How I made mine:

I recommend using 3 parts water per 1 part of the fruit. For 6-8 serving batch, I would use 6 cups of water and about 2 cups of fruit. Depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have will depend on how much sugar you add. Use 2-3 Tablespoons of sugar dissolved in a little bit of water. If you add sugar while boiling the fruits, they will absorb it and won't taste great. You can also substitute the sugar for honey.
