ain’t to be sneased at. Altaria is here more for Bird than Flying, I think of it more in the context of it’s Dragon type, so I guess that’d be his ace.
DIESEL
In the suspicious event Duck isn’t a Gym Leader, this guy takes his place. Poison type because those fumes and gossip can’t be anything else lmao
Vileplume, Weezing, Gengar, Crobat
All of these would have a move that inflicts poison, so if you bring a Steel or Poison type of your own [or otherwise Immune mon] then a lot of his strategy will fall apart.
EDIT: Also!! Psychic types are strong against Poison, which could be likened to seeing through the haze of deception, woooo!
DONALD & DOUGLAS
Would be an Ice Type Double Battle! This also means they only get 2 mons each, but if they team up, they’d be quite formidable.
Sandslash (Alola ver), Glalie, Walrein, Mamoswine
Ice is a bad defensive type, but good offensively. But, bad defensively! Still, being Frozen does make you a sitting duck [dohohoho. No Dilly analogue to be found here, though], so it seems fair enough for the final gym challenge.
So, that’s what I’ve got for the main Sodor so-and-sos!
Presumably FC would end up as the Champion lmao
#Uhhhh how should I tag this crossovering? lol#It surely can't be the strangest combo!#hen the Engines have such rich personalities it makes things like this much easier and more fun ;3#so rip to cardboard characters like Bear or whatever lmao#Sodor Pokémon Teams
