So I was considering making that oplita kid more, and so I was trying to decide what continuity to put him in for design purposes, and it made me realize, there’s not a lot of options, at least if I want both his parents alive and in the same place, and also still together (he does not have parent drama in my head)

Like as far as I know in my Transformers knowledge, I think that’s only like, One and Earthspark. And in One they’re still on Cybertron, so if I want him to be like an actual moped or scooter (or whatever the term for what I want is), it needs to be Earthspark oplita. And in Earthspark, generally the main Autobot ship here is megop, so Megatron’s probably gonna have to be here too in some way, like this is megoplita instead of just oplita (also I just like ES megop, though ES oplita is still good)

I have now been brought to the conclusion: we need more of Elita actually being part of the main Autobot team with Optimus. Not just for this fankid but like for oplita in general, that’s just what brought me to this conclusion

Like yeah, it’s cool having her be a girlboss with her own female Autobot team on Cybertron, and that’s how it was in the original show. But like, they did that just to explain why we haven’t seen any of these female Autobots before, and you know, maybe we shouldn’t have it so our already limited female cast is kept separated from the main cast outside of Arcee. I mean I’m not saying that’s the only reason why this isn’t common, Elita’s also just not had a lot of screen time, but still

Though I mean, I guess her comeback in the franchise has only been happening for the past few years, so maybe it’s just a matter of waiting for more continuities to give her more screen time and more of a presence with the main Autobots
