#story of yanxi palace#I enjoy the plotting and Yingluo's antics#but when this show wants you to dislike a character they REALLY push it a little too far#with Empresses they were at least able to give their villains some subtlety and some genuine good moments#but with Gao Guifei and Mingyu they are just incredibly whiny have 0 redeeming qualities#and their enablers just come off as idiots at this point
