While I am aware that the Burney Relief's identity is still being debated, I'm gonna personally go with it representing Lilith. I primarily want to associate lions and owls with her due to the lions being depicted as worshipping her (as I have read that in ancient mesopotamia, lions were mostly depicted with their mouths open, but this instance has them with their mouths closed in submission). My interpretation will have this add to her Lady of the Beasts epithet. The owl is simply due to her representing night birds.
